A top election official in Pennsylvania says the state will disregard the U.S. Supreme Court's guidance on counting mail-in ballots arriving in envelopes with typos or incorrect dates, saying that the state's Commonwealth Court has already established the practice as licit. Pennsylvania's election laws have historically required voters to include a signature and date on the outside of return envelopes when voting by mail. However, acting Secretary of State Leigh Chapman announced that Pennsylvania election officials should continue counting ballots that arrive with improperly filled-out envelopes, in accordance with the Commonwealth Court's previous ruling on the matter.

The fix is in …. Cheat just like Nov 3, because we don’t have to follow the Supreme Court ruling. The Supreme Court should charge or dissolve the state court, whatever is allowed by law. I thought the Pennsylvania constitution and US constitution says the state legislatures alone set the rules for elections.

Yup Fetterman wins on ballots counted by the Filthy-delphia rat hole. I hope when Oz loses he take his case to the SCOTUS of the grounds that they didn't follow the law.

OK, that works for me. If Pennsylvania can ignore the Supreme Court on this, that sets a precedence that any state can ignore anything the Supreme Court decides. So Alabama can immediately not accept homosexual "marriage" anymore, and cancel out any homosexual "marriages" that have happened in the state. Lie-berals just don't seem to understand "precedence" very much, do they?!?!?!?

If Pennsylvania says it's okay to cheat their voters in another election does that mean that residents who actually live in the state can cheat on their state income tax returns? Asking for a friend.

Every qualified living citizen over the age of 18 has the right to cast a legal ballot once and once only, and have that ballot counted once and once only and none but legal ballots shall be counted. A true and exact count of legal ballots shall be determine all elections. It really is as simple as that and all citizens must insist on following this standard.

All voting should be done in person, on election day, complete with the purple thumb method. Exceptions could be made for the sick or handicapped if they file a request before election day and have a ballot delivered to their home by a team of one republican and one democrat who each sign the ballot. Pennsylvania would turn red overnight. The other possibility is that the residents of Philadelphia will all shoot each other or die of drug overdose before election day. I'm tired of the honest conservatives of this state being cheated year after year by the Philadelphia democrat mafia and the PSEA teachers' union. That's how we continue to get morons like Tom Wolf, Rachel Levine and Festerman in high positions of government. To his/her/its credit, Rachel is now serving the top idiot in Washington and achieved the highest military rank in the US Navy without ever having served one day in the Navy. All achieved by penis denial.
