The British attorney general says schools do not have to accommodate students who want to change gender identification, and are under no legal obligation to use certain pronouns or allow children to wear uniform of another sex.
Attorney General Suella Braverman—the top government adviser on law in England and Wales—has become the latest of a number of senior government figures to challenge the ethos of some public institutions which affirm children’s adoption of another gender identity.
Her comments to the Times of London, published on Saturday, come as the government draws up formal guidance for schools on transgenderism.

Pfizer has asked a U.S. court to throw out a whistleblower’s lawsuit on the basis that the company can’t be guilty of fraud, abuse, and protocol violations in its COVID Vaccine clinical trials because its contract with the U.S. government allowed them to skirt regulations and federal laws that typically apply to government contracts.
In other words, Pfizer was allegedly able to make false statements to the government, and lie about the safety and efficacy of its product, “because the government was in on it with them!” (snip)
The whistleblower, Brook Jackson, was the regional director for the Ventavia Research Group, the company that was conducting Pfizer’s pivotal phase III trial

American justice isn’t only dead, it’s decomposed. Long live totalitarianism!
We can join the world now. Au revoir, American Exceptionalism. We are China. We are Putin’s Russia. We are the European Union, drifting ever more swiftly into Davos globalism and the Great Reset. (snip)
The jurors in John Durham’s trial of attorney Michael Sussmann—which resulted in the Clinton campaign lawyer’s acquittal—will be remembered, by those allowed to remember, if any, as the moment our already decaying justice system went completely south. The D.C. jurors, revealed in the voir dire to have been completely biased in the first place, demonstrated that the English language itself—and the evidence available therein—was of no

The jury in the Michael Sussmann criminal case resumes deliberations today after the long Memorial Day weekend. While prosecutors presented overwhelming evidence over the last two weeks that Sussmann lied to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker in 2016, an acquittal by the D.C. jury still seems likely.
Update: Jurors did acquit Sussmann, on May 31.(snip)
So, measuring Durham’s performance by the outcome in United States v. Sussmann would be a mistake. Also, especially in the case of an acquittal, it would ignore the valuable information exposed related to the broader Spygate scandal. Using that gauge as a measure, the special counsel’s office succeeded wildly.

It’s always been sort of a running joke among the Right that President Joe Biden is too old and too feeble-minded to actually be running the show – and usually those jokes would receive angry pushback from the left. But a new report from NBC News indicates that maybe it wasn’t a joke after all.
What’s worse, the truth is a bit more frightening than the joke let on.
In its detailed report, NBC News paints a picture of a President who has little to no control over the office and a staff dead set on making sure its agenda is the President’s focus rather than the other way around.

The acquittal is no surprise. This is a DC jury, after all. In the Roger Stone case, for example, we documented how a juror lied to get on the panel. (That judge didn’t care.) Making matters worse, the Sussmann judge wrongly allowed for a woman to remain on the jury, despite the fact that her daughter and Sussmann’s are on the same high school crew team. One can’t help but think that juror had her own daughter’s interests in mind – the cohesion of the crew team – when she reached a decision.(snip)On the facts, there was more than sufficient evidence to prove Sussmann’s guilt.

Liberals for decades preached Demography Is Destiny to conservatives. Libs warned us of dire consequences when people of color outnumber white people in 2040. (That has since been pushed back to 2050.) The message was: Repent sinners and drop core beliefs in favor of pandering to minorities.
Now conservatives are saying Demography Is Destiny. Feigning shock, liberals are calling it the Replacement Theory and denouncing those who say it as rayyyyycists.
But demography is not destiny. Nigerian immigrants replacing white natives are not a problem. Welcome aboard, I say. The real problem is replacing God with government.

WASHINGTON — Diane Murray struggled with her decision all the way up to Election Day.
But when the time came, the 54-year-old Georgia Democrat cast a ballot in last week’s Republican primary for Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. While state law allowed her to participate in either party’s primary, she said it felt like a violation of her core values to vote for the Republican. But it had to be done, she decided, to prevent a Donald Trump -backed “election denier” from becoming the battleground state’s election chief.

UVALDE, Texas — The blame for an excruciating delay in killing the gunman at a Texas elementary school — even as parents outside begged police to rush in and panicked children called 911 from inside — has been placed with the school district’s homegrown police chief.
It’s left residents in the small city of Uvalde struggling to reconcile what they know of the well-liked local lawman after the director of state police said that the commander at the scene — Pete Arredondo — made the “wrong decision” last week not to breach a classroom at Robb Elementary School sooner, believing the gunman was barricaded inside and children weren’t at risk.

Will the blatant fearporn ever stop? The controlled media have no shame.(image) First came the coordinated media blast of public health-related fearporn. For example, the image from Jake Tapper’s CNN broadcast program “The Lead” of May 20,2022 (above) which appears to me to be a case of smallpox, not monkeypox. Another example involves the self-explanatory paired images below.(snip) since my original substack article on this topic, we had the reveal of an Event 201-style wargame exercise modeled around a bioterror-related release of an engineered Monkeypox virus “caused by a terrorist attack using a pathogen engineered in a laboratory with inadequate biosafety and biosecurity provisions and weak oversight.”

The archbishop who recently made waves by announcing that he was barring House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) from Communion due to her outspoken support of abortion was passed over in Pope Francis’s latest cardinal assignments.
The pope chose as a cardinal Bishop Robert McElroy of San Diego, who has previously said that bishops shouldn’t forbid politicians who support abortion from taking Communion despite Catholic teachings being clear that abortion is a moral evil.
McElroy was one of 21 cardinals named, but the only one from the United States. He received the promotion despite Archbishop Salvatore Cordileone—who denied Pelosi Communion—being of higher rank.

Every year I post this video. I am very proud to have called the little town of Ringgold, Georgia my home for many years. Every year we drive back down to spend the few minutes it takes to go through town, the main stretch and all the little side roads, and appreciate the flags, and honor the fallen.
May the blood cost of our freedom be increasingly appreciated and honored. And may America always be blessed with towns and people like this, who remember and

Honoring our fallen. They paid the cost of our freedom. In my late Mother’s era, this was Devoration Day. The only “perpetual care” at the cemeteries was performed by family members.
The video is lovely. If it gets jumpy, move your cursor a bit. With luck, it won’t.
