Who Really Is the President?

Original Article

It’s always been sort of a running joke among the Right that President Joe Biden is too old and too feeble-minded to actually be running the show – and usually those jokes would receive angry pushback from the left. But a new report from NBC News indicates that maybe it wasn’t a joke after all. What’s worse, the truth is a bit more frightening than the joke let on. In its detailed report, NBC News paints a picture of a President who has little to no control over the office and a staff dead set on making sure its agenda is the President’s focus rather than the other way around.

Is this a trick question? Most of us here know can name a huge number of puppeteers in the not-so-behind-the-scene cabal. Barry the Fraud for starters, but he is also a puppet, he's no strategic string puller, no great thinker or leader. In no particular order the following are also probably just puppets to George Soros' Open Society Foundations - Jarrett, Rice, Sullivan, Klain. Anyone think any of the cabinet secretaries don't answer to a higher power than Biden? Think Garland is actually running Justice?

Modern school shootings are an exceptionally abhorrent phenomenon that we got along just fine without for the first couple of centuries of U.S. history. So, it’s wholly reasonable to want them gone. It’s not like America was suffering from any lack of the beneficial side effects of school shootings before the man with the brain tumor climbed the U. of Texas clock tower in 1966 and the “I Don’t Like Mondays” girl opened fire at the San Diego elementary school in 1979. School shootings and other heavily publicized mass killings are an intensely grotesque problem, often engineered by obsessive notoriety-seekers specifically to elicit maximum outrage from you and me.

Brandon Straka, a conservative activist, was confronted with a choice between pleading guilty to a crime he did not commit and facing serious charges with a long prison term related to the Jan. 6 Capitol rally. He chose to accept the plea deal because he felt he would not get a fair trial. On Jan. 6, 2021, after then-President Donald Trump addressed the rally at the Ellipse, a park near the White House, Straka walked to U.S. Capitol where he was supposed to give a speech at an event planned to take place on the east side of the building, Straka recollected of that day.

As RedState reported on Wednesday morning, the FBI was so closely linked to former Hillary Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann that it has a workspace inside of Perkins Coie while Sussmann himself held an FBI badge that gave him special government access. Perkins Coie is, of course, the law firm that represented Hillary Clinton’s campaign throughout the 2016 campaign and its aftermath.(snip) the FBI is not innocent here, and I believe last week’s exchange between Sen. John Kennedy and FBI Dir. Christopher Wray suddenly makes a lot more sense.(snip) ask yourself why Wray is so constantly evasive? Why does he refuse to answer basic questions that are completely within his purview?

By now it’s maddeningly clear a perfect storm of institutional failure allowed the Uvalde shooter to carry out his ugly plan. The school was not adequately secured and the police were unacceptably slow. Every day, their bungled response looks worse. If the school door had been locked, if the police had been there sooner, if the resource officer had responded, if every classroom had been locked… At so many steps leading up to the first victim’s death, the bare minimum of protocol seems likely to have stopped the shooter before the killing began.

The British attorney general says schools do not have to accommodate students who want to change gender identification, and are under no legal obligation to use certain pronouns or allow children to wear uniform of another sex. Attorney General Suella Braverman—the top government adviser on law in England and Wales—has become the latest of a number of senior government figures to challenge the ethos of some public institutions which affirm children’s adoption of another gender identity. Her comments to the Times of London, published on Saturday, come as the government draws up formal guidance for schools on transgenderism.

Pfizer has asked a U.S. court to throw out a whistleblower’s lawsuit on the basis that the company can’t be guilty of fraud, abuse, and protocol violations in its COVID Vaccine clinical trials because its contract with the U.S. government allowed them to skirt regulations and federal laws that typically apply to government contracts. In other words, Pfizer was allegedly able to make false statements to the government, and lie about the safety and efficacy of its product, “because the government was in on it with them!” (snip) The whistleblower, Brook Jackson, was the regional director for the Ventavia Research Group, the company that was conducting Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial

American justice isn’t only dead, it’s decomposed. Long live totalitarianism! We can join the world now. Au revoir, American Exceptionalism. We are China. We are Putin’s Russia. The jury in the Michael Sussmann criminal case resumes deliberations today after the long Memorial Day weekend. While prosecutors presented overwhelming evidence over the last two weeks that Sussmann lied to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in 2016, an acquittal by the D.C. jury still seems likely. Update: Jurors did acquit Sussmann, on May 31.(snip) So, measuring Durham’s performance by the outcome in United States v. Sussmann would be a mistake. Also, especially in the case of an acquittal, it would ignore the valuable information exposed related to the broader Spygate scandal. Using that gauge as a measure, the special counsel’s office succeeded wildly.

The acquittal is no surprise. This is a DC jury, after all. In the Roger Stone case, for example, we documented how a juror lied to get on the panel. (That judge didn’t care.) Making matters worse, the Sussmann judge wrongly allowed for a woman to remain on the jury, despite the fact that her daughter and Sussmann’s are on the same high school crew team. One can’t help but think that juror had her own daughter’s interests in mind – the cohesion of the crew team – when she reached a decision.(snip)On the facts, there was more than sufficient evidence to prove Sussmann’s guilt.

Liberals for decades preached Demography Is Destiny to conservatives. Libs warned us of dire consequences when people of color outnumber white people in 2040. (That has since been pushed back to 2050.) The message was: Repent sinners and drop core beliefs in favor of pandering to minorities. Now conservatives are saying Demography Is Destiny. Feigning shock, liberals are calling it the Replacement Theory and denouncing those who say it as rayyyyycists. But demography is not destiny. Nigerian immigrants replacing white natives are not a problem. Welcome aboard, I say. The real problem is replacing God with government.

As we reported earlier, Michael Sussmann was found not guilty of lying to the FBI, despite the evidence that he was working for the Clinton campaign and that he told FBI General Counsel James Baker that he was not working for any client. That raised questions as to how, given the evidence, you get a not guilty verdict in this case? Now, part of the issue may have been judicial rulings that hindered Special Counsel John Durham’s case to some degree, as I noted. The other part may have been you likely started out with an unfavorable jury, to begin with, in D.C., but then, in this case, you also seemed

Students, depending on their race, will not be held accountable for missing class, misbehaving in school, or for failing to turn in assignments. Washington—A federal jury on Tuesday found former Hillary Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann not guilty of lying to the FBI — finding special counsel John Durham did not prove his case beyond a reasonable doubt. The verdict by a jury in heavily Democratic-leaning DC, came midway through the second day of deliberations following a two-week trial on a single count of making false statements to a federal agent. Durham’s prosecution team unsuccessfully sought to prove that Sussmann deliberately lied to then-FBI general counsel James Baker by claiming not to be acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and an internet executive when the two met in 2016.

George Will’s recent column reviewing the first 500 days of the Biden presidency includes praise for the president’s “deft diplomacy” and “stunning achievement” in the administration’s response to Ukraine. According to Will, Biden’s diplomacy is substantially responsible for nudging Germany to play a larger geopolitical role and persuading Finland to join NATO, thus extending the alliance’s reach to more than 800 miles of Russia’s border. Biden, he writes, has revised the concept of the West, but Will writes that Biden’s achievement will not earn him political dividends because “what Americans usually want in foreign policy is as little as possible.”

Former Hillary Clinton campaign attorney Michael Sussmann has been found not guilty of lying to the FBI in the first trial of Special Counsel John Durham's investigation into what sparked the investigation of Donald Trump's 2016 presidential campaign. It's one of just two indictments in Durham's three-year inquiry into the origins of Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe, spurred by allegations that Trump's 2016 campaign got help from Russia. After just six hours of deliberation, a jury rejected Durham's claim that Sussmann lied to federal agents when sending them dirt on Trump's alleged links to Moscow.
