Dems: A Killer on Every Block and Two

The country is experiencing an historic surge in violent crime, and the link between Democratic policies and the crime wave is more firmly established than the law of gravity. Republicans — are you guys awake? This week, the Democrats and their auxiliary staff in the media gave less attention to the grisly kidnapping and murder of Eliza Fletcher than they did to two black girls allegedly snubbed by a performer in a Muppet costume a couple of months ago. “Democrats — and only Democrats — supported “Defund the Police!” and actually did manage to defund the police in cities around the country.”

Vigilantism is the only answer when the legal system refuses to protect citizens by visiting consequences onto the heads of bad guys. I think we may be seeing this approach soon. It didn't have to be this way...

They deliberately ignore the fact that police in the cities are now ineffective but those in small towns in flyover country do not see a crime wave here nor are they disrespected or defunded. 1) The criminals are lowlife cowards. 2) Our Second Amendment is still in effect out here and always will be. Every time Biden rants about disarming people and raves about those evil assault weapons, people make another visit to the gun store. You are good for business, Brandon,

It was Gorsuch’s first public comments since the late June ruling striking down a nationwide constitutional right to abortion in Roe v. Wade. Gorsuch spoke before a group of lawyers and judges Thursday in Colorado Springs at the 10th Circuit Judicial Conference.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, and other top Biden administration officials who were resisting efforts to obtain their communications with Big Tech companies must hand over the records, a federal judge ruled on Sept. 6. U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty, a Trump appointee, ordered the government to quickly produce documents after it was sued by the attorneys general of Louisiana and Missouri over alleged collusion with Big Tech firms such as Facebook. The initial tranche of discovery, released on Aug. 31, revealed that more than 50 government officials across a dozen agencies were involved in applying pressure to social media companies to censor users.
Film Review: ‘My Son Hunter’: Director
Robert Davi’s Brilliant Biden Satire

Less than a minute after the start of the hotly anticipated “My Son Hunter,” director Robert Davi and screenwriter Brian Godawa include an 11-word text scroll (with tongue firmly in cheek) that both downsizes and heightens the expectations of what we’re about to see: “This is not a true story … except for all the facts.” By doing this, the filmmakers somewhat defuse what is sure to be an onslaught of negative reactions from the mainstream media, its minions, and the dozen or so people who still think Joe Biden is the greatest thing since sliced bread.

Authorities in California extended a “Flex Alert” telling residents to conserve energy, including not charging their electric vehicles, on Sunday afternoon and evening. The alert has been in effect for several days in the midst of a heat wave that is slated to last through Labor Day. The California Independent System Operator, the manager of the state’s power grid, issued the statewide Flex Alert from 4 to 9 p.m. Residents are urged to set their thermostats to 78 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, avoid using major appliances, avoid charging electric vehicles, and turning off unnecessary lights.

At a national level there is a unique policy priority that almost every politician, on both sides, will avoid discussing. At a national level a single policy priority determines all other national policy issues. That policy is the national economic policy. The national economic policy of a presidential candidate determines all other national policies that flow from the presidential candidate. The national economic policy impacts the obvious policies like energy and trade, and also determines the lesser obvious policies like regulation and even foreign policy. It is specifically because a candidate’s national economic outlook impacts all other issues, that most national politicians never talk about it.

The UK’s Foreign Secretary Liz Truss is to be the next prime minister after she won the Conservative leadership contest, defeating former Chancellor of the Exchequer Rishi Sunak by a margin of more than 20,000 votes. She will replace current Prime Minister Boris Johnson, who resigned on July 7 after more than 50 government ministers resigned, saying they had lost confidence in him as leader. It followed Johnson admitting it was a “mistake” to keep Chris Pincher on as a government whip despite sexual misconduct allegations against him.

Amid the personal family tragedy on Thursday, a small domestic drama was playing out. Unsurprisingly, it involved the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. It was a fortunate coincidence of sorts that Harry and Meghan were in the country when the prince's grandmother passed away, sparing him an emotional and undoubtedly traumatic transatlantic dash as the Queen's health failed. Despite the rancour of the past few years, no one would begrudge him the chance to mourn his beloved 'Granny', with whom he had always enjoyed a warm and fun-loving relationship. But as the royal households were consumed in concern for the ailing monarch, the Sussexes prompted an unprecedented flurry behind the scenes

Palin and republican candidate Nick Begich had both lost to Democratic Candidate Mary. The former governor released a statement this week as she lashed out at the voting system and her fellow republican candidate, Nick Begich. Palin claims Begich is to be faulted for costing the Republicans the Ione seat. She also told him to drop out of the race and cause no further harm as they are both supposed to face Peltola again in November.

To try and head off a likely loss of the House of Representatives and prepare for the next presidential election, Democrats create situations which raise anxiety in citizens, and this increases the chances their candidate will prevail because voters know discord will then subside. An example is Kathy Griffin’s widely read statement: “If you don’t want a Civil War, vote for Democrats in November. If you do want Civil War, vote Republican.” They make it very clear your life will only be peaceful if you keep Democrats in power, and they think that this is persuasive enough to tip elections.

Shares of Smith & Wesson Brands Inc. were down Friday morning after the company said demand for its guns returned to pre-pandemic levels. The firearms maker on Thursday had reported net sales to $84.4 million for its fiscal first quarter, a decrease of 69% from the same time last year. Smith & Wesson Chief Executive Officer Mark Smith blamed the "challenging" quarter on the return to normal demand levels and the company needing to correct inventory levels. "The industry experienced our first normal summer slowdown in three years," Smith said in a press release. Additionally, he said manufacturer orders were "artificially depressed" as the company's partners sold through existing inventories.
