Comrades, the professional moonbats went to Washington today to advance the Democrat position on baby killing. UC Berkely Law School Professor, Khiara M. Bridges, claimed to be a victim of transphobic non-binary violence today while being questioned about women and abortion.
After hearing Professor Bridges speak about “people for the capacity for pregnancy” in her testimony, Senator Josh Hawley attempted to understand exactly who Ms. Bridges was talking about because the Senate Judiciary hearing was assembled to discuss the legal consequences of the recent Supreme Court Dobbs decision on abortion.

Is it a requirement at Berekely for profs to all be insane liars, or just the norm?

Hawley was impressive in his polite line of questioning and calmness when the witness made unfounded, unhinged accusations with no supporting evidence.
The "professor" should be banned from any contact with students at any level.

Only by affirmative action quotas could this intelligence-challenged birthing person get on the faculty of one of the best law schools in the country. Zhe/she/whatever cannot argue with the substance of the issue, only revert to some identity default comfort position.

I heard some of the exchange and I thought: What a ridiculous woman this person is. I AM Josh Hawley's prayer warrior - as I pass by our state capitol every day for work (thank you Honorable Senator, for the privilege) and I'd like to help her answer better his questions about women being the only human gender able to give birth. Yes, ONLY God-created biological female humans can conceive and give birth. However, a human-made, medically engineered woman can be changed to imitate a man - and still contain the original She-equipment to give birth. The result is NOT a biological man. Likewise, though a biological male can be chopped and cropped to imitate a womanly figure, he (nor the resulting she) cannot conceive, carry, and pass through a non-existent birth canal - a new life. Whatever done would be simply a warm-blooded incubator. And by the way - Trans folks imitating the opposite genders - the result is so exaggerated and so warped in their perceptions - as a woman, I do not recognize their charade and refuse to go along. Y'all go on and do psycho all you can - I choose not to play the game.

He did not claim anything. The person interjected and insinuated the claim by citing a fact of 1 of every 5 trans persons attempts to commit suicide.
This then begs the question, how many trans persons are there in the country, so we can all determine how big, or small, this number entails?
It also brings something else into the conversation. Why?
Is this happening early in life? Prior to 24 years old? (the brain isn't fully formed until around 24).
This law professor sounded rude when she felt she didn't like the questions any longer, and outside the bubble of Berkeley.
Hawley should take her up and show up for one of her classes.

If "trans-people" are so easily triggered into attempting suicide, then for their own safety, "trans-people" should not be allowed to legally purchase a gun.

Of course the fascist chairman (person, cis, trans whatever now days) allowed this. One expects this lack of decorum and respect in a Democrat run witch trail but in a US hearing of the Senate? No wonder won can't discuss any issue with Democrats and their base.

Hmmmm.... I heard a replay of some of her testimony on the radio.
I am thinking that this kook did not just Drink the Kool-Aid, she's one of the ones mixing up new batches!
Stepping back one step from the subject of sex, this seems to me a widespread campaign designed to bully people into saying that they agree to something that they KNOW is NOT TRUE.
If they can force everyday people to submit to this line of falsehood, they can force people to submit to ANYTHING.
Hmmm.... didn't a similar bullying campaign happen about 80 or 90 years ago in a certain European country, on an issue having to do with ethnicity.... that ended up killing tens of millions of people?
Just wondering.

What the arrogant, condescending “Professor” seems to have missed was Josh Hawley’s sense of irony about “learning a lot.” His meaning; that reason, argument, logic, ethics and rhetoric are thrown out the window and replaced with an obnoxious attitude and $64,000 sounding words strung together to create - well, it’s hard to say what it creates because no one with a functioning intellect can follow it. But if the speaker is glib enough, speaks quickly enough and scoffs dismissively at good questions the questioner may retreat in what looks like a loss. This is what passes for teaching in much of academia today, this is why formerly sensible sons and daughters come home at Christmas after their first semester unrecognizable or at least well on their way to becoming so. This is why $40,000-$250,000+ later your kid is working for a non-profit that provides knitted booties to snowshoe rabbits, works the glorified coffee pot at Starbucks or is attending the vocational institute to become a cook…er, I mean chef. College isn’t necessary for nearly every serious occupation but it is big business and a heckuva lot of fun for spoiled children. It’s product? An education in how to be a brat professionally. This is called “audacity.”

I'm reading the Supreme Court opinion that overturned Roe vs Wade. The legal profession uses very precise language, as we know. How can this woman, a law professor (God help her students!), be so incredibly stupid to mangle the English language like that? Hawley did a good job on her though. I'd like to see Trey Goudy or Jim Jordan be merciless with her.
