As Wisconsinites get ready to cast their votes for Supreme Court justice on April 4, one leftist group is busy bungling the election across the state. Earlier this month, the Center for Voter Information flooded Wisconsin with pre-filled absentee ballot applications to gin up support for Democrats, most notably far-left Supreme Court candidate Janet Protasiewicz. There was only one problem: The center botched voters’ names, creating confusion and alarm in a state already troubled by election mistrust and security. Shades of things to come in other states? Or is it even necessary in other states where graft is already well established.

Arizona is a recent template for election manipulation and theft by Democrats. This will be common nationwide even in deeply red states where people are on their guard.

Georgian authorities used tear gas and water cannons outside the parliament building in the capital Tuesday against protesters who oppose a proposed law some see as stifling freedom of the press and coming from Russia. The law, which has received initial approval, would require media outlets and nongovernmental organisations that receive more than 20 percent of their funding from foreign sources to register as “agents of foreign influence.” International organisations have voiced concern over the draft law, saying it runs against Georgia’s democratic development. Georgia’s President Salome Zourabichvili condemned his country's parliament for the introduction of the law claiming it was "dictated by Moscow".

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has suspended the attorney who prosecuted a 26-year-old trans child molester who was accused of identifying as a woman only after DNA evidence linked her to a cold case crime, according to law enforcement sources. Shea Sanna, who had been the lead prosecutor for part of the case, is accused of misgendering and "deadnaming" the convicted child molester Hannah Tubbs, who is now accused of beating a man to death in the woods with a rock in Kern County. Sanna has argued in the past that jailhouse phone calls show Tubbs was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system

Paxton — When a wind turbine collapsed last Thursday east of Paxton, a substantial amount of oil spilled from the turbine hub into the ground. (Snip) Whitebird has been on site and said a crew is ready to begin dismantling the turbine but has to wait until the area dries out from Wednesday’s rains. “Those things house hundreds of gallons of oil,” Whitebird said. “At this point there’s no definite amount of how much was spilled,” and that information won’t be available until the hub is dismantled. As a result, it is no known if the spillage would pose an environmental problem. “I know the IEPA has been out there,” Whitebird said.

State Sen. Chapin Rose, R-Mahomet, recently received rare statewide publicity when he tweaked the noses of Gov. J.B. Pritzker and his big-city supporters. In a tongue-in-cheek protest, he introduced the “If This Is Such a Good Idea, Let’s Start With You” Act. “The City of Chicago must convert Millennium Park into a solar-energy park by building solar-energy facilities on all open space and mounting solar-energy facilities on structures,” the bill states. The legislation also would require municipal officials in the Windy City to “place multiple wind-energy facilities in each public park.” What’s this about? A political double-cross, and a political disconnect.

CHICAGO - In a letter sent out this week by the Chicago Audubon Society, the environmental consulting organization says it plans to drop "Audubon" from its name and is encouraging the National Audubon Society to do the same. (Snip) "Carrying John James Audubon’s name does not serve us well ethically," the organization said, calling out the naturalist’s ties to a genocidal campaign waged against people of color. The organization argued that Audubon had no role to play in the discovery of nation’s natural resources but merely described them for mostly white audiences.

The Illinois Department of Human Services is preparing to move 658 recent migrant arrivals into a former Kmart in Chicago for temporary shelter, WTTW News has learned. The 100,000-square-foot store has sat vacant at the corner of 71st Street and Pulaski Road on the city’s Southwest Side since 2016. Sources said the migrants — mostly asylum seekers — will be relocated from the suburbs, where they are currently staying at hotels. According to documents WTTW News obtained, the site was selected because of its nearby resources and because it is in a welcoming neighborhood. But some local officials are not yet ready to roll out the welcome mat.

Kamala Harris's verbal utterances are bizarre, repetitive, and often not completed. (snip) Aphasics may do this to hide the fact that they can literally not hold onto the meaning of their narrative, to carry it to completion. So, they make up an ending to the story and then perhaps flip into a semantically weird ending. Harris often simply repeats her first sentence. This is not planned for a rational purpose, and she often solves her semantic confusion by bursting out in stereotypical laughter, with gestures, to encourage her listeners to think she just did a funny.

A defendant in Maryland can be charged with felony murder if the person commits a murder during a felony crime, such as robbery. Crutchfield and supporters of the bill say that the brain is not fully developed before age 25, so issuing so harsh a sentence is unfair.
