Jack’s magic coffee shop posted their latest financial results today. As suspected, the social media company Twitter said revenue for the first quarter totaled $1.2 billion (+16%). However, costs and expenses totaled $1.33 billion (+35%), resulting in an operating loss of $128 million. The claims that the 2020 Presidential election was wrought with fraud and abuse have been sung from every mountain top in the land, and by every conservative politician or public figure of note. Conversely, claims that it was the most secure election in the history of Presidential politics have been spoken on every liberal street corner and by every mainstream media personality in the country.
The American public has become tired of both sides, having been beaten down by the rights claim of a “rigged” election, and weary of the lefts claim that this was a white glove tested, perfectly executed demonstration of democracy in action.
Geoff Morrell, the chief corporate affairs officer for Disney, who helped crafted the embattled company’s response to Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law, has resigned to “pursue other opportunities” after just three months.
The one-time George W. Bush Pentagon spokesman joined Disney only three months ago to head up the company’s global communications dept. — which included overseeing Disney’s government relations and public policy.
But on Friday, Morrell released a statement telling the company that he was stepping away, saying, “After three months in this new role, it has become clear to me that for a number of reasons it is not the right fit,” according to the Hollywood Reporter.
CNN political commentator Van Jones was very blunt Friday, asserting that the day-to-day lives of black Americans have worsened under the lack of leadership by President Joe Biden and claimed that Democrats have “overpromised, underdelivered so far.”
Van Jones appeared on CNN’s “New Day” with co-host John Berman. He tore into Biden and fellow Democrats over cratering poll numbers, especially among black voters. A Gallup poll this month showed Biden’s approval rating among black Americans optimistically standing at 67 percent. The kicker is that number has dropped a shocking 20 percent since he took office.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) revealed in testimony during the Johnny Depp and Amber Heard $100 million defamation trial that it had ghost-written the Washington Post op-ed allegedly accusing Depp of domestic abuse, reportedly timing it for the release of “Aquaman” in which she played a role.
The ACLU also stated that Heard had only donated $1.3 million to their coffers after promising in 2016 to fork over $3.5 million from her divorce settlement with Depp, stating that the actress was having financial difficulties.

A Bronx man has been freed on a misdemeanor charge despite allegedly being filmed beating a 53 year-old man while wearing knuckle-dusters after his friend's poor driving saw them crash their Lexus into the victim's car. Miquiel Guerrero, 23, was arrested on March 30 after he and five others surrounded the unidentified victim, 53, and his car after they crashed into each other on Exterior Street in the Grand Concourse neighborhood.
