A Wisconsin mom shared her horror after her 13 year-old son was accused of sexual harassment for refusing to refer to a non-binary schoolmate with 'they/them' pronouns. Rosemary Rabidoux hit out after her son Bradon became one of three eighth grade schoolboys at Kiel Middle School subjected to an ongoing probe. It was triggered after they chose not to use the gender neutral pronoun for their unidentified classmate, who they instead referred to using 'she' and her'. Things appear to have escalated quickly with the school district now filing a Title IX complaint against the students, accusing them of sexual harassment for using the 'incorrect' pronouns.

Comments:

Eighth grade schoolboys subjected to an ongoing probe? No doubt this is a warmup for Pride Month, America's crowning achievement. Say the pronouns, bigot, or you're a bully and I'll have you thrown in prison.

See; https://lovebylife.com/a-wisconsin-school-district-has-lodged-another-title-ix-issue-with-three-other-middle-school-students-addressing-the-wrong-pronouncements/ Title IX complaint?! What the heck does this mean? It can be construed that a complaint under Federal Title IX has been filed in a federal court. It's probable that: 1. The "complaint" refers the initial filing - however characterized - in an administrative proceeding. 2. It's not filed under federal Title IX. 3. It's based on the school district's rules that include having adopted some aspects of federal Title IX by reference.
