Winter of Discontent: Germany to Implement
Energy Rationing Amid Fears of Gas Riots

Original Article

As officials in the country express their fears about future gas riots this winter, the German government has announced a host of new energy rationing rules that will come into effect from next Thursday. In what appears to be the latest attempt to avoid energy shortages this winter, the German government is to implement restrictions limiting the use of energy in the country. Ministers appear to be hoping that the rationing efforts will help reduce the risk of energy shortages this coming winter, with a number of bigwigs now openly fearful of a future of public unrest and gas riots should people be left unable to adequately heat their homes.

Comments:

The 'plan' is vorking! Germany plans to reinstate covid rules, too. Freezing, angry, masked peasants will tear the country apart.

FTA - "Despite this, officials still appear to be adamant that the country’s remaining nuclear reactors will be turned off by next January in service of the green agenda..." So let me get this straight - the russkies have cutoff natural gas supplies to Germany and the citizenry will be spending the winter freezing in the dark. And then the German government concludes that it must also go ahead and shut down its nuclear generation plants. What am I missing here. What part of stupid is this, the "stu" or the "pid". Widespread civil unrest and rioting will be happening.

German citizens with means probably won’t turn down home thermostats. But mandatory “smart” thermostats are likely included in the ruling class 5-10 year plan. The rationing this winter is phase one of an energy use crackdown. Coming to a country near you.

Why don't the fire-up the nuclear plants they shut down? It wasn't too smart of them to do it in the first place. Russia and Germany have fought off and on for hundreds of years. Not too smart to be dependent upon any nation but your own. We have done the same stupid thing and I blame it on the so called geniuses from the Ivy league schools. The moral cowards at Brigham Young University (BYU) are rewarding a race hoax by eliminating a fan section at future volleyball games. Oh, and the innocent man falsely accused of this was escorted from the grounds and banned from the campus for life before the investigation into this hoax was completed. Yes, BYU punished an innocent man before the facts were known. And it was a lie. All of it. And we all knew it was a lie the moment it was reported. As we all now know, most “racial incidents” end up being hoaxes. Why? Because the market for American racism is much bigger than the supply.

New York stores are now checking identification per a state law aimed to reduce drug deaths. The measure bans the sale of whipped cream canisters to anyone under 21. From the Albany Times Union: The chargers that propel whipped cream through a canister nozzle are filled with nitrous oxide gas, which can be inhaled to produce a high. The inhalant has long been a popular recreational drug — called “whippets” — among teenagers due to the availability of whipped cream canisters at grocery and convenience stores.

This week, President Joe Biden—in search of a new label to pin on his political opponents after the failure of his “ultra-MAGA” branding, which prompted peals of laughter rather than shudders of horror—landed on a new slur with which to tar those who don’t support his agenda: they are, he said, semi-fascists. Speaking with a crowd of Democratic donors in Maryland, Biden reportedly said, “What we’re seeing now is either the beginning or the death knell of an extreme MAGA philosophy. It’s not just Trump, it’s the entire philosophy that underpins the—I’m going to say something—it’s semi-fascism.” Now, Democratic politicians painting half of Americans as beneath contempt is old hat.

It's only a day since we reported on California’s intention to outlaw sales of new combustion-engined vehicles from 2035, and already the ripples are being felt across the nation. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) that governs motor vehicle emissions for the state adopted new rules that will require 35% of the new cars sold in the state are electric or plug-in hybrids by 2026, with that percentage rising to 68% by 2030 and 100% by 2035. California has a waiver from the federal government to set its own air quality rules, and other states are allowed to opt into its regulations, which are typically more stringent than the national standards.

President Joe Biden is set to announce student loan forgiveness of $10,000 — and perhaps more — for lower-income debtors on Wednesday, in a move that is unconstitutional, unfair, and dangerous for the stability of our economy and our democracy. There is no doubt that some borrowers would benefit from student loan relief — especially young people, low earners, borrowers in the black community. It would help them avoid default, and perhaps allow some to enter the housing market. Some of these debtors can truly be seen as victims of a system that urges young people to attend college when other paths might be better suited to their talents
