Election denier Kari Lake promised to take her gubernatorial defeat lawsuit to the Arizona's supreme court after it was tossed for the second time on Thursday - less than two months after it was rejected by a Maricopa County judge.
The ruling from the Arizona Court of Appeals - the second and penultimate tier in the state's court system - came as the latest defeat for Lake, who in December lost the race to be Arizona's next governor by about 17,000 votes.
Immediately chalking up the loss to voter fraud, the 53-year-old former Phoenix journalist filed a suit alleging that problems with printers and election day protocol cost her a victory

Why does Kari Lake have to do all of this? Truly if I knew my vote didn't get counted, I would be talking to someone. This is what I have concerns about because Donald Trump was fighting the fight when it should be we the people. Why isn't there one, big voter class-action suit?

Which is good news for Biden’s re-election team. If Kari Lake can’t win in supposedly Republican Arizona and a freakish leftist suffering from depression, Fetterman, can win in a Senate seat in PA, the odds of winning for Biden have improved. Would appear that voters, or the ones stuffing ballot boxes on behalf of dead voters, don’t care about the actual candidate. Instead, it’s the party affiliation of the vote counters that determines the winners. And in blue states and blue cities, the counters are heavily Democrats.
Four more years of Biden is frightening.

Yup, she's a fighter. Wish we had more like her in the Republican Puzty. What we have now is a bunch of Republicans who are great with giving orals.

Even with the overwhelming evidence of improper procedures, chain of custody, ballot printing issues, and other proven, concrete evidence , the liberal judges still say " nothing to see here, case dismissed ". The enforcers of the laws are turning a blind eye to blatant violations of the laws.

Have you ever tried to take something out of the hand of a toddler who really, really wants it? That’s pretty much a metaphor for what is happening when you file a lawsuit regarding election shenanigans. Democrats are never going to give up their ability to steal elections because that is the only way they can win. If one case was won proving that there was election fraud, it would be curtains for these criminals. As it stands today, that is never going to happen. No judge wants to be the one that exposes democrats. If that should happen, everything we believed had happened would be confirmed. The deep state would never allow themselves to be exposed especially now since they have achieved total control of the government. Of course democrats can’t come right out and admit what they have done, but their actions scream, we are untouchable because we control everything. Just look at what they have done with absolutely no consequences and tell me there is equal justice under the law.

This was expected, hence Lake's lawyers asking the state Supreme Court to hear the case weeks ago. We shall see what happens.

She's not finished? Prove to me this isn't all for show. She never got started. How much money is she raking in performing this charade?
Don't expect to overturn an election based on technicalities. Prove the name on the ballot doesn't exist, is not eligible to vote because they moved or is a felon or not a citizen, or voted multiple times. Nothing else matters. No judge is going to 'disenfranchise' real voters.

At a minimum, these court filings have thoroughly demonstrated that Katie Hobbs was completely derelict in her duties as Secretary of State. For that alone, she should be prosecuted.
The people of the State of Arizona deserve justice for Katie Hobbs' malfeasance.

Judges who probably got to their positions via corruption, perhaps are the beneficiaries of other fraudulent elections aren't at all interested in having free and fair elections.

I appreciate the way that Rinktum summarizes things concisely. And usually correctly, in that she (I’m guessing) agrees with me.

#4, I'm not sure that's their argument in court.
Besides, it would seem the ballot and printer ink issues would fall into the local Republican and the RNC to have ensured it was proper. However, I also think they didn't want people like Lake investigating so many things, and preferred the alternative.
I'm not sure if Lake's team is simply challenging the lack of extended hours for the areas where predominantly Republican voting machines were down, not working, which has lots of precedent from the Courts.

Our side takes to the streets and get arrested. It used to be that we had jobs so we didn't protest; now, we're just scared.

It really does not matter how many votes were cast for Kerri Lake. At the end of the counting she will be behind.
The only number that matters to the Dems is how many votes they have to have Katie Hobbs (in charge of the elections) manufacture to be declare herself the winner. Hobbs has all the artillery in the Arizona justice system to win.
