This is classic Joe Biden.
Joe Biden destroys everything he touches.
Just like Barack Obama famously said, “Never underestimate Joe’s ability to f*ck things up.”
In January, Biden took credit when the stock market rallied.“It has hit record after record after record on my watch, while making things more equitable for working class people,” Biden said in January.
Joe Biden also took a swipe at Trump.
“The stock market -— the last guy’s measure of everything, is about 20% higher than it was when my predecessor was there,” Biden said.

Joe "Dementia" Biden
"Memory problems are usually the most obvious symptom in people with dementia."
Jill, is it time to "vacation" along the isolated beaches of Delaware?

The stock market has fallen to 12/31/19 levels since Biden took office, meaning all income and gains have been wiped out for the last 3 years. It will get worse in October, and may bottom, if the Republicans take back the House and Senate. If the Republicans do win Congress, they will have to stop the spending cold, and start reducing spending. For now, the Federal Reserve is having to fight inflation alone, which will wreck the economy, and will fail without a complementary fiscal policy to reduce spending. All the new jobs Biden has added are government hiring. Those jobs have to be eliminated. Our nation's overhead has risen to 40% of revenue. That is insane, as all companies and governments cannot sustain themselves at greater than 25%. Our government expenditures are financed 60% with taxes, and 40% with inflation. Government spending has to be brought in line with taxes.

If he means record losses, he's apparently correct. Glad I got out several years ago.

Everyone with a 401k, retirement savings, stocks, mutual funds, or any other type of f savings is being financially devestated by this. Retirement plans have to be be changed or canceled because years of savings have been wiped out.

Looks like Biden and Democrats are the ones pushing seniors off a cliff and making them eat dog food ( remember their old commercials?)

Bidet’s response to the question about the people falling off of airplanes in their blind panic to escape afghanistan comes to mind: “that was 5 days ago!”
He has two skills: denying responsibility and following the instructions included in the bag of money.

Of course, the Biden family doesn't have to worry about retirement savings, etc. when you are in the long time employ of the Chinese Communist Government, Ukraine, etc.

Adjusted for the inflation he has caused, that's a loss of $ 8.73 Trillion dollars in value. And he's just getting warmed up.

What's that Don Meredith used to sing on MNF? "Turn out the lights...the party's over..." Every manufactured period of prosperity comes to an end. Ask Dubya how that works. Government spending tries to push prosperity, including the stock market, to the sky - using a "low" rate (2-3%) inflation to create continual economic stimulus. But then government does something stupid, like whizzing away $14 TRILLION on COVIDS nonsense in a one-year span and pretending that doesn't matter. We're discovering it does matter and cry when interest rates begin to reach their historic norms after years of artificial stimulus depression. In 1980 people would have cried for joy at 7% mortgages. Today we quake, while many pray for the return of 10% CDs. The piper has come for his long session's wages.
