Joe Biden’s behavior is constantly inspiring discussions about elder abuse and the 25th Amendment.
He gets lost, has no idea what he is saying half the time, and has to be led around by bunnies and children to get where he needs to go.
But while there are certainly all those concerns, when one looks at his second, Kamala Harris, that might give anyone pause, because of her issues. First among them would be her speaking problems. Joe Biden’s chief issues are lying, ignorance, and incoherence. She shares the common issue of not knowing what the heck she’s talking about. That might explain why she has such speaking difficulty.

OLYMPIA, Wash. — “Pot,” “weed,” “grass,” “Mary Jane,” “flower” — there is no shortage of terms to describe cannabis. However, Washington state is taking one word officially off the table: “marijuana.”
Legislators recently passed a law that changes every Revised Code of Washington with the word “marijuana.” The change gets rid of the term, swapping it out for the word “cannabis.”
Supporters say the word “marijuana” has a long history of racism.
“The term ‘marijuana’ itself is pejorative and racist,” said Washington state Rep. Melanie Morgan during testimony in 2021. Morgan is a Democrat representing the 29th Legislative District and sponsored the bill

Before the U.S. had approved any COVID-19 vaccines for the general public, Brianne Dressen was so confident in their success that she enrolled herself in a U.S. clinical trial. On Nov. 4, 2020, she received her first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine.
On the ride home from the clinic — within an hour of receiving the shot — she felt a tingling sensation down her arm. That evening, she developed blurry and double vision, and she noticed sound becoming distorted — like her ears were covered by seashells.

VICTORIA, BC — A fire broke out Saturday in ten containers aboard cargo ship ZIM Kingston near Victoria, British Columbia on Saturday, a day after high winds caused the inbound vessel to lose 40 other containers in the Strait of Juan de Fuca.
According to the Canadian Coast Guard, 16 people were evacuated from the container ship after the fire started in ten containers on board.
According to officials, at least two of the containers that caught fire contain hazardous materials identified as potassium amylxanthate.
Because of the chemicals in the containers, first responders were unable to apply water directly to the flames.

NEW YORK (AP) — Bernie Madoff, the financier who pleaded guilty to orchestrating a massive Ponzi scheme, died in a federal prison early Wednesday, a person familiar with the matter told The Associated Press. He was 82.
Madoff died at the Federal Medical Center in Butner, North Carolina, apparently from natural causes, the person said. The person was not authorized to speak publicly and spoke to the AP on the condition of anonymity.
Last year, Madoff’s lawyers filed court papers to try to get him released from prison in the coronavirus pandemic, saying he had suffered from end-stage renal disease and other chronic medical conditions.
