Disney Got Absolutely Wrecked in 2022

Original Article

2022 wasn’t the year The Walt Disney Company’s descended into wokeness, but it was the year the media giant fully embraced it. From the legacy-character emasculations of “She-Hulk” and “Thor: Love and Thunder” to the variety of children’s movies pushing LGBT ideology, Disney decided to go all in. Unfortunately for their shareholders, that wasn’t a great strategy. The company had its worst year since 1974, seeing $123 billion in value wiped out. According to Discern Report, Disney lost 44% of its market value in 2022 and is showing no signs of changing its corporate direction

No, they didn't "get" wrecked. It was all self-inflicted wounds caused by their own evil decisions to become the major groomer of children in this country!!! Nobody did anything to them. They did it to themselves. Will they learn from their evil mistakes? Of course not -- they are brain-dead lie-berals, so they don't have enough working brain cells to learn anything!!!!!

Not near bad enough. We will NEVER go back to a Disney theme park or cruise. And we will never subscribe to Disney+ or see any movie with even a hint of LBTQ perversion. Am damn glad I didn't own any Disney stock to see tank.

Great News. The admission and food prices at their theme parks are outright theft. Their movies suck. great to see them hurting.

I hope that someday, after all the Disney interests are all dead and buried, we will be able to look back at the Disney of our youth and enjoy it again. No gays, no trannies, no pedophiles, no diversity. Just good family fun.

When I cancelled Disney+, there was a place to tell them why. I wrote that Disney was not offering content in line with my values, and I no longer wished to support the corporation. I hope many others have and will do the same.

You sure can tell when the RINO comes out to play at websites like this one. Disney committed untold numbers of self inflicted wounds, decided to be woke, and they did this to themselves. The media embrace only encouraged the company stupidity.

Disney is a wolf in sheep's clothing. Its board of directors should be named and shamed and probably also sued for securities fraud for misrepresenting the company's business in SEC filings as family-friendly,

Twitter Files: The FBI "Belly Button" 4 replies
Posted by Dreadnought 1/4/2023 12:38:18 AM Post Reply
Reporter Matt Taibbi has dropped the latest round of Twitter files, this time dubbed “The FBI Belly Button.” The new files detail a tangled web being woven between the FBI, the State Department, Twitter (and other social media companies) and media. While Twitter exec Yoel Roth was keen to deal with the FBI, he and others in the social media giant quickly became concerned about the flood of other agencies rushing in to get their piece of the censorship pie. The FBI has had their hooks in Twitter since long before the 2020 election, but when you get into bed with the devil, you’d best believe you’ll soon find yourself

On Tuesday, Jan. 3, Republican Ron DeSantis was sworn in for the second time as Florida Governor. The inauguration, which also included swearing-in ceremonies for Lieutenant Governor, Attorney General, CFO, and Commissioner of Agriculture, had the feel of something much bigger. The ceremony included the 13th Army Band of the Florida National Guard, an artillery salute, and a fighter jet flyover. First Lady Casey DeSantis wore a gown with a cape and gloves, and gave off a Jackie O vibe. DeSantis delivered a speech that highlighted his first-term record of policy achievements, while laying out an aggressive second-term agenda that touched on everything from ending wokeness

French, who has emerged as a leading critic among conservatives of former President Trump in recent years, helped launch the anti-Trump conservative website “The Dispatch” before spending several years as a writer at The National Review. The Times, in a note announcing French’s hire, described him as “forthright in his views, yet open to counterargument; sincere in his ideological commitments, yet willing to call out those who normally share his beliefs when he believes they’ve wandered astray.” French begins at the Times later this month.

A new release of internal Twitter correspondence details the relationship between the social media company and government agencies, which one agent compared to a belly button. The latest drop of the Twitter Files, a series of releases provided by Elon Musk to allies detailing communications of the social media platform's leadership, offers insights into the company's relationship with the FBI. The company established regular communications and received requests from an assortment of agencies, according to emails released by journalist Matt Taibbi. These connections were better formed after the company clashed with the Global Engagement Center, a State Department-funded agency

Republican Kevin McCarthy has lost three rounds of voting to become the next Speaker of the House of Representatives, the first time a nominee has been defeated in a century. The House has now adjourned and will vote again on Wednesday. The historic losses do not immediately end Mr McCarthy's candidacy. But it is unclear how he can convince 20 Republican rebels to back him. There are only 222 Republicans in the chamber this year so the representative from California could only afford to lose four votes from his party. In each of the first two rounds he secured only 203 votes - and in the third round an extra

The first "Twitter Files" of 2023 dove into the tech giant's evolution from its resistance to its embrace of the intel community. In the eleventh installment of Elon Musk's "Twitter Files," Substack writer Matt Taibbi reported about the "PR crisis" Twitter underwent in 2017 when Democrats pummeled the tech giant for its apparent inaction of investigating Russian influence on the platform as Facebook was public with uprooting suspicious foreign accounts following the 2016 presidential election. Amid pressure, Twitter launched a "Russia Task Force" to investigate whether the Kremlin had such a foothold on the platform, even after it had suspended several suspected Russia-linked accounts.

There is a lot of talk about the dangers of the COVID vaccines these days, some of which is pure speculation and some of which is based upon solid facts and science. Let me focus on the latter, because speculation sheds a lot of heat but not any light. The Wall Street Journal has printed a story on its Editorial page that should cause a stir: recent peer reviewed studies indicate that the policy of frequently boosting vaccinated people against new COVID variants is speeding up the mutation of the virus and actually encouraging the spread of the virus rather than slowing it down. Drawing on studies printed in Nature and the

Damar Hamlin suffered cardiac arrest before collapsing on the field and being rushed to a local hospital, the Bills announced late Monday evening. The 24-year-old safety tackled Bengals receiver Tee Higgins near the end of the first quarter of their “Monday Night Football” matchup. As Hamlin attempted to get back to his feet following the collision, he fell back down to the ground. Teammates frantically waved in medical staff as the situation quickly grew dire, and an ambulance rushed Hamlin off the field and to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in what quickly became a terrifying scene. Hamlin received CPR on the field and is in critical condition.
