Turley Raises a Big Question about J6
Chansley Case, Then Elon Drops a Bombshell Video

Original Article

The questions surrounding the case of Jacob Chansley — the guy known as the “QAnon Shaman” — have gotten more traction since Tucker Carlson began raising the issue on his show. Carlson raised questions about the video showing Chansley being led around the Capitol building by multiple police officers. They don’t stop him; they even open doors for him. After they lead him to the Senate chamber, he says a prayer for their help on the Senate floor. Chansley was sentenced to 41 months in prison for pleading guilty to “obstruction of an official proceeding.” He never hurt anyone, that wasn’t even alleged.

Amazing cell phone video of Chansley. There's got to be much more on the cell phones of others who were there that day. Did they confiscate the phones of the people they arrested or detained? Those video's are far more revealing than static surveillance camera's.

Did the DOJ withhold evidence? It appears so. Did the DOJ blind justice? It appears so. Did the DOJ misrepresent the evidence against the J6 defendants? It appears so. Isn't Merrick the head of Joey Baby's DOJ? It appears so. Therefore, did Merrick tilt the scales of justice on purpose? It appears so. Free the J6 prisoners. Free the J6 prisoners. Open the DC Gitmo.

Hopefully this shameful prosecution will get some traction since we have actually seen what we already knew was the truth. I cannot believe that the DOJ is holding political prisoners in such terrible conditions, without bond, on trumped up charges knowing these men are being denied their civil rights. This country is better than that but this heinous administration is not. Like all communist governments that will jail people whose political opinions oppose theirs, Joe’s is no better than Stalin’s. Under the democrat party in the United States of America Biden has created a gulag which is antithetical to our founding documents and our ethos of a nation whose anchoring principle of equality under the law has been trashed for political revenge. I pray that the truth will set these men free. If there is an accurate record of what has happened under Biden’s illegitimate administration it will show that he and his cabal were the most corrupt, tyrannical, anti-American cabal of lawless zealots to ever illegally attain power in the history of our country. If justice is to be served, democrats must be held responsible for their treachery, every single one of them from top to bottom.

#4, don’t forget the RepubliCrat co-conspirators who together were the real subversives in the travesty of J6. Crimes were committed and should be prosecuted, but political crimes strike at the heart of the Republic, including the entire Justice system. All the “trials”, charges, prosecutions, DAs, jurors, all Dems and Dem sourced. Travesty isn’t a strong enough term. Not one Dem attempted to protest the demise of equal justice under the law, critical to our Constitutional system and liberty. And sad to say, almost no Republicans risked anything to demand the truth. Thank God for the few who did, and the handful of true journalists and unconventional journalists who have persevered.

Ride-sharing apps, including Uber and Lyft, can continue to treat their drivers as independent contractors, a California appeals court ruled on Monday, overturning a lower-court decision that barred them from doing so. In Nov. 2020, California voters approved Proposition 22, which allowed ride-sharing and delivery app makers to classify their drivers as independent contractors. A California judge ruled the proposition unconstitutional in 2021, arguing that it infringed the legislature's power to set standards at the workplace. The state and a group representing the companies and other parties appealed that decision, and Monday's ruling came down in their favor.

U.S. regulators are planning to try again to auction failed Silicon Valley Bank, after they were unable to find a buyer over the weekend, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday, citing people familiar with the matter. Federal Deposit Insurance Corp (FDIC) officials told Senate Republicans that they had additional flexibility to sell the firm now that SVB's failure had been declared a threat to the financial system, the report said. That could help regulators offer potential buyers deal sweeteners such as loss-sharing agreements, the report added. Banking regulators devised a plan Sunday to backstop depositors with money at Silicon Valley Bank, a critical step in stemming a feared panic over the collapsed tech-focused institution. Regulators said depositors at both SVB and Signature Bank in New York, which also has been closed, will have full access to their deposits. The Treasury Department said it approved of plans that would unwind both institutions "in a manner that fully protects all depositors." Those with money at the bank will have full access starting Monday. The Federal Reserve also said it is creating a new Bank Term Funding Program aimed at safeguarding institutions impacted by the market instability of the SVB failure.

With $209 billion in assets and about $175 billion in deposits as of the end of last year, it was the biggest bank collapse since Washington Mutual in 2008, and the second-biggest failure on record.
