Democrat Katie Hobbs, Arizona secretary of state and gubernatorial candidate, was quick to amplify claims that “dangerous misinformation” from her Republican opponent Kari Lake was connected to a break-in at her office this week. Police have now reportedly arrested a suspect and confirmed the break-in had no political motivation, so Hobbs did what any self-respecting Democrat political candidate would do — she refused to discuss the new development or her former accusations. “AFTER accusing my team of coordinating a Watergate-style break-in of her office, Katie Hobbs has now flip-flopped and DOES NOT want to talk about the crime,” Kari Lake tweeted Thursday.

That's what demonrats do -- cause trouble by spilling lies, then refuse to backtrack them. They think it makes them look smart.

The Dims are so brave when they make their accusations certain the media will automatically believe them, and no one will ever counter them with the truth. After all these months Katie Hobbs is still clinging to that belief. Katie has a learning curve steeper than Mt. Everest. Maybe she should get her twin to stand in for her for a few days; she might be better at this than poor, pitiful Kate.

I think she knew from the start that Kari or her team had nothing to do with this, but as a typical Dem who lying comes as natural as breathing she told a big lie, got caught, and goes back into her hole. This woman needs a comeuppance really bad and I hope she gets it come election day.

Yeah politics ain’t beanbag and all those other truisms but it sure seems like contrary to President Obama’s (PBUH) aphorism, the Democrat in the race will never and I mean never go high when the other side goes low. Democrats lie. Reflexively. And evidently the Liberal mindset of the end justifies the means never occurs to them to be as foundationally flawed, ethically, as it does to reasonable people; nor does the end— these days— come anywhere close to justifiable: crush cops, glorify bad guys, legalize gender dysphoria, institutionalize vote fraud. They’re Marxists not classical liberals. The Republicans could still fumble this November’s wet dream it’s true but in a just polity the Democrats should not continue to be a component of American political life and should go the way of the Whigs. You know they’re lying because they’re speaking or writing or pointing the camera, lying is what current (not classical) “liberals,” have to do because nothing they believe in works in practice or improves anything. It’s the opposite. In the deep human need to aspire to an infinity greater than ourselves modern liberals see only themselves. “We are the blah blah blah we’ve been waiting for,” from a closeted gay man elected because of his race is the defining narcissistic example. Race, environment sex …all profoundly complex systems defiant of legislative remedy, the problems inherent in which can only be remediated by culture and the Left confidently supplies exactly the wrong culture, rewarding bad behavior at every single turn. They are the political philosophy of ignorance created nowadays of fifty years of credulous educational philosophy built on an intellectual foundation of sand. Rant over.

Inside job in the hopes that the MSM will cover it as a real scandal. This is what demosluts do when down by eleven points with a week and half before the election. I guess the idea that someone up by eleven points doesn't need to do this stuff never occurs to micro brain demosluts.

Katie Hobbs is the epitome of leftist democrat political cowardice. So sure that she has the local and national fake news in her camp she can duck debates with Kari Lake. Also, she in her arrogance says that she knows that the voters of Arizona don't need debates to know who to which candidate will be good for them. If that was the case then why is Chicken Hobbs blaming this latest "incident" on Lake? She's running scared because she knows that Lake would decimate her in any debate forum. At least the clod Fetterman showed up. Katie seems scared of anything associated with Kari Lake.

Lake is running a brilliant campaign. Because Hobbs refuses to engage with her in a public forum, Lake has been able to portray THE MEDIA as her primary opponent and treat Hobbs like some kind of peripheral character. It's almost like a pin in chess---Hobbs will get clobbered no matter how she moves so she's reduced to keeping quiet and confined.

Has anyone listened to Hobbs speak? She sounds like a little girl, with a little baby talk voice. She says um um every time she starts a sentence. And she acts like a little girl. A scared little girl mouthing Leftist talking points. How in the world did she ever get elected as Secretary of State? Someone should say to her. grow up Katie! This little girl act isn't working.

Dr. Mehmet Oz has overtaken his Democratic rival, Lt. Gov. John Fetterman, in the Pennsylvania Senate race following the Democrat's much-critiqued performance in the race's sole debate earlier this week. In the latest InsiderAdvantage poll, Oz led Fetterman by 2.7% among likely voters with 47.5% support to 44.8%. That lead is just inside the survey's +/- 3.6% margin of error, making the race a statistical tie. Conducted Oct. 26 among 750 likely voters, the survey is the first to show Oz leading in the race and the first to feature a survey period exclusively following the debate.

Let’s get right to the point: Where are all the splashy full-page ad campaigns from purported Christian “leaders” condemning the moral degeneracy of this Biden administration? Or does being a “prophetic witness” to the “political class” only gain renewed interest in elite evangelical sectors when the person occupying 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue has an “R” next to his name? For context, let’s rewind back to 2017. Shortly after Donald Trump assumed office, he issued an executive order that suspended travel into the United States from seven countries and paused most refugee resettlements for 120 days.

One of the core strengths of the late, great, sorely missed, Rush Limbaugh was his ability and willingness to constantly reground his listeners concerning basic truths. We tend to forget basics in the heat of political battle, usually to the detriment of conservative causes and candidates. An excellent current example of this has to do with polling. I cannot believe how many conservative pundits, radio/podcast hosts and writers react to polls early in the season with dismay or even panic. “Beto is within three points of Abbot!” “Fetterman up seven over Oz? How can that be?” The answer is: you’re right, it can't be. It isn't true.

A top election official in Pennsylvania says the state will disregard the U.S. Supreme Court's guidance on counting mail-in ballots arriving in envelopes with typos or incorrect dates, saying that the state's Commonwealth Court has already established the practice as licit. Pennsylvania's election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail. However, acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court's previous ruling on the matter.
