Two FBI officials who briefed Facebook's parent company, Meta, about Hunter Biden's laptop also donated to Democrats in 2020, campaign finance records show. The findings are connected to a lawsuit from states claiming the federal government colluded with social media firms to censor free speech. And the agents – FBI Foreign Influence Task Force Chief Laura Dehmlow and FBI San Francisco Cyber Division Chief Elvis Chan – are each named in the suit. A court filing in connection with the suit alleges that Chan and Dehmlow were "involved in the communications between the FBI and Meta that led to Facebook's suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story."

It's irrelevant whether they donated or not. The main question remains why did they brief Facebook?

Why exactly was Facebook briefed? Is Facebook / Meta a part of the Department of Justice and involved in the investigation? Did I miss their joining the agency? NO! I didn't think so! The agents involved and those behind the scenes pulling the strings need to be fired immediately and charged with interfering with a federal investigation and election interference (if there is an applicable law)!

What would be "Just the News" would be a story about a Washington DC-based FBI agent actually upholding the law and speaking out against the Stasi-like political operations running out of the FBI HQ from Director Faye Wray through each of the Inspector Renaults who are "shocked, shocked" to find all this political crime coming from only one side of the aisle (all of course, manufactured by the FBI goons and their Democrat masters). It's gotten to that if my neighbor was an FBI agent, the only thing I would say to him without a lawyer present is "Good morning."

Those two should be fired for stupidity just for voting for the idiot Biden. Anyone with a thought process like that should not have a critical job. It shows poor judgment.

Democrat Katie Hobbs, Arizona secretary of state and gubernatorial candidate, was quick to amplify claims that “dangerous misinformation” from her Republican opponent Kari Lake was connected to a break-in at her office this week. Police have now reportedly arrested a suspect and confirmed the break-in had no political motivation, so Hobbs did what any self-respecting Democrat political candidate would do — she refused to discuss the new development or her former accusations. “AFTER accusing my team of coordinating a Watergate-style break-in of her office, Katie Hobbs has now flip-flopped and DOES NOT want to talk about the crime,” Kari Lake tweeted Thursday.

Dr. Mehmet Oz has overtaken his Democratic rival, Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, in the Pennsylvania Senate race following the Democrat's much-critiqued performance in the race's sole debate earlier this week. In the latest InsiderAdvantage poll, Oz led Fetterman by 2.7% among likely voters with 47.5% support to 44.8%. That lead is just inside the survey's +/- 3.6% margin of error, making the race a statistical tie. Conducted Oct. 26 among 750 likely voters, the survey is the first to show Oz leading in the race and the first to feature a survey period exclusively following the debate.

Let’s get right to the point: Where are all the splashy full-page ad campaigns from purported Christian “leaders” condemning the moral degeneracy of this Biden administration? Or does being a “prophetic witness” to the “political class” only gain renewed interest in elite evangelical sectors when the person occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has an “R” next to his name? For context, let’s rewind back to 2017. Shortly after Donald Trump assumed office, he issued an executive order that suspended travel into the United States from seven countries and paused most refugee resettlements for 120 days.

New York judge has struck down what it calls an "arbitrary and capricious" COVID-19 vaccine mandate for New York City workers, in a ruling that reinstates employees fired for not being vaccinated and entitles them to back pay. "The petitioners should not have been terminated for choosing not to protect themselves," Richmond County Judge Ralph Porzio wrote in his ruling Monday, in response to the case filed by 16 New York City employees after they were fired for not taking the vaccine.

One of the core strengths of the late, great, sorely missed, Rush Limbaugh was his ability and willingness to constantly reground his listeners concerning basic truths. We tend to forget basics in the heat of political battle, usually to the detriment of conservative causes and candidates. An excellent current example of this has to do with polling. I cannot believe how many conservative pundits, radio/podcast hosts and writers react to polls early in the season with dismay or even panic. “Beto is within three points of Abbot!” “Fetterman up seven over Oz? How can that be?” The answer is: you’re right, it can't be. It isn't true.

A top election official in Pennsylvania says the state will disregard the U.S. Supreme Court's guidance on counting mail-in ballots arriving in envelopes with typos or incorrect dates, saying that the state's Commonwealth Court has already established the practice as licit. Pennsylvania's election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail. However, acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court's previous ruling on the matter.
