There's Howard Zinn's history of America and there's the history Cotton refers to. Imagine if our last several generations had grown up being taught the latter. FWIW the Red's march subversive march through our history is a more interesting story if for no other reason than it's true.

#1, we could always dream, but that wouldn’t accomplish much. We need to work as diligently, and as hard & consistently as they do. But we need to to do it with a reverent & prayerful trust in the Word & Providence of God instead of relentlessly employing the evil & underhanded devices and deceptions of the devil. The former is what built America into the greatest nation on earth. The latter is what is tearing her down. Only The Strong, by Senator Tom Cotton, is on my Christmas list.

Democrats have been busy destroying us and Republicans have been unaware of it either by design or because they are clueless. Donald Trump appeared on the scene and shook the Republican Party to its core because he saw what was going on and said, no more. This unapologetic truth spoke volumes to the American people who knew something was very wrong in the country and specifically in the Republican Party that refused to go on the offensive and aggressively fight for our values and expose the corruption that ran rampant in our government. Trump’s willingness to fight and more importantly win posed the greatest threat to the democrat party and their friends across the aisle. Democrats were determined to fundamentally transform this country into their idea of American communism but had run head long into real opposition. This is why they hate President Trump. He picked up the American standard and was willing to fight for his country like no other politician on the scene which is why Americans flocked to him and still do. He recognized the threat that democrats and media posed to the Republic and charged full tilt against them. It was then democrats realized that he posed the most serious threat to their success and they have been trying to destroy him ever since. Sen. Cotton is absolutely correct about the Democrat’s intentions. They are a real and present danger to the Republic. There is only one solution to the threat. It is the complete and utter defeat of the democrat party and it is going to take American voters to do it because it is clear that the old Republican Party prior to Trump is incapable of standing up to that destructive party or we would not be where we are today looking down the barrel of communism.

All this time we thought the democrats were just stupid. Crazy, communist and perverted can be added to the list.

Some of today’s bad ideas go back to Woodrow Wilson , as racist a Democrat to ever sit in office.

We also have failed to recognize the process. The constitutional guardrails that once constrained our government and protected our rights have been gradually removed leaving our freedom to be determined by arbitrary decisions on the part of our ruling elites. Where once the rule of law served to protect us now only tactical considerations limit the extent of the power imposed on us. The fear of an awakening or the fear of the frog noticing the water is getting hot prevents us from abandoning all pretense of an intact constitutional republic. Seizing property based on the suspicion of drug money involvement, no conviction, no charges no problem. Rebranding laws as regulations so we can tilt the balance of powers to the executive branch. Spying on citizens in the name of fighting terrorism Taxing the states and returning funds based on compliance with Washington's wishes Forcing us to spend what they let us "keep" of our earnings on health insurance. Doling out favorable tax policy for compliance with the wishes of the elites.

Yes, the dims have been hard at work undermining America since the Woodrow Wilson days.

It’s telling that even after President Reagan’s absolutely electrifying “A Time For Choosing” speech” in 1964 & his strong stance against Communism thereafter, that many Republicans didn’t stand with him when he received the same hateful treatment in his day that President Trump is receiving today. The difference being, of course, that times are much more evil now, and the attackers are much bolder and more vicious. Reagan opened eyes to the urgency way back then. Leftism has to be defeated in the Republican Party too, along with those who are too weak, or unwilling to stand up for our freedom in the face of it. It’s an absolute necessity now.

Democrats took to Communism like ducks to water. By 1938 the Democrat Party hadn't met a fascist it didn't like. Remember, Adolf Hitler was Time Magazine's "Man of the Year" before he invaded Poland. Communism didn't end the day some concrete barrier was broken in Berlin. China has done to Communism what the Russians never could accomplish. The Chinese Communist Party floods the U.S. political system with our own currency in order to buy influence. Even corporate America is influenced by CCP promises of rights to their market in exchange for "influence" in American businesses. The evils among us today is very great. Politicians are not to be trusted... EVER!

Here's the funny thing about this nonsense...exactly what has the GOP done over those years to reverse any of it? If anything, those "conservative" stalwarts have added their own ingredients to the mix. Why do we still labor under an income tax? Social Security? Medicare? A host of "Great Society" and "War on Poverty" programs? Massive borrowing up to $31 TRILLION - with $14 TRILLION added in the past three years alone. Let's toss in such as our Departments of Education and Energy. The end of specie backing our currency. Korea, Vietnam/SE Asia, Iraq (twice), Afghanistan, and Ukraine...Oh, and The Patriot Act! Politicians are less ideological as responsive to the public will. That public will is largely the mistaken idea that "soaking the rich" and deficit spending are the way to prosperity. And then complain when that nickel pack of chewing gum and dime Coke climb over a buck apiece. Sure, the public will accept 3 percent inflation annually, but if it goes higher it's panic time...and we still want 10 percent CDs. Housing "tanks" when interest rates rise to their historic "normal" levels. Investors cry when the stock market stops growing to the sky on easy money. We're all socialists now.

In order to rule the world ( think globalists ) they have to take down America, the leader of the free world. They work with RINOS but Trump is his own man, not to bought, bribed or bullied. So they worked long and hard putting the fraud in place and with help from the MSM ( the propaganda arm of the dem party) they accomplished that and put a pliable corrupt idiot in office.They have also taken over education, " science", commerce, medicine, entertainment................everything that is not the business of government.

Every generation is given a challenge...biden and his goons are ours in this moment...I don't see US giving up our freedoms and love of country so quickly...I recall General Patton's words..."fight..fight...fight" as he led his troops into victory....he was assassinated shortly after the war because the powers in control saw him as a threat...when he decided to come back to America and tell the truth...and perhaps run for president....

And while we get our hopes up for a red wave next week, don't get your hopes up that everything will suddenly get fixed and that our debt-based financial system is back in the black and the federal government operates with a balanced budget.
