'Absolutely Appalling': Chief Justice
Roberts Speaks Out About Leak of Abortion Decision

Chief Justice John Roberts commented for the first time publicly about the leak of the draft opinion on the abortion case out of Mississippi in which the majority of the justices voted to send all abortion decisions back to the states for voters to sort out. If the draft decision holds, it would wipe from the books the Roe v. Wade and Casey v. Planned Parenthood decisions. At a federal judicial conference in Atlanta on Thursday, Roberts described the leak by a Supreme Court employee as “absolutely appalling.” According to CNN, Roberts told the gathering that it was “foolish” if “the person or people” who leaked the draft opinion thought

Robert's is appalled at SCOTUS leak but was uninterested to discover why laws concerning our federal elections were ignored? Personally, I am appalled at the institutional indifference to 2020!

Any discipline by Roberts will be preempted by Dems and the press, who will celebrate and reward the leaker when known. Other clerks will then seek similar glory, leaving future trust among judicial colleagues in shambles, as well as a politicized and discredited institution vulnerable to a movement to pack it with liberals.

Kind of hard to believe anything anyone says who states that Plessy v. Ferguson was decided in 1869. That being said, look for Roberts to flip from 'concurring' to 'dissent' in the coming weeks. This was NOT a final opinion of the court, and Roberts has been know to flop (i.e., give in to blackmail) in the past. Check out Obamacare, where he actually wrote BOTH the majority AND the minority opinion. The minority opinion was to be the majority opinion until he flipped at the last minute. The 'minority' decided to let his previously written opinion stand (as the minority opinion). In my opinion, they did it to show what a jellyfish he is.

One wonders why all the gnashing of teeth from Chief Just-Us Roberts. After all, it was he that announced to the world that the Supreme Joke of the United States was full bore behind the Democrat party with his horrendous Obambicare decision. And by allowing lawlessness in election fraud to go unchallenged by the legal system, he let the Dems know he and the other leftist on the Supreme Joke had the Dem's back. And the fact lower courts are handing out gum drops sentences to the Antifa and BLM mostly violent protesters hasn't even been a concern for the Supreme Joke. Roberts wants the Dems to know that their Brownshirt thugs have nothing to fear from the gooberment they wish to overthrow. Throw in the lawless FISA courts headed by Roberts and the Dems know they will never suffer any consequences for their actions. Now that Court judges are in the bullseye with those same mostly violent Antifa and BLM members. All thanks to Roberts deciding the Supreme Joke would become the most politically leftist court in the history of an already unstable and unreliable branch of goobernment.

There’s a scene in the movie A Few Good Men where Jack Nicholson’s, JT Walsh’s and Kiefer Sutherland’s character’s Colonel Jessup, Lt Colonel Markinson and Lt Kendrick respectfully were discussing a deceased Marine’s actions. Jessup and Kendrick are hard chargers and Markinson is a little cowardly. Jessup asked Markinson how he felt about Private Santiago’s(the dead Marine)infractions. He said, “I’m appalled sir.” Jessup looked at him with a is that all you have to say before sarcastically saying “you’re appalled?” That scene sums what a spineless leader John Roberts is in the SC with his weak it’s appalling statement.

Is there any corner of our government bureaucracy that isn’t overrun with woke, partisan operatives seeking to enact their political agendas? I think we all know the answer to that, and the latest example comes via the FTC moving to “investigate” Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter on…anti-trust grounds? This comes after Democrats and their media allies have spent the last few weeks absolutely losing their minds over the fact that conservatives might have a single platform that doesn’t bias their policies against them. Fox Business provides some of the details. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is reviewing Tesla CEO Elon Musk’s $44 billion deal with Twitter, setting up

To hear Democrats today, outrage over the possible overturning of Roe v. Wade will cause a blue wave this November. It’s an amusing theory that doesn’t quite hold up under scrutiny. Even Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.V.) pointed out earlier this week that abortion is by no means the number one issue in his state. “Inflation is the number one driving factor I believe in my state. Right now, it’s hurting everybody, not just at the pump, but at the grocery store, at the drug store, at the pharmaceutical. Everything they do,” he explained. Joe Biden’s cheerleaders at CNN seem to agree. On Thursday, the left-wing network acknowledged

President Eisenhower, in his final address to the nation, uttered words that will remain relevant for ages. The following is a key excerpt from that speech:  “In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists, and will persist. ”The military-industrial complex that Eisenhower was referring to is the nefarious alliance between governments, arms manufacturers, arms dealers, and mercenaries.

How do you end up caught off-guard, as WaPo says Team Biden was, by a Supreme Court ruling? Did they somehow miss the news that hearings were held in the Dobbs case six months ago? Did they … not anticipate that a 6-3 conservative Court might seize the opportunity to overturn Roe? The Biden White House seems forever late in responding to events. They were still pushing Build Back Better last fall after public anxiety over inflation had begun to rise. Stephen Breyer’s retirement seemed all but assured this year given the electoral reality of the midterms yet it still took Biden and his crew weeks to interview candidates before settling

The financial network seems confused as to why companies might have little interest in raising a toxic topic such as abortion. A detail in the corporate realm that has always baffled me is the way companies have been so willing to wade out into the tall grass of social issues when the rationale behind not ginning up controversy would seem obvious. Not only are you at the risk of driving off customers, but so often, there are blatant examples to cite of other operations suffering as a result of this needless gambit.
