After the fourth email of Putin’s hand flapping crossed my desk, I gave in and started my research. Those dozens of dust-binned claims of Putin being on death’s door might even have some credibility. (snip) Let’s get one thing clear from the beginning. That hand flapping tremor in the video just doesn’t look like Parkinson’s. (snip) Flapping tremors are called “asterixis” and are most commonly a result of alcoholism and liver failure. The tremor is not what should bother us. Rather, the metabolic consequences of lifetime vodka consumption should concern us. That gradually causes liver failure and increased blood ammonia levels.

If you want to see an alcoholic flapping their hands watch a Pelosi speech.

I wish somebody would spend this much time analyzing the behavior of our stumbling, bumbling, doddering, confused CIC who sometimes can stay totally focused and give a 45 minute gaffe-free speech. No one can do Dementia on Demand? If there is some magical cocktail that temporarily clears him up, how come he doesn't take it daily?

#2 correct I can't stand to watch Nancy with all the air karate chops and hand motions. Kamala Harris is the next worse with the hand 'jives'.
I get the shakes after a night of occasional overindulgence very common it's called 'hangover'.
I'm not going to comment on the Soviet leader I'm most concerned about the Vegetable who stands as a fraud in front of the American people everyday and can't pronounce a three syllable word on a teleprompter. We are ruled by a trifecta government of three people who are unelected Obama/Rice/Jarrett that's the real government.

joe can only give that 45 minute speech once in a blue moon.
It requires days of prep.
Some of the mind-clearing drugs are dangerous, too, so he gets them only if absolutely necessary.
Each time joe is cogent for a few minutes takes months off his life.
He also must be re-timed to be sharp for the part of the day (of night) of his speech.
That's done by tricking his sleep pattern into thinking that particular time is morning which is when dementia sufferers are sharpest.
Terrible thought that the entire world's fate might be hanging on joe being sharp at the right time.

Good grief. Putin may not rise to the level of a Biden, but he is no Stalinist. A Stalinist would not make Solzhenitsyn required reading for every student in the country.

Sorry but I still don't get it. If it's truly dementia (no matter what kind), his behavior would be entirely unpredictable. They couldn't let him out even for a minute because he might not say what he hears in his earbuds or he might do something gross like pick his nose or just pee on the lecturn before anyone could stop him. I agree one of the possibilities is he's being fed multitudes of drugs that sharpen him up to the point he can be gaffe-free for numerous long periods of time or be able to handle one-on-ones without a problem. But then WHY not keep him pumped up all the time? So what if it lessens his lifespan? Wouldn't you think the reward of a normal or sharp-appearing American President would far outweigh the risk of a shorter lifespan? Something is SO wrong about this; why aren't any investigative journalists on this like they are trying to figure out Putin's mystery illness?

Who's more dangerous? Putin threatening to use nuclear weapons on other countries, or a president Bidet threatening the citizens of his own country with atomic bombs and F-15's?

And we hear "the truth" from the midwestern Wuhan vaccine expert.
I'm not a doctor, not even a drinker, but I have spent many social evenings with Russian men. It is very difficult for most Americans to appreciate the amount of alcohol consumption that they consider a normal evening. I have been at many small parties with Russian men besides myself, a non-drinker. I took a polite sip for each of the dozens of toasts with shots of vodka while they drained their glasses each time and instantly refilled. At one evening where I noted the number of empty bottles, four Russian and Armenian men consumed three liters of vodka, and a couple of slightly smaller bottles of brandy. All four men could still walk and three of us walked about 1/2 mile back to our hotel afterwards.
My point is that Russian men drink massive quantities of vodka. The number that live to a ripe old age is low because of this, and other things, too. When I was traveling regularly to Russia in the early 2000s-early teens, the life expectancy for Russian men was reported to be 58 or 59, IIRC, and I could see why in just their immense alcohol consumption. Two of the late 50s men that I associated with have since died, but I don't know the cause of death.
So - this seems reasonable as a diagnosis to me. Certainly liver failure is extremely common in Russian men. A friend is a medical worker at a VA hospital and has spoken of the destruction that alcohol has wrought on many of his patients' livers.

Re #7. Putin has actively rehabilitated the public image of Stalin in Russia. If you are unaware of that, perhaps seeking to be more informed would be helpful.
