Yeah, well, you can roll your illegal subpoena into a ball and stick it. This is free speech, political speech and you crooks have no right to this information.

Something or someone has really spooked the elites. They don't want us breeding. They want to eliminate some as yet unknown percentage of the Earth's population and are trying to make it look voluntary to avoid the news of this proposed genocide from coming back at them. Past literature has stated they think the ideal population of humanity on the Earth is about 1 billion. That means better than 8 out of ten persons, (Excepting themselves, mind you) need to be eliminated.

This is purely a blatant fishing expedition. The Eagle Forum should seek a court order quashing the subpoena as vastly overbroad and a violation of the First Amendment. At the least, the subpoena should be tailored to a particularized need and based upon probable cause. The court can review DOJ's basis for probable cause "in camera," meaning privately.

I wonder if that Eagle Forum of Alabama is under the same outfit started by Phyllis Schlafly back in'72. There was a nasty war still going on then that occupied a lot of my attention to partisan politics until Nixon got railroaded, but I've heard of Eagle Forum for a long time and their positions have typically been about 45 degrees to the right of center. I think Eagle Forum got its start as being dedicated to stopping the Equal Rights Amendment. Any related organization is an obvious target for having any tax exempt status revoked and/or being bankrupted by law fare harassment by our Political Attorney General and his Social Justice Dept.

Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) investing is just "the left's new way of imposing their worldview on the country," according to Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall. ESG is an approach to evaluating how a corporation aligns itself to social goals beyond earning a profit for its shareholders. These goals often pertain to environmental sustainability but also to advocacy for certain social movements and commitment to "diversity, equity and inclusion" (DE&I).... Other critics have called ESG investing a "wokeness report card" and compared it to China's social credit score system.

One Alabama embalmer will perform his job in silence no longer. Richard Hirschmann has been the impetus for recent disturbing pathology reports of abnormal blood clots found and removed by embalmers from the corpses they embalmed. Hirschmann claims this pattern has only emerged in his line of work since the onset of COVID-19 and the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccines. Hirschmann lives in the southeastern part of Alabama and has practiced there as a private contractor for the past 20-plus years. The embalmer said he started to notice this unusual substance in his work in the summer of 2021.

Years ago, I read a book by J.P. Moreland called, “Love Your God with All Your Mind.” It was written by an evangelical to fellow evangelicals, arguing that we were not doing a very good job of thinking biblically. I have to conclude that he was right, and I join in his call for fellow evangelicals to do the part of the Great Commandment that we may have been neglecting: loving God not just with our hearts and souls but also with our minds.

The letter was published by the New Yorker on Monday in an excerpt of an upcoming book by Peter Baker and Susan Glasser,…

Arizona lawmakers heard from True the Vote last week, amid a lengthy and detailed investigation into possible fraud in the 2020 election. Catherine Engelbrecht, founder of True the Vote, and her associate Gregg Phillips presented their findings to eight Republican lawmakers in a live-streamed meeting at the Arizona state Capitol. The group used GPS data to identify cell phones they say were repeatedly in close proximity to ballot drop boxes and also made repeated visits to nonprofit organizations that True the Vote claims could be involved in illegal ballot collection activities.

The primary function of any school is to focus on the academic growth of students. This is where it starts and where it should end. Marxist-Liberal Democrats have taken control of public schools and teach children lies about their bodies and their rights — to children as young as kindergarten. Having been given over to their reprobate mind, Marxist-Liberal Democrats have schemed a well-orchestrated plan to further their degenerate thinking by pushing conversations about transgenderism upon five-year-old children.  CORRECTION*

As we deal with the aftermath of the tragic school shooting in Texas, we also face predictable and insensitively timed cries for gun control. I’ve always been surprised and bothered that Conservatives don’t respond with their own policy suggestions. In the face of such wickedness, when our laws seem to fail at deterring crime, we must ask what needs to change and return to the source of our principles: God’s justice. How does God command we deal with murderers? The death penalty is actually the second command God gives humanity in the Bible.  CORRECTION*

The Katie Britt campaign for Senate announced on Wednesday that Britt will not be participating in any of the planned debates ahead of the Republican primary runoff for U.S. Senate. Her opponent, Congressman Mo Brooks (R-AL05), accused Britt of hypocritically flip-flopping on her previous debate pledge...Mike Durant, who at one time was the leader in the polls in this race, also refused to debate and was denounced by Britt for his decision. Now Durant is out, and Britt is the frontrunner and has adopted the same anti-debate stance.

Mike Durant has backed away from saying he would support Mo Brooks in the Alabama Republican Senate primary runoff, saying Thursday he would not be voting in the June 21 runoff. Durant, sensing he would not make the runoff, said on the eve of the primary that he would support Brooks in the expected runoff. “I’m not going to vote,” Durant said in an interview with 1819 News.

Because most people don’t know a farmer personally anymore, everyone should realize that they don’t make piles of money producing our food. A good year can be followed by three bad ones, and 2022 has been a burden. Between record heat waves in the U.S. and abroad, droughts in the middle of the country, fertilizer shortages, and rising costs for just about every farm input, many American farms are on the brink. Everyone will feel the pinch in continued food price increases and shortages at the store. As bad as the agricultural outlook is in America, it is far worse in Europe. Joe Manchin cast the deciding vote for the so-called Inflation Reduction Act, and it may end up costing him his political career if a new poll is to be believed. Manchin, who had originally pledged not to sign on to any new spending bill during the country’s current inflationary boom, suddenly switched his position at the end of July. The bill he negotiated, which cost nearly a trillion dollars, was full of wasteful green energy subsidies and payouts to special interests. It also represented a stabbing in the back of Republican senators who had trusted him to keep his word about reconciliation after voting for the CHIPS Act.
