Florida officials have reported the state's first case of monkeypox in a child under four years old—the seventh in the nation overall—as fears the virus will spread into more vulnerable groups continue to grow. Martin County, around 100 miles north of Miami along the Sunshine state's east coast, reported the case in an unnamed child on Monday. The case occurred within the past week. The child's current condition and the severity of the case is unknown. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention warns that children under the age of eight are among the most vulnerable to severe complications or death from monkeypox.
Who knows if this is true or not? One can't trust the government to tell the truth any longer.

I'm just guessing, but I'd say the biggest monkeypox risk factors for children is male homosexual "parents," the doctor's office and the hospital in that order, with the first factor being the most likely avenue of transmission.

Family member? Or Babysitter?
Incubation/transmission period is verrrrry short.Primary vector is weeping pustule contact.
IF these sodomites would take even 2 weeks off from orgy sex? There would be no new cases.
IF they would simply inspect before "Insertion"...there would be no new cases.
41% are already HIV positive with damaged immune systems, yet STILL they insist on persisting.

I suppose they know where he caught it but it would not be politically correct to say so. Frightening.

I hope Child Protective Services have been on the scene to investigate transmission and the child's living situation.
Not that such government watchers are anything to write home about. We could point to several horrendous cases of abuse within the last couple of weeks. And the aggression demonstrated among the so-called "trans" community with respect to children is disturbing... and the irresponsible behavior of adult caregivers of these kids who subject children to the perversity.
There are a lot of reasons to worry about the welfare of the most vulnerable among us, children.

Those who are locked into the notion that this is spread by only sexual contact missed the rest of the story. ANY contact with the sores, which we have seen on arms and assorted other nonsexual places, not to mention contact with towels or bed linens that have been in contact with an infected person.can pass along the infection.

If the medical investigators look hard enough they will probably find that those children who contracted “Monkeypox” are living in close proximity with men who have sex with other men as they say. When they interview those children’s parent who identify themselves as Jim and Johnny, that should give the medical investigators a clue.

If they want to scare people they had better come up with better numbers than the size of a small town in Kansas. We need at least the number of Americans that Joe left behind in Afghanistan.

I debated posting an article from The Lancet, that details a case of a dog having gotten Monkeypox from its non-monogamous gay owners. It was not from being in close proximity. It was worse.

Just like condoning riots put an end to the fear theater around Covid, not condemning gay orgies/bath houses proves they aren't that concerned. They're more afraid of offending the alphabet-soup group, so I'm not worried either. (I do think we need to look very, very, VERY closely at the situation of children getting it...)

Hear yea, hear yea. Get you new Monkey Pox vaccines. Don't worry about all the adverse side effects the other vaccines had, these work much better. Would we lie to you? Don't forget to sign the legal forms taking away your right to sue us. P.S. Don't forget to get the multiple booster shots afterwards.

Very young children can catch Pridepox too, you know. Don't start wondering how or you'll be branded a homophobe and you'll damage your social credit score.
