On her podcast, Fast Politics, author and journalist Molly Jong-Fast asked Gisele Barreto Fetterman, wife of Democratic Pennsylvania Senate candidate, John Fetterman, about an interview of her husband that resulted in controversy and accusations of ableism this week. Mrs. Fetterman expressed outrage that the reporter has not faced any “consequences” for it. (Snip) Fetterman made it clear she felt there should have been punishment and shared her consternation that there hasn’t been. “I don’t know how there were not consequences, right?” she said. “I mean, there are consequences for folks in these positions who are any of the -isms. Comments:

Mrs. Festerman is a real piece of work. She wants the journalist punished, an apology, and demands Uncle Fester's coverage be to her liking.

How dare anybody question a D'Rat don't you know they're the protected party? Look at our demented Führer he is no longer able to tell the truth about anything, he forgets where's he going, he looks totally lost in interviews and forget long past dead people are long past dead. And nobody questions him.

So we create another new word "ableist" and declare it evil. How is it wrong to wonder if a candidate for office is "able" to do the job? Why is it wrong for a reporter to describe a situation as she saw it?

Its pretty obvious that Fetterman and the Vegetable are not mentally able to serve in office, and in Fetterman's case, he's to the left of Crazy Bernie Sanders, while the Vegetable gets his marching orders from others. Heard on a recent Alex Marlow Breitbart Morning show ".. Fetterman is a democrat, I'm a democrat, so I'm going to vote for him.." Willfully and intentionally voting for insanity???? What most demonrat socialist Marxists don't know is that "the government goodies" don't flow to THEM.... there is no Nobama 'secret stash' of money that is going to put gas in their cars, pay their rents and mortgages forever, and pay for their cell phones and bills... (only the ILLEGAL ALIENS get THAT) Dr. Oz is not "republican enough" for a lot of people, but voting for a avowed Socialist Marxist who isn't up to the job is unexplanable and unforgivable if we are to live on without MORE tyranny.

If he can’t handle the stress, why is he running for office in the first place? I guess people are supposed to be sympathetic and vote for the underdog, the black person, or the mother of a murdered son, or the disabled Democrat veteran in a wheel chair instead of someone qualified. If you want a popularity contest, vote for the president of the student council. Sympathy has its place, but not in an election.

Two Thursday opinion pieces, one from The New York Times and the other from The Washington Post, torched the Jan. 6 Committee as "wholly ineffective," "tedious" and done only for the sake of politics. The Washington Post opinion column likened the committee, which concluded its televised hearings Thursday, to an overlong church sermon still being preached while congregants are thinking about brunch or Sunday football. The Times guest essay claimed the committee is not shifting views about former President Donald Trump’s behavior and has acted too partisan to convince people the committee is defending democracy. A new CNN analysis fretted that American voters might care more about the cost of their food than they do about the Jan. 6 hearings. Noting Thursday’s Consumer Price Index data which showed inflation reaching 8.2% in September, as well as a cost-of-living index at its highest level since 1982, CNN's Stephen Collinson noted polling has repeatedly reinforced that the economy is the top concern to voters heading into the midterm elections. The data included information about frozen potato products, as well as pork products, which have increased 10% and 5.5%, respectively. "While it would be too simplistic to say

Inflation clocked in worse than expected at 8.2% for the 12 months ending in September according to the consumer price index, bad news for the country’s economic health. The much-anticipated numbers reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics on Thursday revealed that while it ticked down by one-tenth of a percentage point, inflation is still higher than anticipated and defying the Federal Reserve's aggressive interest rate hikes. Worse, "core inflation," which strips out volatile food and energy prices, rose sharply in September. On an annual basis, it rose to a whopping 6.6%, the highest since 1982. Inflation at the wholesale level rose more than expected in September as prices for everyday necessities remain at a multi-decade high, squeezing businesses and millions of American households. The Labor Department said Wednesday that its producer price index, which measures inflation at the wholesale level before it reaches consumers, rose 0.4% in September from the previous month. On an annual basis, prices soared 8.5%. Those figures were both higher than the 8.3% headline figure and 0.3% monthly gain forecast by Refinitiv economists, a worrisome sign for the Federal Reserve as it seeks to cool price gains and tame consumer demand
