A DC jury found Michael Sussmann not guilty, and with that verdict, John Durham’s investigation into the infamous Russian collusion scandal is officially on life support. The result is not, however, quite the exoneration portrayed by the media.

Sorry but I called this one all the way back. Obviously no one was going to be found guilty of anything much less a big name. That's just not how it works in this country.

Oh yeah, boom! Got 'em! and all that. Couldn't even nail a blatantly guilty guy and the author here saying "oh but it's not a complete exoneration!" is nonsense. He just got let go as not guilty.

The Sussman Trial opened two doors. 1) Clinton campaign manager directly implicated Hillary in approving the fraud. 2) The FBI's Field Office recognized the fraud and requested to close the case, but the FBI 7th floor perpetuated the fraud. If Durham does not follow the facts down one or both of these paths, his investigation is a fraud, as well. I think it is the end of the line and it is a surprise to no one.

I suspect that Brandon and his mook, Garland, will use this as the reason to shut down his investigations.

Please don't waste any more of our money. If you couldn't get a conviction for an obviously guilty person, give it up. Meuller wasted $30,000,000 plus of our hard earned tax money, knowing it was a lie from the get go. Let's not repeat that. Look how far we've fallen because of the corruption in DC.

How many times does Lucy have to pull the football away before the answer is an obvious "yes".

If they couldn't get a biased jury to find Sussman guilty what chance do they have with a jury that will find Hillary guilty.?
Going to DC to find a decent jury is like going to "The View" to pick a jury.

Looks like the defense had their "OJ jury" who was ready to nullify the charge.
Who doubts we have a two-tier justice system now?
And, since the media barely covered the case, but certainly highlighted the acquittal, the sheeple aren't aware of what was exposed during the trial.

Or does Durham's role as Special Counsel end effective now?

the whole thing has to be looked at under a very finely defining microscope and as much as I would like to have had "justice" done in this case, something inside me kept telling me it was not going to happen, "what a revoltin' development this is"(Jimmy Durante)

It appears that Democrats don’t let pesky little things, like facts and evidence get in the way of coming up with a verdict. Now if he had done the same thing to a Democrat I suppose the verdict would have been very different. It seems that DC justice is not only blind, but deaf, dumb, and stupid as well.

I feel kind of sorry for those who think that this will go anywhere. By my count, we're up to Episode # 5,257 of the "This Will Finish Hillary" series.
It's up to God, who will come through for us.

Had to leave , didn't proof read. NOT the end at all. There will be another trial this summer, in southern Virginia, away from the deep blue north. Very telling was the juror that spoke and said that they didn't think this should have come to trial. Their " verdict " was based on their biased opinion , NOT on the law.

This one was so predicted that Durham himself knew this was going to happen. Durham would not have gone through 5 years of investigating to not realized that DC is a automatic fail. So there must be another reason. I think he got the right people to say something that will be used down the road. And if the courts are rigged, there's always the military courts. :) This whole thing we're going through will probably need to be cleaned up by the military. Even those military courts will get involved.

John Durham has a reputation as a fair and thorough prosecutor. That he would lose a case with the judge and jury he had to work with doesn't surprise me.
Sussmann's "jury of his peers" miraculously included three Clinton donors, an AOC donor, and a woman whose daughter is on the same sports team as his daughter. The judge just happened to be an Obama appointee who quickly limited the ability of prosecutors to ask meaningful questions. In what universe does this pass as fair or impartial?
On the brighter side, I suspect Durham has a long list of individuals who deserve to be held accountable, and will not be getting special treatment.

We know that Hitlery and many others in her web of deception are GUILTY as hell, but getting the judicial results will not be forthcoming/
She is going to get away with it, and we must accept that FACTS which show culpability don't mean a damn anymore.

If Durham doesn't go after the biggies like Hillary, etc. than just stop wasting our tax dollars.
