"I Was Hoping That There’d Be Accountability

Forgets That He Ran FBI for 2 Years!

Former Attorney General Bill Barr didn’t want accountability at the DOJ and the FBI. He proved this by his actions for two years by not addressing the massive corruption in these institutions. By not addressing the corruption, the DOJ and FBI have only gotten worse. Bill Barr now says he was hoping that there’d be accountability at the FBI. This guy had two years to address the massive corruption at the FBI and DOJ but he didn’t. Now we have a DOJ and FBI that arrest innocent protesters from Jan 6, throw them in jail for nearly two years without court dates,

The racists at the predominantly White FBI are fighting like the devil to avoid having their Pennsylvania Ave headquarters moved to predominantly Black Prince George’s County, MD. Instead they want to be moved to the cushy suburbs in Fairfax, VA. The GOP needs to support the move to PG County- in the name of equity.

Ralphie, just grab your bagpipes and find a gig that pays well. You ceded every ounce of credibility you had by your pathetic refusal to do your duty. Failing to show any curiosity regarding the serious evidence you had in your possession, your complete dismissal of any mention of election fraud, and your lack of courage to look into the actions of your employees and agencies under your per view was a complete abandonment of your oath of office. You failed your President, this country and its people miserably and history will confirm your betrayal.

I am a big supporter of our rightful President, Donald Trump, however, this Mount Everest Mound of Flabby Flesh, Bill Barr, is a glaring example of the biggest mistake he made while he was in the White House which was appointing appointed his stealth enemies to positions of power in the Executive Branch of the government and on his own White House Staff and not cleaning house of all the existing employees in the various Agencies on Day One when he took office. I hope and pray that the President has learned from these mistakes and will clean house, ruthlessly, in the entire Executive Branch when he rightfully moves back into our White House. And people like Barr, Wray and all the others need to be prosecuted and sent to jail for their crimes.

#22 kudos Trumps deepest error was the people he hired and the ones he didn't fire. The backstabbers, the leakers, the lurkers, the hidden Bushite neocon agendas. Treasonous rats running wild in the West Wing. Even in top positions like AG, SecState, VP. Consistent with this was his failure to completely purge every politically appointed position in Washington DC and his failure to relegate the top layers of the Civil Service to the mail rooms.

If he really cared, he would have done his job and fired Wray, and put in somebody who would have restored the integrity of that agency.

For many Republicans, the final midterm election results were surprising— especially in the states of Arizona, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. Based on polling, it looked likely that Kari Lake, Adam Laxalt, and Mehmet Oz would win their contests. I believe that there are only three likely explanations for the unexpected results: late campaign surges, polling error, or aggressive ballot-harvesting. A late surge? Some Republicans are falling for an illogical narrative put forth by Democrats and the mainstream media.

Lawyer to revolutionary to tyrant to butcher to victim of the forces he himself had unleashed — that was the arc of the life of Maximillian Robespierre. The architect of The Terror that engulfed France from 1792 until 1794, Robespierre may have been the first despot of the mind. Throughout history, kings and emperors and such had raged across the world, killing people for power and land and glory and to obliterate opponents. But Robespierre's elected dictatorship was the first to systematically kill people in its own territory for not thinking the right way, for not blindly following his lead

At the Federalist, Jordan Boyd offers up a proposed agenda for the new House of Representatives. The Republicans have won a majority. How great is still to be determined. Officially the count is 218, but Lauren Boebert’s opposition, Adam Frisch, conceded. If the certification matches the ballot count that would make the total 219, and they are still counting two districts in California in which the Republican candidates are leading so the count may be as high as 221.Certification of results in at least one county in Arizona are being held up pending examination of the voting machines, and other counties may follow.

In 2021, Disney greenlit Strange World, an animated movie about a family journeying through a mysterious land to save a resource that’s losing its energy. Bob Iger, who is returning to Disney to “save” it from Bob Chapek’s sad tenure, was still on board in 2021, so he must have greenlit it. That’s a relevant fact because the movie bombed at the box office. Coincidentally or not, the movie has an openly gay subtext as one of the main male characters crushes on another boy.
