On Wednesday evening, leftist protestors harrassed Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh at a Morton’s Steakhouse in Washington, D.C., forcing him to leave the restaurant, according to a report from Politico. “Honorable Supreme Court Justice Kavanaugh and all of our other patrons at the restaurant were unduly harassed by unruly protestors while eating dinner at our Morton’s restaurant,” the representative of the chain restaurant said in a statement. “Politics, regardless of your side or views, should not trample the freedom at play of the right to congregate and eat dinner. There is a time and place for everything. Disturbing the dinner of all of our customers was an act of selfishness

Every day, more and more Americans are starting to understand why the founders included amendments in the constitution and bill of rights.

We should follow some of these protesters home to find out where they live -- and then everywhere they (and their family members) go, we should stalk them, surround them, and scream (peacefully) at them. This is what democracy (now) is.

Please sue them. Interference with people's rights of assembly and peace is against the law.

Yeah, but don't harass Congress people because they will throw you in the gulag like they did on Jan 6th.

Everybody in the restaurant should have followed Kavanaugh out the door as well. This is an attack on ALL of us. How did Morton's even let those cretins in the front door?

Wouldn't it be funny if a group started following her around and at her house-doxing her info-and following her to a restaurant and making her leave out the back door all the while shouting about "democracy"? I bet police would show up in minutes to charge those with intimidation and the word "democracy" would not be part of the conversation.

I'm sorry, but, you people are wrong. The price of free speech in a republic is this sort of obnoxious activity.
(That is not to say that if I had been there in my younger, football playing days, I would not have taken action, but I was not a philosopher in those days.)

Never thot I’d say this, but I would like to see ALL Justices treated equally. Let’s treat Sotomayor, Kagen AND Jackson like the other Justices are being treated. Who agrees??

And yet all the liberal elites have security to prevent this stuff from rightfully happening to them when they go out for an evening. Leave the man alone liberals, you aren't worthy of shining his shoes.

Any action that negatively impinges in any way on the God given absolute Rights to "Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness" is, ipso facto, not "peaceable" action or protest and ceases to be protected under the First Amendment "right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances".

So, intimidating a person to the point they have to sneak out the back door of a restaurant for fear of their safety is now considered a peaceful protest.
Meanwhile, praying (arguably the most peaceful form of protest or expression ever) outside of an abortion clinic will most likely get you arrested.
Dr. Savage is entirely correct: Liberalism (modern) is a mental disorder.
