A young mother pushing her 3-month-old baby in a stroller was fatally shot Wednesday night on an Upper East Side street, law enforcement sources said.

This program provides additional support and funding for students in two-year community college programs and is supplemented by another program for four-year students. These are giveaway programs to incentivize more students to go to college and stay in college and to participate in the leeching mindset that has attacked our culture.
