Gas Ranges Targeted in Class Action Suit
Against LG

A class action suit filed in California alleges LG Electronics USA, Inc. sold gas range stoves in the United States without properly notifying customers of toxic emissions prior to their purchases. The suit comes as the industry faces attacks and efficiency proposals by the Biden administration that would remove up to half the current gas range ovens on the U.S. market. A California woman who purchased an LG gas stove from Costco in October 2022 claims in the suit that she was unaware of the “risks” associated with the product before purchasing. “Ms. Sherzai relied on the representations on the marketing materials disclosing risks,” read the lawsuit.

Comments:

I hope that someone does a deep dive into this woman and who is behind her. She is clearly a setup for the Biden Oppression’s threatened ban on gas stoves and other appliances. I grew up in an all-gas home. Stove, huge gravity flow furnace, water heater, clothes dryer. All bt the clothes dryer had pilot lights (the stove had six) that birmed 24/7 except when the furnace was down for summer months. No asthma, no respiratory problems. On the contrary,a remarkably healthy family. My parents lived there for50 years until theor deaths in their late 80s. This is bogus, done for a larger purpose.

I think the plan is to put so many regulations on gas stoves that it will make them too expensive to buy. Then they will push you to buy an electric stove. Of course when rolling blackouts become the norm, then your electric stove will be useless. Forget dinner, save the plant. P.S. I always thought that natural gas was the clean alternative. I guess not.

There are no significant toxic emissions. This is a lie. The "toxic emissions" are the SAME as come out of people's mouths when the exhale. So.....should we ban people from breathing indoors?
