A majority of Democrat voters say the Supreme Court should be abolished for its racist and misogynistic practices, according to a recent poll commissioned by the Heartland Institute. In addition, 54 percent of young people aged 19 to 39 concur, regardless of their political association. The survey of 1,025 U.S. voters was divided among party lines, with 53 percent of Democrats in favor of abolishing the current Supreme Court and replacing it with a “new, democratically elected . . . court with justices chosen by the American people directly,” and 33 percent “strongly” in favor. Only 21 percent of Republicans and 38 percent of independents favored the ill-advised proposition.

The Oath Keepers Trial continues this week in Washington DC
Government witness Graydon Young admitted to not conspiring with individuals to commit a crime on Jan. 6, following a cross-examination by defense attorneys this week.
Young pleaded guilty to conspiracy and obstruction of Congress this June. The government put him on the witness stand to testify against Oathkeepers Stewart Rhodes, Kelly Meggs, Kenneth Harrelson, Jessica Watkins, and Thomas Caldwell.
It appeared Young was following instructions in his plea deal to tell the government’s side of the story. He announced his remorse and embarrassment.

A Border Patrol union fired back at the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) on Wednesday after the left-wing organization condemned moves by agents to deal with illegal migrants who had allegedly assaulted them.
"We read this morning that the ACLU is upset that BP agents have the audacity to defend themselves," the National Border Patrol Council tweeted.
"We have a response for them. Go to hell."
The union was responding after the ACLU expressed outrage over an incident that took place Monday and was partially caught on camera. The group of Venezuelan migrants illegally crossing into El Paso, Texas, as they waved the enormous flag.

Polls have Vance ahead by two points, within the margin of error; RealClear Politics currently has the race leaning Republican, but just barely.
Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball also has the Ohio Senate Race leaning Republican, as does Decision Desk HQ. The D.C. Council is expected to take the first of two votes Tuesday on a massive rewrite of its criminal code. If passed, the bill would eliminate most mandatory minimum sentences, allow for jury trials in almost all misdemeanor cases and reduce the maximum penalties for offenses such as burglaries, carjackings and robberies.
Assume that there’ll be a lot more burglaries, carjackings and robberies.

Republican Arizona gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake pushed back Wednesday against a Fox News poll finding nearly half of respondents believe she is “too extreme.”
The poll, conducted along with Beacon Research and Shaw & Company, found 47% of respondents are concerned that Lake’s views are “too extreme,” while 42% hold the view about her opponent, Democrat Katie Hobbs. Over half of the participants, 51%, do not or only somewhat believe Lake is “too extreme.” The poll surveyed 1,003 randomly selected Arizona voters between Oct. 26-30 with a +/- 3% margin of error.
PBS took the democracy is in danger hysteria to new levels on Tuesday’s Amanpour and Company as Hari Sreenivasan interviewed Prof. Barbara F. Walter to inquire on just how close the United States is to another civil war. Walter, who wrote the book How Civil Wars Start, warned that all the pieces are in place for “Christian” “white men” to start one.
