A Bronx man has been freed on a misdemeanor charge despite allegedly being filmed beating a 53 year-old man while wearing knuckle-dusters after his friend's poor driving saw them crash their Lexus into the victim's car. Miquiel Guerrero, 23, was arrested on March 30 after he and five others surrounded the unidentified victim, 53, and his car after they crashed into each other on Exterior Street in the Grand Concourse neighborhood. A man cops say is Guerrero was then filmed brutally-attacking his victim while wearing knuckle-dusters while his posse jumped on the man's car and stole it. The van driver made no attempt to fight back.

Commit several violent felonies and the judge cuts you loose on a misdemeanor charge. That's what makes NYC the greatest city on earth.

Mayor Adams makes it sound like New York s crime problem is caused by police officers talking on their cell phones; when the real problem is criminals running free on the streets to do whatever they wish only to be set free by liberal DAs and judges.

Would the judges change the way they treat these crimes? Yes/No? I guess there is only ONE way to find that out. Hopefully it will happen sometime soon...summers coming, Could be a loooong Hot One.

The abandonment of law and order by leftist democrats boggles the mind of anyone who understands the concept of actions have consequences. That is an elementary fact of life along with another truth, if you ignore this basic tenet you will get more of it. I look at NYC and other democrat cities and wonder why anyone would live there and be subjected to fear every time you left your residence. You are not even safe in your car. Why do people put up with this violence? Anytime you vote for a democrat you are asking for chaos and violence. No sane person would ever want to reside in these democrat strongholds. I cannot understand why New Yorkers keep voting for this violence. It is self-defeating. One thing this administration has taught us is that they do not care about law and order and are knowingly freeing a criminal class to wreak havoc. If NYC and other democrat run cities fail to stop criminals from running wild, they will collapse in total chaos. When that happens the violence will spread elsewhere. The thugs will quickly find out that red states and cities will not stand for their criminal rampages. People will protect themselves and will support the police.

So, what is with the people who live in NY? They seem complacent, and do absolutely nothing to change what has happened in their City. One would think the School Gym would be a great meeting place to gather as many men as would fit in there, then march on the Mayor, Governor or DA who continues to allow these Terrorists to ruin their lifestyle. Now you can't even drive down the Street without getting Carjacked by a half dozen Thugs. And yet, NOTHING from the people! Pitchforks and worse would be too good for those in power to be facing. Once victims and their kinfolk start responding appropriately by killing the lawless thugs in numbers sufficient to neutralize the threat, those elected or appointed to maintain public safety and those who have bastardized the criminal justice system may once again be compelled to do their jobs or lose their jobs. Either way, the criminal element gets taken off our streets. The article states there were six attackers in solved in the criminal activity described in the article. Deadly force was justified against all six attackers and had they been left dead in the streets of NYC, a meaningful message would have been sent and received.

A story I would like to hear. Well, he was just walking down the street when a non-descript black van with no tag pulled up beside him. Two men dressed in black wearing balaclavas got out and pushed him into the van. The door slammed shut and the van roared off. No one has heard from him since. And that was back in 2022.
