Colorado GOP Senate nominee Joe O'Dea says he will campaign against former President Donald Trump if he were to run for president in 2024. “I don’t think Donald Trump should run again,” O’Dea said in an interview Sunday on CNN’s "State of the Union." “I’m going to actively campaign against Donald Trump and make sure that we’ve got four or five really great Republicans right now.” Among those mentioned as potential 2024 GOP presidential candidates are former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis.

He's obviously a Dem, yes. It's Colorado. And who is he anyway? He's going to campaign against one of the most popular people in politics right now? I've never heard of him before. He's "going to make sure" Trump isn't the nominee? How? Since when is this phantom a king maker? The absolutely over the top arrogance of some politicians is just astounding. Hey Joe O'Nobody, literally no one cares what you think. No one is voting against Trump who already likes him. And after your buddy Biden and your blue team wrecked the country you're not convincing anyone of anything but even more people to vote for Trump. At this point you Dems have done so badly running the country you'd lose to a ham sandwich with an R next to its name.

Couple of thoughts on Joe: This is from his campaign website: "Joe O’Dea is running for the Senate to reduce inflation, cut wasteful spending and the debt, to get America refocused on energy independence, and to keep America safe and secure by supporting the police at home and by supporting a strong military and “peace through strength” abroad." I would think if Joe's serious about these things, he'd find a way to work with Trump who is also serious about these things. Joe says he is not focused on social issues. So, he will not vote against abortion, same-sext marriage, etc. Well, Joe, a vote one way or another is focused. Lastly, Joe, you gotta win first before you can take on Trump.

O'Dea is Mitch McConnell's "perfect candidate." Since I consider Turtle Mitch a backstabbing jerk, that certainly makes me hesitant to vote for O'Dea. Why is it that the GOPe always goes for the squishy Republicans? "Me too" never won an election, but the RINOs still don't get it.

And there it is !! O'Dea just confirmed what I have suspected for a while now. He is part and parcel of the Bush Mafia that has been in control of the Colorado Republican Party since the days of younger brother Neil passing out all of the Silverado Savings walking around money. The Republican Party leaders in Colorado is determined to ignore the grass roots members. They actively campaigned against Tom Tancredo then, they are actively campaigning against Loren Boebert now. They deserve to lose. Sad !!

Dr. Mehmet Oz has overtaken his Democratic rival, Lt. Gov. In the latest InsiderAdvantage poll, Oz led Fetterman by 2.7% among likely voters with 47.5% support to 44.8%. That lead is just inside the survey's +/- 3.6% margin of error, making the race a statistical tie. Conducted Oct. 26 among 750 likely voters, the survey is the first to show Oz leading in the race and the first to feature a survey period exclusively following the debate.

Let’s get right to the point: Where are all the splashy full-page ad campaigns from purported Christian “leaders” condemning the moral degeneracy of this Biden administration? Or does being a “prophetic witness” to the “political class” only gain renewed interest in elite evangelical sectors when the person occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has an “R” next to his name? For context, let’s rewind back to 2017. Shortly after Donald Trump assumed office, he issued an executive order that suspended travel into the United States from seven countries and paused most refugee resettlements for 120 days.

One of the core strengths of the late, great, sorely missed, Rush Limbaugh was his ability and willingness to constantly reground his listeners concerning basic truths. We tend to forget basics in the heat of political battle, usually to the detriment of conservative causes and candidates. An excellent current example of this has to do with polling. I cannot believe how many conservative pundits, radio/podcast hosts and writers react to polls early in the season with dismay or even panic. “Beto is within three points of Abbot!” “Fetterman up seven over Oz? How can that be?” The answer is: you’re right, it can't be. It isn't true.
