Politics is fun, isn’t it? You can play with the truth all you want, and, as long as you’re a member of the right party, you can throw all the crap you want against a wall just to see what sticks. And no one of any significance will say a word.
Of course, that’s only true if you’re a Democrat. That’s why when Joe Biden deadpanned that prices would rise if Republicans were elected, no one laughed — out loud, at least.
“Here’s the bottom line. So please hear this. When it actually comes time to do something about inflation around the table, Republicans in Congress are saying ‘no,'”

Biden is correct. They will still go up because he will still be the puppet president. They will go up faster if Democrats control congress.

Not only one of the few things he is right about but the average American idiot voter will hold Republicans responsible even if they control only the Congress.

Wow! Did not expect it, but Joe's statement is a de facto admission that his fiscal policies are so bad that not even republicans can fix their damage.

By now most people realize that whatever Biden says is the opposite of the truth. But along the way he’s admitting it’s not Putin doing this, it’s our politicians (the ones in power, dims)

Unfortunately Biden has been getting away with throwing massive amounts of political BS to the low information to completely stupid US electorate as a liberal Democrat US Senator, Vice-President, and now as President, for over forty years.

Lying is legal and the government's spreading of propaganda is also legal. All the world is a stage and the psywar being waged on the battlefield of your mind rages night and day. Good is bad, right is wrong, and inflation is good for the economy.

The inflation is already cooked into our economy regardless of who is in charge thanks to F Joe Biden's policies. It will likely never go away. If we are lucky GDP will eventually rise to a level that will offset it. That's not likely either as long as the government keeps on spending money they don't have.

Re: reply #1 got it right. The policies that Biden and the Democrats have rammed through in the last year and a half will take even longer to reverse. And, with Biden in office for two more years, he will do everything possible to to obstruct the Republicans efforts. The best that can be expected is that the inflation will be reduced from what it would be if the Democrats retained total control.
Obama famously said, “You can never over estimate Joe’s ability to f*** things up.” With the Democrats backing everything Biden does, it is like the House and Senate are controlled by an army of Biden clones. Heaven help us if they are not voted out of office.

Slow Biden's comment is correct because when Republicans are elected they immediately ignore their campaign promises and begin going after as much money as they can while they can. Once elected, Republicans are no different than Democrats when it comes to the country's financial condition and taking action to correct it.

Biteme is correct about prices, but it won't be because Republicans were elected. It will be because as usual, the demosluts create a problem, and the Republicans have to come in and solve it.

Yeah, between Nov's election and Jan's installing, prices will go up.
Just like now we are between Liz Cheney's Nov election loss and her opponent's installationa nd Liz is going totally crazy in this interim.

What a decietful lying POS this man is....before he took office gas was around 1.97 and we were exporting oil...now he's wearing out the knees on his pants begging other countries to provide more oil...I guess climate change causes are different in the far east and South America...

Back in 1980 everyone thought inflation would never go away. At first when Reagan was elected inflation got a bit worse but within a year you could see signs it was breaking. By the time Reagan was running for his 2nd term everyone could see that we had turned a corner on inflation and the economy was starting to grow like it had not done in years. It took 35 years for the Democrats to screw it up again.

Dems always falsely accuse Republicans of what they are already doing, or are planning to do.
Traitor Joe's evil cabal has already lit off the most massive inflation since the late 70s, and they will be doing everything they can to make it worse until they are out of power.

That is not a warning, it is a threat!!!!
The Republicans will have a limited arsenal to try to stop any more damage from being done, but Senile Joe bidet can continue his massive spending spree by "dictatorial presidential decrees" and continue to drive up inflation and prices. And he will!!!!

SALady (#29)..... was that a Warning, a Threat...... or a Promise?
The HairSniffer got elected, and prices DID go up!
That's what happens when you cut off the fuel supply.
Fuel gets more expensive..... in my area it went from about $1.65/gallon to about $3.80/gallon, now The HairSniffer is draining the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to drive down prices a bit.... UNTIL the mid-terms, then watch 'em take off!
Then, as the increased cost to produce and transport everything increases with the fuel cost, the price of everything has gone up.
Yeah Joe, YOU got elected, and prices DID go up..... the most in FORTY YEARS!
