Ex-White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson on Tuesday testified that former President Trump and his former chief of staff Mark Meadows were both told attendees at the Jan. 6, 2021, Ellipse rally had weapons and that Trump was frustrated that security measures were keeping those with weapons from joining the rally crowd. Hutchinson, a former top aide to Meadows, told the House committee investigating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot that Trump was “furious” that the Ellipse near the White House

It doesn’t matter what the testimony is or even if it’s true. All they will succeed to do is damage Trump. People are much more concerned about what is going on in THEIR life. I will not continue living this way because I hate Trump for some reason. I will never vote for the party that is responsible for making me poor and unsafe. And reply #7, it is more the Democrat's speed to promise what they WILL do to you, than wasting bribes pating you. My dad was acting as counsel for a witness of a mob hit. Bobby Kennedy was AG, then, and he wanted my dad out of the room so he could speak privately to the witness. Witness refused. Bobby mentioned consequences of decisions made. 2 weeks later, witness was murdered.

Does kind of beg the question: who exactly IS the President of the United States (at any given time), and what authority does he really have? Also, makes me wonder what kind of briefings the limo driver and detail got and from whom, beforehand, to be prepared to calmly override a direct order from the President, which is not to say, hold the President against his will??

Okay, who told Trump and Meadows? What proof did they have when they told him? Yeah, if the President of the United States is making a speech, I would like to know that there are people who are trying to keep weapons away from the location. Seems there are more than a few incidents in American and world history where that combination led to a very bad, bad result. Saying something doesn't make it so. You can say I was warned that the Dallas Cowboy cheerleaders planned to have an overnight sleepover at my house last Friday night, but that doesn't make it true. So this is the "explosive evidence" that the witches on the witch hunt committee stuck around DC instead of starting their 4th of July vacation a few days early. Ho hum. I was hoping they'd finally have stuck Trump on tearing those "Do not remove under penalty of law" tags off his hotel mattresses.

Her entire testimony is misinformation. She is reporting what others told her about the incident, so she has no direct knowledge of the facts. She says the President tried to grab the steering wheel of "the Beast". The President was driven in the Suburban and not the Beast limo so that is false. Both vehicles have bulletproof partitions between the seats and the driver so that is would be physically impossible for anyone to get to the driver and put a Ninja move on him. Total fabrication.

Pelosi is ultimately in charge of the security at the US Capitol building, not Trump. It has been reported that Trump and the Pentagon offered Pelosi the National Guard and other troops to secure the Capitol complex a couple of days before Jan. 6th and Pelosi and company turned those offers down. Remember all along the Democrats have been crying that Trump did not go to the Capitol building to stop the rioting that was occurring, now we know why, the Secret Service would not allow Trump to travel there.

Washington - The Supreme Court on Wednesday backed Oklahoma's years long struggle for jurisdiction over certain crimes that take place on Native American land, a decision with implications for prosecutions of other crimes on Native territory. The 5-4 decision comes two years after the nation's highest court handed down a ruling that vastly expanded what is considered Native territory in Oklahoma. Though Oklahoma officials had asked the Supreme Court to overturn that recent ruling, the high court declined to consider that request when it agreed to hear the case in January.
