Amid the personal family tragedy on Thursday, a small domestic drama was playing out.
Unsurprisingly, it involved the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
It was a fortunate coincidence of sorts that Harry and Meghan were in the country when the prince's grandmother passed away, sparing him an emotional and undoubtedly traumatic transatlantic dash as the Queen's health failed.
Despite the rancour of the past few years, no one would begrudge him the chance to mourn his beloved 'Granny', with whom he had always enjoyed a warm and fun-loving relationship.
But as the royal households were consumed in concern for the ailing monarch, the Sussexes prompted an unprecedented flurry behind the scenes

Of course that classless shrew would have wanted to go along - more inside gossip to share with her friend Oprah.

If she doesn't record something soon, Netflix is going to want the hacks to return that obscene amount of money they shelled out. It's not like either she nor the Harry formerly known as Prince have any sense of decorum or empathy.

AS we tune in today ( someone please cue up the cheesy organ music ) , we find the that Shrew of Sussex is surprised that the death of Queen Elizabeth is not about her. The Dukette , a known fit thrower will have to behave while the Duke's former country is in mourning. Will Prince Harkel try to control her? Will the Shrew get a time out? And what about those leverage kids , Arkle and Larkel, will they be brought over for damage control ? For the answers to these and other mindless questions tune in next week, next month or next year for another chapter of " The Unmerry Wife of Windsor " desperately seeking privacy while appearing everywhere for cold , hard cash.

I hope this is a wake up call for the Ginger Prince, that he has given up enormous benefits, and caused unimaginable pain for those he loves--and for what? A racialist gold digger, with an enormous chip on her shoulder.

If she wasn't married to Hara Kiri, she'd be thrashing MacDonalds or looting the Clothing Stores with the Kunta Kinte animals.

She was looking for a photo-op. I think it’s karma that Harry did not arrive in time to say goodbye to his grandmother.

She needs to be there, front and center, with cameras rolling as she gets on her KNEES and kisses the Ring of the King, pledges her Oath of total fealty, then again as she does the same to the Queen(consort) .
If not?
Strike her from all orders, no titles for her at all. No longer "Duchess" merely "That woman, the wife of the Duke"

I believe Kate stayed home so that they could use that as an excuse to keep the shrew home. My wife IS my family. If the others turned her away they could KMA. of course they didn't want this shrew at the death bed of their Mom and Grandmother.

Looks like one of our posters is having a very bad tummy ache. Sorry to see this. When the tummy ache has been soothed, it may be easier to remember that "Granny" and her husband did not quite understand the complicated psychological complications leading to bluemia/ anorexia and sweet Di's serial promiscuity. Neither did Charles for that matter. Theirs was a complex relationship and after learning much more about those days, I have decided that my initial reaction to completely blame Charles and the RF for all of Diana's problems is just too simplistic. There is blame to go around and much of it belongs to Diana's own mother.
And yes, Meghan's desire to travel with Harry to Scotland caused great anguish for the RF and Palace staff. Lady Colin Campbell addressed this yesterday with her early announcement of the Queen's passing. She did this at the request of someone close to the inner circle (Lady C remains always mum to protect the innocent). This person hoped that making this public would help force Meghan to back out. Perhaps it did, since Mrs. Markel shortly thereafter left for California. This is clearly not the time for a painful reconciliation with the unrepentant, daft Mr. Markle and his deluded, narcissistic commie wife.
May God bless the memory of the Queen and may he restore faith in Him to the family and country to which she was so devoted.

She is always on the lookout for PR for herself. After the accusations she flung at them during that Oprah interview, I am surprised she is allowed back in the UK. She defines guttersnipe.

I fail to see why anyone would care if that little tart showed up or not. If Charles was a real king he would revoke that P whipped ninny’s made-up title tomorrow. They are a pair of dim bulbs trying to be celebrities and have zero accomplishments. Kind of like the Kardashians. Worthless, parasitic drones.

Perhaps staff was able to inform these 2 morons that they would have to curtsey and bow to Camilla. They also have to curtsey to Kate and bow. Oooops, the 5th rate Hollywood trash actress, was not prepared to go that far. 'arry, you are done. You opted out and now you got what you asked for. All we ask of you is, go away!!! We don't want to hear from you! Stand on your own feet and don't ask for money from your father for 'security', When you are given security, you roll down the tinted window to wave! Try not to throw all you dimes out the window for the trashy actress ho that you married, you might wind up penniless. Just go away!

#11, since Queen Elizabeth wasn’t normally inclined to leg it to the U. S. to duke it out with errant family members in the living rooms of strangers it isn’t surprising that you didn’t know where she was during Charles and Diana’s marriage. However, her whereabouts weren’t a secret so I’m pretty sure Diana had some idea as to where to find her if she wanted advice from her mother-in-law.

Harry the wuss made his choice. He chose a D list whiner and victim. Turned his back on his country. Live with it dude. Don’t know why Charles bought the little wimp a $14 million dollar mansion. Wish he just crawl back to California and stay in his mansion with his dominatrix.

In any normal situation it would be expected that Harry’s wife would be there to support him. But they have both forfeited any right to consideration from the Royal family. Harry looked strickened. How sad that he put himself in this position.

King Charles extending an olive branch to Harry and Meghan may be an effort to reassure Harry that his father still loves him or, if Harry may have threatened that after his grandmother’s funeral, he will never again return to the Royal Family, perhaps this was his father’s means of telling Harry that if he changes his mind and wants to return, he will be welcome to do so. Time and/or tabloid gossip will tell.

I heard someone on TV say Harry is writing a book, and it will not be kind to Camilla, so Charles had to send his love to Harry and Meghan. I say stop supporting them.

If you listened to King Charles give his speech today to the British and Commonwealth peoples, and after Charles made mention of Harry and Meghan during which he wished them a lot of luck in their future endeavors (overseas) in California. In other words Charles effectively told Harry and Meghan “to hit the road Jack”!

The royal soap opera may be interesting to some but when it comes to family squabbles, it's nothing out of the ordinary. Meghan should stay out of sight since she didn't want to be a part of the family but wanted the status and the money. Low class always tells.

His Majesty the King hit the mark precisely, when he mentioned his love for Harry and Meghan (omitting titles!).and his wishes for the best in their endeavors overseas.
Well! You’re still family, but mind the door! Nicely played.

Meghan will paint this like a racist move on the part of the royals. Fact is, even Kate didn't go to Balmoral. It was only the immediate family members. No spouses.

His Majesty’s speech could not have been better. He was kinder and more loving to Harry than he deserves.
Harry better understand what the Queen finally did. King Charles and his Queen Consort are an extremely happily married couple. Their devotion to one another is real and if this coming book contains poison about Camilla, Harry will regret it forever.
