Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) said Monday on “CBS Evening News” that Fox News host Jesse Watters has been “mocking” Paul Pelosi, the husband of Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), for months which aided and abetted the home invasion hammer attack on him. According to an FBI affidavit, the suspect, 42-year-old David DePape, confessed to breaking into the Pelosis’ San Francisco home with the intent of breaking the Speaker’s kneecaps to “show other Members of Congress there were consequences to actions.” Newsom said, “I have seen the dehumanization of Nancy Pelosi. I don’t think anyone’s been dehumanized like her consistently.”

Republican Gen. Don Bolduc was physically attacked by an unknown individual before the Wednesday debate with Democrat Sen. Maggie Hassan (D-NH), Bolduc’s campaign told Breitbart News.
Kate Constantini, Bolduc for Senate spokeswoman, told Breitbart News that before the General went on the debate stage, he was physically attacked outside the building by an individual in the crowd.

The D.C. Council is expected to take the first of two votes Tuesday on a massive rewrite of its criminal code. If passed, the bill would eliminate most mandatory minimum sentences, allow for jury trials in almost all misdemeanor cases and reduce the maximum penalties for offenses such as burglaries, carjackings and robberies.

David DePape pleaded not guilty Tuesday to all charges in his first court appearance on Tuesday. DePape pleaded not guilty to the numerous charges against him in the alleged Paul Pelosi attack on Friday morning.
DePape appeared in court with a sling on his arm. He was not shackled for some reason.
