Biden Attacks the Very Legitimacy of SCOTUS

Democrats have constantly attacked Republicans because some raised questions about the 2020 election, even though the Democrats have questioned elections and challenged electors in the past. Democrats have termed this “election denialism” and termed it a “threat to democracy.” Yet the Democrats have also been attacking the Supreme Court. They’ve incited protesters against the Court. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi encouraged protesters to pressure the Court to change its upcoming decision in Dobbs v. Jackson, the case that ultimately overturned Roe v. Wade. One person tried to assassinate Justice Brett Kavanaugh over the abortion question. Now, Joe Biden himself tried to cast doubt on the legitimacy of the Supreme Court

The document that gives legitimacy to the executive branch also gives legitimacy to the judicial branch. So if the Supreme Court is not legitimate, then neither is the Presidency. ( Not that Brandon is legitimate).

As the real impact and reach of the SCOTUS landmark Bruen decision begins to take down more and more gun control laws, the left will get progressively more angry and crazed That case fundamentally shifts the legal basis for court evaluation of all gun laws, and will probably erase most of them. "....shall not be infringed " will be more closely followed as will "historic rights". It's going to be great fun for us, hell for the gun haters.

Coming from a lying cheater who had an election stolen for him, he has a lot of freakin nerve. That's why you can't describe these people as anything short of pure, unadulterated evil. They got Pol Pot, Stalin, Hitler, and the rest of the murdering dictators of the world beat because they're such liars, poseurs, and hypocrites. Remember how angry Jesus was at the Pharisees? They presented themselves as paragons of virtue when they were nothing but whited sepulchers. I feel you, my Lord.

Democrats are playing a dangerous game because they believe they have the upper hand. Furthermore, Biden is an extremely reckless man notwithstanding his mental deficiencies. A serious minded leader would not purposely attack the foundations of our government for partisan benefit, but we all know that Joe and his cabal believe themselves to be all powerful. This horrific party is testing the very fabric of our founding ethos by their arrogant lawlessness to demand their own way. They respect nothing but their own dogma and fight to the death to protect it. Our present government is being tailored by fascists for fascists and they will not slow down or stop until they are forced to do so. Nothing is sacred to them except their insatiable lust for power and control.

Over the centuries of our Republic's existence, each of the three branches has wielded great power and criticized or been criticized by the other two. As for the Supreme Court, this is nothing new. The Warren Court was under constant criticism, with Ike saying his appointment of Warren was his biggest mistake in the White House. This is as the Constitution intended. Anyone who thinks this sort of conflict is "bad" simply doesn't understand the built in "jealousy" our Constitution is founded on to prevent too much power from resting in any one branch. It's called "Checks and Balances".

Democratic pollster Fernand Amandi called Florida the "MAGA Republican capital of the confederacy" during the latest episode of MSNBC’s "The Cross Connection with Tiffany Cross." The frequent MSNBC guest offered his incendiary claim as part of a panel discussion about a recent Anti-Defamation League report detailing how many of America’s domestic extremists, including those who trespassed on Capitol grounds on January 6, are from Florida. The segment clearly aimed at demonizing the Republican stronghold state governed by possible 2024 contender Ron DeSantis, a strategy that host Tiffany Cross has routinely employed on her show. Cross really leaned into it this time, introducing the discussion by calling Florida a "haven of hate"

President Joe Biden lamented the decline of mainstream newspapers having the ability to control the political narrative around the world. “The ability of newspapers to have much impact is de minimis,” he said, using a Latin phrase that means “lacking significance or importance.” “They’ve been overtaken by the internet,” he continued. Biden spoke about the internet and newspapers during a fundraiser in Los Angeles on Thursday, appearing with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to help fund Democrats in the midterm elections. He appeared bewildered by the new media culture allowing everyone to see information for themselves. “Look what’s happened now. Everything is changing because technology has changed,” he said. “There are no editors anymore.

Parents in Virginia could face felony or misdemeanor child abuse charges if they refuse to “affirm” their child’s gender identity. Virginia state Del. Elizabeth Guzman (D) plans to introduce legislation in order to combat Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s (R) model policies on the treatment of “transgender” students in Virginia schools. “The day that Gov. Youngkin wanted to implement this policy, I immediately texted the policy lead of that committee and said, this is how we’re going to push back,” Guzman, who is a social worker, said to ABC 7 News. The planned bill would expand the definition of child abuse to include parents who are not willing to “affirm” their child’s stated gender identity

If you ask President Joe Biden’s colleagues from his years as vice president, he is an “unguided missile” when under pressure, has “been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue” during the last 40 years, and allegedly has an underestimated ability to “f*** things up.” Those — shall we say — brutal character flaws mean that as commander-in-chief, he is a remarkably bad international negotiator and does not understand how the world works. In case you have not noticed, the entire globe is in disarray under Biden. The president’s lack of deal-making skills seems to be one of the main culprits behind the international disorder.

Programs for transgender advocacy aimed at children may have at last been a bridge too far for progressive activists. Government, establishment media and corporations and especially schools have made it clear they want to introduce inappropriate content to younger and younger kids. It’s an attempt to normalize the abnormal, quickly. This has activated parental protection instincts. It’s as if people suddenly recognized the dangerous top-down social engineering is coming for their kids too, if they don’t fight it now. Parents are taking action. On Wednesday, Southern California mother Brittany Mayer posted her confrontation with the Encinitas Union School District board on Twitter. The video of her insightful rant has since gone viral.

The mother of a student at west Baltimore’s Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Arts recently told Baltimore’s WBFF that her son will not be graduating this year despite attending the school for four years.
