MADISON, Wis. — Madison Children's Museum said in a statement Monday an employee was fired after wearing an Adolf Hitler costume. The employee was seen in viral photographs celebrating Halloween on Saturday night in Madison's downtown area. We are nauseated to see a man has dressed up as Adolf Hitler to celebrate Halloween at the U. Wisconsin Madison With antisemitic incidents on the rise at both this particular school and across the country, this costume was meant to do one thing, and one thing only - spread hate pic.twitter.com/2paqLqOT4n — StopAntisemitism (@StopAntisemites) October 30, 2022 According to a statement, the employee has cognitive disabilities and has worked at the museum for the past 10 years.

Comments:

Not the best taste in Halloween costumes, but the proper reaction should probably have been laughter. That said, what should be done about the shockingly authentic looking Hitler figure in the actors' canteen in Blazing Saddles, who said to his lunch companion, "They lose me after the bunker scene." That's no longer funny now? The great Mel Brooks wrote it, and, last I heard he isn't a gentile.

OH for heavens sake. This is ridiculous. A halloween costume is just silly, witches and monsters but you don't say no to them? Grow up and get a life. I would personally not go as Adolph or Joe Biden but I wouldn't say anybody dressed as them was evil.

Last time I looked, Halloween was silly and pretend. Adolph Hitler murdered millions, but this is not Hitler. VERY Poor judgment maybe, but Freedom of Speech for sure. Has Virtue Signaling become a real PROFESSION now? I guess that a Jabba-the-Hut costume is off limits too? Trying to penalize REAL-LIVE villains (like the FBI & DOJ) is just too dangerous for the signalers.

It seems there is a purpose to Halloween, which is to greet the coming of the long winter nights and to counter our innate anxiety of things we imagine lurk within it. Those fears are personified as symbolic or actual monsters (A half rotten tooth for the former, Joe Biden impersonations for an example of the latter) These evils are personified in costume to be recognized, ridiculed and made light of. Hitler was adopted as an object of derision, not veneration. Anyone who does not understand this, the essential spirit of the celebration, should expect to buy their own candy from now on, because they won't get any from me.

The whole thing has a Jussie Smollett feel to it, to be honest, where everything “reported” fits perfectly into what Democrats need it to be and the truth, as is always the case with these people, isn’t even a consideration.

If there’s one thing our politically and culturally divided world can agree on, it is that we live in interesting times. A sense of crisis has been stalking our once-complacent civilization. This climate of fear was the emotional springboard used by The Great Reset initiative, to justify a call by global stakeholders to redeem the world from the ravages of COVID-19 in 2020, in exchange for submission. ‘Unless you hand over your freedom and gather as one,’ the message implied, ‘pestilence and climate change will destroy you’. While that might seem outrageous, the impetus to enact lockdowns, mandates, behavior rules and speech codes was so great at the time

Maggie Hassan. Bolduc, a Donald Trump-endorsed candidate, was left for dead after winning the primary, with the assumption being that his negatives were too high and that he couldn’t draw support in a blue state. His fundraising was lackluster, and the national groups have been spending their finite resources in more “competitive” states. Recently, though, it was revealed that Republicans were going back into New Hampshire to make last-minute ad buys for Bolduc,
