Democrats are starting to sound just a little demonic in their fanaticism for abortion, and it's obvious in their cavalier attitude towards the safety of the Supreme Court justices.
Here's the White House setting the tone: (Snip for tweet) That's right, they ran circles around the issue of this illegal harassment of a Supreme Court justice, refusing to draw a line anywhere (we already know they aren't bothered by protestors harassing a sitting senator by following her into the bathroom) on what kinds of protests are inappropriate kinds of protests. We also know that they have failed to condemn the firebombings,

Joe Biden, the man "elected" to the presidency because his supposed foreign policy chops, is out to lunch as two huge events shake America's top allies east and west.
Start with Japan, where a shocking assassination of a former prime minister, Shinzu Abe, has occurred in a nation where this kind of activity is not normal.
According to Reuters:
NARA, Japan, July 8 (Reuters) - Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Japan's longest-serving leader, died on Friday hours after he was shot while campaigning for a parliamentary election,

For a long time, Saudi Arabia was one of the intellectual homes of antisemitic and anti-Israel sentiment. The Wahhabi clerics whom the Saudi royal house supported held a special animus for Jews, and that animus infused education in Saudi Arabia. Now, though, Saudi Arabia is backing away from this hostility to Israel, and its textbooks are reflecting the increasingly friendly relationship between the two nations.
Two things are responsible for the change to that dynamic. The first was that Barack Obama worked hard to set Iran on the road to being a nuclear power, something that terrified Saudi Arabia and pushed it closer to Israel.

Like a pockmarked piece of rotten wood, U.K. Prime Minister Boris Johnson has seen his government collapse over a series of petty, stupid, self-inflicted scandals, and now he's going down with it.
According to NBC News:
LONDON — Scandal-ridden British Prime Minister Boris Johnson capitulated to mounting pressure to step down Thursday, announcing his decision after days of high-profile government resignations and calls from fellow Conservative Party members to quit.
“In the past few weeks, I have been trying to convince my colleagues it would be eccentric to change governments

Joe Biden is busy blaming gas station owners for the soaring prices of filling up at the pump.
Why, those dirty birds!
It's his latest scheme to deflect blame for the nasty price shocks he's brought on us, with gas going for about $5 a gallon nationwide, and $6-something in tax-happy, save-the-planet California.
He's also blamed Putin, Big Oil producers, oil refineries, Republicans, and anyone but himself when it's obvious enough that the root of the problem is his crush-the-oil industry policies that he launched on day one in the name of "going green." Combine it with his monster rounds of federal money-printing which has brought on authentic inflation,

When you think of the world's "deadliest land crossing," what springs to mind?
Perhaps the Stalag-like border around North Korea? The jungly narcoguerrilla-infested Colombia-Venezuela border? Perhaps the swampy predator-infested Colombia-Panama Darien Gap? Maybe the Israel-Gaza line? Some nightmare crossing full of child soldiers around the Central African Republic? The Afghanistan-Pakistan land crossing? There are a lot of hellholes out there that make good candidates.
But according to a United Nations agency, looking at the objective numbers, the honor goes to Joe Biden and his open border -- now the world's deadliest land crossing.
According to the Epoch Times:
The U.S.-Mexico border has become the world’s “deadliest” land crossing,

As Colombia prepares to inaugurate a communist leader who's 'worse than Chavez' as former President Alvaro Uribe put it, things aren't exactly tranquil in next-door socialist hellhole Venezuela.
Here's the news from that dump:
Colombia’s President Ivan Duque suggested on Saturday that FARC dissident leader “Ivan Márquez” was killed in Venezuela.
In a tweet, Duque said that military intelligence was “verifying” whether the former political chief of the now-defunct guerrilla group FARC was killed in the neighboring country.

Because Independence Day always makes for a slow news weekend, that leaves room for looking at and thinking about other news stories that wouldn’t normally make the grade at American Thinker. The one that caught my eye was the Daily Mail’s huge photo essay showing the wedding of Charlotte Freud, one of Rupert Murdoch’s granddaughters, to Luke Storey, a rapper. It was held in the exquisitely picturesque English Cotswold district but the photos are a testament to the death of beauty in the modern era.
If you like things that are quintessentially English, the Cotswold district is the place for you:

Old Joe is still trying to figure out where inflation comes from. It's gotten so bad even the Chicoms are laughing at him.
This time the intellectually blindfolded president has pinned the donkey tail on gas station owners.
According to Fox Business:
President Biden is telling companies that are "running gas stations" to "bring down" their prices because "this is a time of war and global peril."
"My message to the companies running gas stations and setting prices at the pump is simple: this is a time of war and global peril," Biden tweeted on Saturday. "Bring down the price you are charging at the pump

'Don't you dare question our patriotism,' Democrats used to huff. This, despite a massive body of evidence that loyalty to the U.S. and its Constitution is not their thing.
Well, they've dropped that act for now and are putting out tweets like this: (Snip for tweet.) It's as if the holiday has no meaning for them. Hating on the Fourth is now the hip and 'in' thing for cutting-edge Democrats. And someone out there among the Pima County Democrats organization, a spokesperson for the party with enough clout to have control over the Twitter account, put that crap out, with the Democrats' name on it.

It's astonishing how out of touch the Joe Biden administration is with voters. We're talking about tin ears, brains and bodies.
A reporter asked a White House official about those soaring energy prices at the pump -- the number one issue occupying likely voters' attention, according to a recent Rasmussen poll -- and got this: (Snip for tweet). How inspiring. Seems that releasing the Strategic Petroleum Reserves did nothing to bring down high energy prices, and blaming Putin didn't resonate with the public. So now it's the New World Order as the hill we die on. Can you say 'pathetic'?

In New York, there's a lot of horror at a seemingly random killing of a 20-year-old woman pushing a baby stroller with her three-month-old infant on an Upper East Side street.
According to CBS News:
A 20-year-old woman died after being shot in the head while pushing her 3-month-old in a stroller in Manhattan's Upper East Side Wednesday night. The toddler [sic] wasn't injured.
New York City Police Commissioner Keechant Sewell said in a news conference that the victim was pushing the stroller when a man approached from behind and "fired a single shot into her head from a very close range," then fled.
Comments:
Biden makes an ass of himself to Britain and Japan.
