Democratic strategist James Carville said Thursday on CNN’s “OutFront” that the average American does not understand how good the U.S. economy is doing.
Burnett said, “So mentioned a new CNN poll that found two-thirds of all Americans now disapprove of how President Biden specifically is handling the economy, two-thirds of all Americans. That’s bad. On top of that, more than 50% of Democrats think the economy is in poor shape, up 16 percentage points from December. Eighty-one percent of independents think the economy is in poor shape. These are all bad, no good numbers in this entire thing. How big of a problem is this for the president?”

Why did you crawl out of your hole. Anyone with 2 brain cells to rub together knows that the economy is in the tank. Nice try though. Your ethics are still in the basement.

No, we DO understand EXACTLY how horrible the economy is. And we know precisely WHY, too.

Oh, it’s just dandy, Snakehead. Inflation at 20% and rising, the stock market cratering, violent crime spiking all over, race relations the worst in fifty years and schools trying to teach sexual perversion to kindergarten kids. Let’s hear you sing that old Democrat favorite “Happy Days Are Here Again.”

Returning jobs from lockdown is NOT creating jobs. Tossing around a trillion or so UNEARNED dollars is NOT pumping the economy. Money for nothing and the dks go free.

What Americans see right now are very high food and gasoline prices. All the rest coming out of the Biden and Democrat camps is boloney,

Hmmph … better? I don’t think so. I’m in the midst of a remodel. In my small neck of the woods the stone fabricator told me that lumber prices are down. His dad owns the local lumberyard and people have stopped buying lumber, so prices have dropped. And, the guy installing my AC scheduled me within two weeks rather than several months out as has been normal. He’s had a bunch of cancellations. Those aren’t signs of a booming economy.

In the past year I've quit my gym membership, cancelled satellite subscription stopped going out for dinner (ESPECIALLY drive throughs!) and buy nothing but essentials. Got a raise in our union contract for my still-under $15 retail job which was mostly satisfactory (adequate for a low-rung, minimal skill, part-timers, semi-retirees, first-timers, college kids, etc.) but actually falling behind as utilities, gas & groceries alone now gobble up the increase and then some. Every middle class worker is feeling the pain and cutting back - which delivers more pain to come as we ALL cut back. Where, exactly, is ANYTHING - economic or otherwise - "going good right now" ? What am I not getting, James?

He must have been vaccinated too many times. He has lost his mind. I'm one of those Americans who are realizing that our nation is being destroyed on purpose by demonic Democrats. If a Democrat ever comes to my door campaigning , I will tell him/her/it "Get off my property!" while I still have that right!

I guess we are all just too stupid to know how good we have it at the gas pump, grocery store and trying to buy a new car. And we have is so good when we can't find parts to keep the old stuff we have working cause new stuff either is too expensive to buy or doesn't exist.

We are building a rent house and I have just received a lumber quote. A nine foot 2x4 that cost less than 4 dollar two years ago now sells for over ten dollars. 4x8 sheets of plywood and OSB sheathing are double what they were two years ago. Let's go Brandon!

Lying and distraction is how the dems get away with their actions. BJ Clintoon and BO were particularly good at it. Biden can't think past where the Easter Bunny leads him so he just can't pull it off. Instead, he does confused, senile, old guy anger.
Snake bit Carville cherry picks the one decent statistic, jobs, because that is the ONLY THING, due to exiting COVID shutdowns and no thanks to Brandon, that has done OK. The rest of us are suffering a 10+% PAY CUT because of Brandon's inflation.

Maybe, just maybe, if this arse whole was trying to support a family of four on a $45,000 a year salary with a forty mile daily commute HE might understand the economy better.

By a lot of standards I am pretty comfortable in my retirement but we are cutting back everywhere. We used to eat out at a nice restaurant once or twice a month. That’s out. One of my cars is twenty years old but still runs fine so I will keep it a few more years, down to one streaming service and no cable, no more nice steaks for the grill, etc. We already see the economy starting to shrink so my guess is a recession in force by the mid-terms.

If you look out your car windows you might notice that there is no road under the tires and the front of the car is aiming at the center of the earth.
Democrats say - "Then don't look out the windows"
