DOJ Moves to Purge Trump's Special Master
From Mar-a-Lago Investigation

Original Article

The Department of Justice clinched its legal win at the Supreme Court, which refused to intervene in the case involving the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s raid on Mar-a-Lago this past summer. Trump and his legal team are on their own. The Justice Department’s access to the files that were seized during the raid that reportedly contained classified information was restored by the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals. The special master appointed by Judge Aileen Cannon is also barred from reviewing some 100 documents since that could inflict irreparable damage to the government. It’s hogwash, but the courts have expanded the search power of the DOJ to near-universal limits post-9/11.

Comments:

I can only hope that President Trump’s attorneys have something up their sleeves RE this business.

Republicans should be flooding the airways everyday everywhere, stating Garland and Wray will be answering to them 24-7 in non-stop hearings beginning Jan 2023. Release a list of questions, including damning personal questions, ahead of time to let them and American people know the jig is up. Pressure them NOW!

Trump needs to go nuclear and release what he has. Let the chips fall. He blinked on the pardons for Assange and Snowden and now he will blink here and they will indict him followed by a quick conviction for whatever crime they imagine.

FTA: "...the courts have expanded the search power of the DOJ to near-universal limits post-9/11." And that's because the public demanded it. Good Americans had "nothing to hide". The public bestowed great trust in such as the FBI and FISA courts because great leaders like Dubya told them they would be protected. Since then the Patriot Act has been reauthorized several times. Of course, this could never be abused, "weaponized" in current parlance. Just toss out Russia, China, or Iran/ISIS/White Supremacists and the courts will approve without question...so what if you have to lie. There are seemingly no sanctions. Besides, it's for our security...at the cost of liberty.

Those same rights of access will apply to the Bidenclintonobama private papers if some real republicans, with real gonads, have the power and the will to go after them some day, right?

Democratic pollster Fernand Amandi called Florida the "MAGA Republican capital of the confederacy" during the latest episode of MSNBC’s "The Cross Connection with Tiffany Cross." The frequent MSNBC guest offered his incendiary claim as part of a panel discussion about a recent Anti-Defamation League report detailing how many of America’s domestic extremists, including those who trespassed on Capitol grounds on January 6, are from Florida. The segment clearly aimed at demonizing the Republican stronghold state governed by possible 2024 contender Ron DeSantis, a strategy that host Tiffany Cross has routinely employed on her show. Cross really leaned into it this time, introducing the discussion by calling Florida a "haven of hate"

President Joe Biden lamented the decline of mainstream newspapers having the ability to control the political narrative around the world. “The ability of newspapers to have much impact is de minimis,” he said, using a Latin phrase that means “lacking significance or importance.” “They’ve been overtaken by the internet,” he continued. Biden spoke about the internet and newspapers during a fundraiser in Los Angeles on Thursday, appearing with House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to help fund Democrats in the midterm elections. He appeared bewildered by the new media culture allowing everyone to see information for themselves. “Look what’s happened now. Everything is changing because technology has changed,” he said. “There are no editors anymore.

Parents in Virginia could face felony or misdemeanor child abuse charges if they refuse to “affirm” their child’s gender identity. Virginia state Del. Elizabeth Guzman (D) plans to introduce legislation in order to combat Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s (R) model policies on the treatment of “transgender” students in Virginia schools. “The day that Gov. Youngkin wanted to implement this policy, I immediately texted the policy lead of that committee and said, this is how we’re going to push back,” Guzman, who is a social worker, said to ABC 7 News. The planned bill would expand the definition of child abuse to include parents who are not willing to “affirm” their child’s stated gender identity

If you ask President Joe Biden’s colleagues from his years as vice president, he is an “unguided missile” when under pressure, has “been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue” during the last 40 years, and allegedly has an underestimated ability to “f*** things up.” Those — shall we say — brutal character flaws mean that as commander-in-chief, he is a remarkably bad international negotiator and does not understand how the world works. In case you have not noticed, the entire globe is in disarray under Biden. The president’s lack of deal-making skills seems to be one of the main culprits behind the international disorder.

Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, also known by his initials AMLO, recently announced that US Secretary of State Tony Blinken proposed opening all borders between the US, Mexico, and Canada. President Obrador: “I think that Mr. Blinken spoke about consolidating the region of North America. And we agree on that.” The plan would open up our borders permanently to the drug cartels running Mexico today. It is the latest insanity proposed by the Biden regime to permanently destroy the United States. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) went on with Tucker Carlson to discuss this deadly proposal.

Programs for transgender advocacy aimed at children may have at last been a bridge too far for progressive activists. Government, establishment media and corporations and especially schools have made it clear they want to introduce inappropriate content to younger and younger kids. It’s an attempt to normalize the abnormal, quickly. This has activated parental protection instincts. It’s as if people suddenly recognized the dangerous top-down social engineering is coming for their kids too, if they don’t fight it now. Parents are taking action. On Wednesday, Southern California mother Brittany Mayer posted her confrontation with the Encinitas Union School District board on Twitter. The video of her insightful rant has since gone viral.

A frightening report out of the city of Baltimore’s schools finds that in one high school so many students are failing that one of its top students has only passed three classes in four years of attending school. The mother of a student at west Baltimore’s Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Arts recently told Baltimore’s WBFF that her son will not be graduating this year despite attending the school for four years. And she wants to know why this has happened. A major problem students face is the rising crime in Baltimore. Like the rising crime in so many other Democrat-controlled cities, Baltimore’s crime rate continues to spin out of control.

Have you been following the January 6 hearings? Me neither. I’m leaving that up to someone else to cover. While I understand that the incident was at one time headline news, it has been dragged out, worked over, and put on display so many times that I am just not interested anymore. That is even considering the fact that Democrats and the media seem to think we should all be twisted up in knots, even with their move to subpoena Trump. Frankly, I’m surprised it was picked up for another season. It would appear that congressional democrats can’t understand that Americans are not as petty or self-absorbed as they are

And no one of any significance will say a word. Of course, that’s only true if you’re a Democrat. That’s why when Joe Biden deadpanned that prices would rise if Republicans were elected, no one laughed — out loud, at least. “Here’s the bottom line. So please hear this. The poll also shows that while 71% of Democrats would vote to reelect the president, 19% would not, along with 91% of Republicans and 54% of independents.

Talk of a second civil war among liberal journalists, television personalities and lawmakers has become increasingly commonplace following the raid on former President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home on Aug. 8, after which liberal pundits repeatedly claimed on-air that evolving distrust for the U.S. government among Trump supporters would lead to escalated political violence.
