Donald Trump: Declare Me Rightful Winner
or Redo ‘Fraud’ 2020 Election

Original Article

President Donald Trump argued Monday that he should be declared the winner of the 2020 election, citing fraud and election interference by the FBI. The former president pointed to reports that the FBI worked to bury the story about Hunter Biden’s laptop on social media right before the 2020 election. “This is massive FRAUD & ELECTION INTERFERENCE at a level never seen before in our Country,” Trump wrote on social media. Trump said the FBI purposefully tried to stop him from winning the 2020 election. He proposed two solutions. “REMEDY: Declare the rightful winner or, and this would be the minimal solution,

Yes. The illegal votes should not be counted. Conduct a legal election. Biden will always be illegitimate, and so will the 2 Senators from Georgia.

Trump is making himself look foolish. No way in hell will he ever have the Biden win changed. It just won't happen. Yes: He was cheated, and Yes: the FBI was a partner in that cheat, but having himself appointed President is not going to happen. It cannot happen, there is no way listed anywhere i this country to remove a sitting President except by impeachment which definitely should hap-pen , but even if it did there is a line of people who would be appointed ahead of Trump, and they are all Democrats. He needs to stop making stupid remarks and work on getting a Republican president he can count on to act as he did when he was President.

Reverse the R to a D and then ask yourself what would happen if the FBI acted to get a Republican elected. There would be all kinds of remedies applied to reverse first the certifications and then the results. The GOP has no fight in them. It is sickening.

I love him lots and will vote for him in 2024, and why doesn' t some lawyer who cares about him ask him who exactly is going to make that decision, and chasing it down, clarify that he is empowering judges to overturn elections. As it stands the constitutions says that this decision is made by the electoral college. That is the rule, and those people voted for joe Biden. Should not have but did, and this system puts questionable cases in the hands of electors. And there Is Not a better system. Biden was the wrong choice and the electoral college did it wrong but even so the system is they are the Deciders and they decided and That is That. I think there was fraud all over, and it needs to be fixed, but the system is, dodgy cases are fixed by the electoral college. Is the end of it. There is not a better way. The entity that can put Trump in over Biden, could take him back out later. Leave it alone. This is the system. People in charge can and did make mistakes. People were empowered, they did wrong, we must choose them differently next time, but it was their decision, they made it, and there does not exist a better way.

I call the Demzis fascist all the time and clarify the definition of fascism to all those who don't even know thatbit's a top down authoritarian system of national governance by force of agencies with police power, with the collusion of powerful businesses and rich people. Sound familiar? Add government ownership of private property and you get communism, the next step after fascism. Things will get messy.

For all of you out there clutching your pearls when President Trump made this statement, think about what he just did. He put the actions of big tech and this administration into perspective for the average American who is not a political junkie. President Trump knows the media will run with this and breathlessly tell us how ridiculous this is. They will make the statement resonate with the American people. Trump put it out there. The FBI put pressure on big tech and with their support interfered with the outcome of an election in a blatant display of arrogant lawlessness. Trump knows there is no remedy for rectifying the results of the stolen election in 2020 but by the election in 2024. He is not stupid, just the opposite. He planted the seed in the American mind that democrats cheated and stole what they could not win. Put two and two together and now it makes sense that the FBI is out to destroy PDT. He just connected the dots in a way that will have the media covering this and making the case for him. I agree with President Trump. Democrats must bear the responsibility of what they have done to each and every voter that cast a vote for President Trump. That is why it is important even if there is no legal means to hold them accountable or the will of Republican leaders to hold democrats accountable is just not there, the people will know exactly why they are suffering under the yoke of this illegitimate administration. Democrats along with the FBI and big tech interfered with the 2020 election in order to win. Americans will hold this administration accountable. The FBI looks as guilty as sin, and the rightful President is being pursued by this administration in a manner only seen in communist regimes.

Never going to happen. Civics lesson: the ELECTORAL COLLEGE cast their votes for the president. There is no remedy, constitutional or otherwise. The founders never envisioned that the people would ever allow their country to become as corrupt as it has, and didn't include a constitutional amendment to address electoral fraud on the scale that we are seeing. They did, however, have the foresight to allow for amendments. The Constitution will have to be amended to address this in the future. I would start the discussion by insisting that electoral fraud be elevated to a capital crime.

You either talk about your plans for the future or harp on a water under the bridge election . PDT's political skills should be applied to removing this false illusion. Clearly understanding what happened in 2020 IS the basis of our future and plans for it. That as #24 says is exactly what PDT is doing. We, for our part should stop referring him to him as the Former President.

I AM SO SICK OF THIS!!!! I voted for Trump twice and gave $ to his campaign, but, because of his anger and ego ABOVE COUNTRY, he lost us the two Georgia senate seats that put us in the terrible situation in which we now live. He has endorsed candidates for November almost completely on the basis of whether they thought he won the Presidency last round, and now we have people like Dr. Oz potentially losing to a far Left maniac who suffered a stroke and can barely speak! And if he doesn't win the Presidential primary, which we WILL have, I can see him spinning off and starting his own Bull Moose candidacy and thus Republicans losing the Presidency next round! He has a loyal cadre of voters as his base, and nothing he does seems to bother them---he walks on water. If he would campaign on what he had accomplished and what he WOULD accomplish in future I absolutely would vote for him, but not for this wildly narcissistic man we see now......part of the problem with the Mar A Lago response is that he no longer has 1st rate lawyers........they are afraid (and rightly so) of FBI raids but also Trump is so wild and unhinged at times that they want nothing to do with him. I get about 40 texts a day from him, his kids, his dog catcher, you name it, but will NOT give a cent or support him as long as he puts himself ahead of the good of the Country!

There should be no forgetting the 2020 election. The Deep State democrats and their militant intel agencies not only stole an election, they stole a minimum of 30% of the wealth of every productive American through inflation and devaluation of our IRAs and 401Ks. They damaged the reputation of all Americans across the world. The time to fix it was before the inauguration of the vegetable they chose as a figurehead when all republicans suddenly went silent and spineless. If that doesn't make you spitting mad then you ain't no American.

There are the haters, the mushy middle and the Trumpistas. Two of the three will never change their views on FPDT. One group holds the key to any election, whether '22 or '24. Those people are the ones measuring the candidates. And while Gore, Kerry and Hillary all went on for years about being cheated, let's not forget the effects...Obama and PDT. This country does not like crybaby losers, even if the referee DID blow a call that turned the game. This is a perpetual loser for Trump. Why? There are SIX Republican state legislatures that would have to be called to account for their odd "upset" wins for Biden that swung the election. Blame those "commie Dems" all day long...and get smart about the other partner in this UNIPARTY coup...those "real conservative" GOPe. The partners tossed PDT out when impeachment and scandal failed by rigging the electoral vote. It's one thing to know...now prove it. The cabal spent plenty to rid themselves of PDT, and it's not going to let that investment flounder. That raid on Mar-a-Lago was a clear message...

If the information on Hunter’s laptop had not been suppressed, I believe Trump would have won. But, voters did not have this information. They only had the biased reporting of the MSM to go on. It is a real possibility that Trump lost due to the misinformation campaign run against him, not ballot fraud. He has lost this battle and only hurts himself by trying to refight it.

From now until November 8, Trump needs to stop talking about 2020 and focus totally on the midterms. If his time is spent talking about a stolen election, it will divert attention from the real issues and turn off suburban women. That may well cost Republicans the House and Senate. They may also lose key governor races. Winning 2022 is critical to cleaning up elections for 2024. Trump needs to keep his eye on the prize

If Trump wants to be the Republican nominee in two years he must stop making a fool of himself. There is zero benefit for him or us in making statements unhinged from reality. To help save the country Trump needs to funnel his outstanding skills and energy into flipping Congress. Enough of 2020. A dwindling few still consider the rigged election the most important issue. Minds are made up. If, like me, you think the election was stolen in the battleground states, you're not going to change my mind. The minds of people who don't think the election was stolen aren't going change either. So Trumps comments, a couple months before the mid-terms is not helpful. He sucks all the oxygen out of the room. Focus needs to be on 2022, and on the dismal Dem record and what Reps will do to improve things. Trump needs to check his ego. Action to enhance election integrity going forward, like DeSantis has done in FL, is a good thing. But that's not what Trump does. Trump needs to check his ego and be constructive going forward.

We can all talk about the fraud and stolen election until we’re blue in the face, but Biden is in the White House and will stay there until they carry him out, or he runs and really loses in 2024. Please, President Trump, ask Americans if they are better off now, or were they better off 2 years ago. Then, tell them, if you decide to run again, you will set the country right again. Hit hard on inflation, crime, and the border. All Republicans need to do that and stop getting distracted about how bad they are. The media will never be on our side, so ignore them and concentrate on what most Americans want - to take care of their families.

If there’s one thing that the far-left hates more than anything in the world, it’s a black conservative. Sure, they hate your average white conservative, particularly those of the MAGA mold, with a burning passion. Biden has shown that well enough with his recent speeches and all the hatred of those that don’t bend to the leftist view that they’ve shown. But even that hatred is outdone by their utter despising of black conservatives, who they tend to view as something approaching apostates or traitors.

Unsurprisingly, the Democrat Party remains in denial about what it has become over the last several years. Once upon a time, a liberal could loudly proclaim themselves as standing for the “working man” without receiving four Pinocchios. That period has passed, though, and Joe Biden has apparently not gotten the message. On Monday, he gave a series of Labor Day speeches in which he came across as deranged, both because of how he appeared and what he said. Things got so bad that he had what some are describing as a Howard Dean moment, and I think agree. Take a look for yourself.

(Video) The judge halted on Monday the FBI’s review of more than 11,000 documents the agency seized from Trump’s residence, according to Fox News. She ordered an independent special master be appointed to review the records for attorney-client and executive privilege. “According to the Privilege Review Team’s Report, the seized materials include medical documents, correspondence related to taxes, and accounting information,” Cannon stated in her order.

You might be surprised to hear this from the president of a Democratic organization, but it’s true: At this moment, we need Rep. Lee Zeldin, Republican candidate for governor. New Era Democrats was founded after the 1982 gubernatorial race, when we supported Democratic candidate Mario Cuomo. At that moment, our founders believed New York needed to engage new voters and reinvigorate the electorate by supporting someone outside the party machine. NED has evolved over the years into an independent political association, still believing in “democratic principles.

Officials are asking Californians to use less electricity as the state faces record demand for energy on Tuesday, creating the possibility for rolling blackouts in the midst of a heat wave. On Tuesday, as the state faces a seventh consecutive “Flex Alert,” in which residents will be asked to conserve electricity between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., officials say that efforts to save energy must be doubled or tripled to be effective. The California Independent System Operator (ISO) declared an “Energy Emergency Alert” at level 2 on Monday, one level below the stage at which blackouts would have been required.

How Old Bad Ideas Become Wonderful 14 replies

There is no end of history. Instead, civilization is a constant fight to embrace what has worked for the common good through the ages—and to reject what in the past has failed abysmally. Bad and bankrupt ideas, protocols, and ideologies—like McCarthyism, communism, various cults, or fascism—resurface not because of their intrinsic or lasting value or record of success, but because civilizations become less vigilant and allow human vanities, ignorance, arrogance, and evil to reassert themselves. Joe McCarthy Is Back Our Tail Gunner Joe (of semi-truck driving expertise and brilliant legal training fame) in a single week smeared roughly half the country as un-American “semi-fascists.” Then in one of the creepiest speeches

The number of American jobs outsourced to foreign visa workers each year has exploded in recent decades to more than half a million, federal data suggests. The Immigration Act of 1990, signed by then-President George H.W. Bush, greatly expanded the number of visa programs and created today’s business model where employers import foreign visa workers in droves to take American jobs in blue-collar and white-collar industries. Federal data from the State Department shows that in 2021, almost 550,000 foreign visa workers were allowed to enter the United States labor market to take American jobs. Most of those half a million foreign visa workers, almost 470,000,

A body was found on Monday evening in the area that was cordoned off by law enforcement in Memphis amid the frantic search for missing mother-of-two Eliza Fletcher. Police have not confirmed that the body that was found is that of Fletcher. The missing billionaire heiress vanished while out for a jog around 4:30 am in Memphis. Monday's discovery is around seven miles from where she was last seen. The area being searched is beside the Longview Gardens apartment complex, where kidnapping suspect Cleotha Abston's brother, Mario, lives. Just prior to the announcement of the discovery of human remains, a large Memphis Police Department mobile command unit truck

Federal District Judge Aileen M. Cannon issued an order today requiring that a “special master” be appointed to review what the Justice Department seized from former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home when it was raided last month by the FBI. In the order, the judge said that the FBI had seized “medical documents” from Mar-a-Lago. “The court hereby authorizes the appointment of a special master to review the seized property for personal items and documents and potentially privileged material subject to claims of attorney-client and/or executive privilege,” said Judge Cannon’s order.

Sheesh. This is a tough one, but someone has to write about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently letting the cat out of the bag regarding why she switched to almost exclusively wearing her signature pantsuits throughout her political career. A long-held secret. In a recent interview with CBS News’s Norah O’Donnell, Clinton and her daughter Chelsea sat down at a diner and discussed their new eight-part Apple TV+ docuseries Gutsy, which is based on The New York Times bestselling book The Book of Gutsy Women. After discussing various topics in the upcoming series, O’Donnell changed direction, saying to Hillary, “You also reveal why you wear a pantsuit?”

President Joe Biden rolled out a new nickname for MAGA Republicans on Labor Day during a lively speech where he also walked back comments suggesting Donald Trump's supporters believe in 'semi-fascism.' During his speech in Wisconsin on Monday, the president denounced the former president's followers as 'Trumpies' and claimed politicians on the 'extreme right' of the GOP are 'coming for your social security' and destroying worker pensions. At one point Biden was interrupted by a heckler—though he told Secret Service to 'let him go.' 'Everybody's entitled to be an idiot,' the president said to scattered laughter. And despite clarifying early on that 'not every Republican is a MAGA Republican,

Page #2 and Page #3 of Judge Aileen Cannon’s ruling cites a quote from the DOJ own legal filing, dated May 10th, that Joe Biden ordered the National Archives and Records Administration to provide access to the FBI to review the Trump records. Note the quotation marks: On May 10, 2022, NARA informed Plaintiff that it would proceed with “provid[ing] the FBI access to the records in question, as requested by the incumbent President, beginning as early as Thursday, May 12, 2022.” August 24, 2022, Joe Biden was questioned about how much notice he had regarding the FBI raid on President Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago in Florida.

As shocking as it is unsurprising, an Australian bank chain is providing a terrifying glimpse into the dystopian future that awaits everyone who still believes man-made climate change is worse than chains. In an August press release, Bank Australia made the stunning announcement that it would cease lending to prospective new car owners in 2025 if the vehicle of their choosing relied on tried-and-true combustion. Instead, new car owners would only be able to procure a new car loan if there are expensive lithium batteries propelling the wheels.

In President Joe Biden’s 2007 memoir, Promises to Keep: On Life and Politics, he wrote that the late Sen. Mike Mansfield (D-Mont.) gave him the best advice he ever received: “Joe, never attack another man’s motive, because you don’t know his motive.” Judging from Biden’s increasingly belligerent speeches, he has forgotten Mansfield’s eminently wise counsel. This was rendered abundantly clear during his Thursday speech at Independence Hall in Philadelphia. Standing before a backdrop that looked as if it had been designed by Leni Riefenstahl, he attacked the motives of half the electorate.

Authorities in California extended a “Flex Alert” telling residents to conserve energy, including not charging their electric vehicles, on Sunday afternoon and evening. The alert has been in effect for several days in the midst of a heat wave that is slated to last through Labor Day. The California Independent System Operator, the manager of the state’s power grid, issued the statewide Flex Alert from 4 to 9 p.m. Residents are urged to set their thermostats to 78 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, avoid using major appliances, avoid charging electric vehicles, and turning off unnecessary lights.

Busses of migrants sent to New York City from Texas were welcomed with handshakes and an official escort from members of Mayor Eric Adams' administration in Manhattan Sunday. Texas Governor Greg Abbott has ordered over a dozen buses of migrants to the Big Apple, Chicago, and Washington DC in an attempt to show them the nature of the crisis at the border. So far, Texas has forked out nearly $13million to Wynne Transportation—the charter service that is taking migrants to the various cities. Around 44 migrants got off Sunday's bus, which was ordered to New York by El Paso Mayor Oscar Leeser.

During this primary election cycle, a deceptive ploy by Democrats to get their candidates an easier ride into office has emerged–funneling campaign ad dollars into efforts to get the opponent of their choosing on the other side. The topic was brought up Sunday, surprisingly, during ABC News’ “This Week With George Stephanopoulos,” by co-host Martha Raddatz. Earlier in the program, as my colleague Bonchie shared, former mayor of Atlanta and current Biden senior adviser Keisha Lance Bottoms doubled down on the dangerous, hateful rhetoric President Joe Biden spewed

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot bashed Texas Gov. Greg Abbott over the holiday weekend on the basis of his religion, claiming that the state's migrant busing initiative went against the premise of Christianity. Lightfoot, a Democrat, blasted the Republican after a second bus of migrants was dropped off in the Illinois city. Just over 100 migrants have been dropped off in Chicago over the past week, compared to the 1 million who have been released into the United States along the southern border since President Joe Biden took office.(Snip) "He professes to be a Christian," Lightfoot said during a press conference Sunday. Sources tell FOX Business that Pelosi wants President Biden to nominate her to become the next U.S. ambassador to Italy if the GOP takes the House majority in the midterm elections. Biden is holding the spot for the speaker, sources say, which is one reason he has yet to fill the position since taking office. Speculation earlier this year that a Pelosi ally and former Wall Street executive wanted the job has shifted with the increasing likelihood that the GOP takes the majority. There was no clarity yet on how a new Senate will react to a Pelosi nomination

The sun is shining these days as it is still summer in the Northern Hemisphere, but not for long. News stories abound for those paying attention. From Euronews, “European governments are scrambling
