Conservatives have every reason to feel confident these days.
Elon Musk is buying Twitter and intends to restore free speech to the social media platform. States nationwide are following Florida’s lead to protect parental rights in education. Hillary Clinton’s former campaign lawyer will soon be facing trial for lying to the FBI. Polls show Republicans are likely to make historic gains in the upcoming midterms and possibly retake both the House and Senate. And, maybe most importantly, the Supreme Court is on the verge of overturning Roe v. Wade.

If you’ve never been to Goochland, Virginia, you’re missing out.
In Goochland, there is a large residential facility with free medical care, free college courses, and wellness programs for visitors, including “thinking for a change.”
You might just win a free trip if you follow through on the threat to “protest at Supreme Court Justice’s homes.” The Virginia Correctional Facility for Woman in Goochland awaits anyone who acts out their rage and shows up out of control at a Supreme Court Justice’s residence in response to the unethical and unprecedented leak of a draft opinion in the Dobbs abortion case.
The people of Virginia have decided that it is a crime to protest

Did you know that in some states, if you miss one tax payment, local politicians will take your home, sell it and keep all the profits?
Really.
Tawanda Hall was behind on her taxes. She was on a payment plan but had missed $900. She didn’t expect Southfield, Michigan, to take her entire house because of that. It was worth $286,000 more than what she owed.
“I’m still in shock,” says Tawanda Hall in my new video. “They took my whole house, my whole family’s livelihood.”
John Bursch, a lawyer for the county, says while this practice may sound unfair (yes, it sure does), “It’s also unfair to force those who pay their taxes

Setting the stage for the DHS announcement of the Biden Administration’s Disinformation Governance Board recently, at a Stanford University Cyber Policy Center symposium entitled, “Challenges to Democracy in the Digital Information Realm,” deceptive mind-control specialist Barack Obama emerged from behind his Joe Biden mask to deliver the keynote speech.
According to the anonymous author of the 2009 Department of Homeland Security treatise on “right-wing extremism,” government needs to help companies better “…recognize the often-dangerous relationship between social media, nationalism [and] domestic hate groups” like pro-lifers, ex-military, Second Amendment supporters, Christians, and America-First patriots.

If Roe v. Wade can be said to be religious at all, the god it serves is Moloch, the Canaanite deity who demands human sacrifice. But Old Joe Biden, devout and knowledgeable Catholic that he is, would beg to differ. As it turns out, at least in Joe’s addled mind, Roe v. Wade is a profoundly religious document, encapsulating the wisdom of all the world’s great religious traditions. Oh, you didn’t know that? Neither did anyone else.
Biden tried to strike the tone of the careful, cautious moderate, saying: “The idea that we’re gonna make a judgment that is going to say that no one can make

A public meeting in Kenosha, Wis., descended into chaos Monday night as one resident accused the parks commission of quietly trying to approve a proposal to memorialize one of the two men killed by Kyle Rittenhouse in 2020.
The commission ultimately tabled the proposal after multiple residents showed opposing the placement of a memorial tree and plaque commemorating Anthony Huber at Anderson Park.
Huber was captured on video chasing Rittenhouse and attempting to hit him with a skateboard before Rittenhouse fatally shot him in the chest during protests on Aug. 25, 2020.
The proposal was requested earlier this month by Huber’s girlfriend Hannah Gittings

Old Joe Biden’s ominous Disinformation Governance Board has just been announced, and it’s already expanding the scope of its responsibilities. Of course, that’s what government agencies do. They’re always looking to justify and increase their budgets, and so they’re always looking for new things to involve themselves in. But in this case, the expansion makes the agency in question even more dangerous to the American people than it was already.
When Politico revealed the existence of the Board in an offhanded statement buried 60 paragraphs down in its Wednesday “Politico Playbook,” it said that the Department of Homeland Security was “standing up a new Disinformation Governance Board to coordinate countering misinformation

The Biden administration is abandoning all semblance of Constitutional government by forming a “Disinformation Board” within the Department of Homeland Security to target the Democratic Party’s critics.
The provocative move — carried out in the aftermath of Elon Musk’s stunning purchase of Big Tech platform Twitter — appears to be a desperate attempt to rein in growing discontent at the Biden administration online.
The political intentions behind the maneuver are revealed by the DHS official that has been tapped to lead the administration’s version of the ‘Ministry of Truth.’

One of the downsides to censorship — even the well meaning kind — is it throttles the ‘reality signal’. The world, as experienced directly, expresses itself in a bewildering fashion, containing both signal and noise and often incomplete information about what we are trying to observe. The viewer is frequently unsure what he witnessing and puts forward a series of hypotheses to explain and predict what transpires. And often he is wrong.
Doubtless it would be more convenient for some if reality could be filtered before it was perceived. That way the recipients of the signal would never be confused. Everyone would get the same official message.

Wisconsin 10-year-old Lily Peters was sexually assaulted after her strangling death at the hands of a boy four years her senior earlier this week, prosecutors revealed in a harrowing bond hearing Wednesday afternoon.
Judge Benjamin Lane agreed to prosecutors' request to set bond at $1 million and ordered the defendant to avoid contact with minors, except his siblings, so long as such contact is supervised.
Prosecutors identified the suspect through his initials and only as a 14-year-old boy and alleged that the eighth-grader admitted to physically assaulting the child before strangling her to death and then sexually assaulting her.

A former FBI special agent and federal prosecutor believes that special counsel John Durham “may have sufficient grounds to seek charges against multiple parties for conspiracy to lie to the government,” according to a report from The Epoch Times.
The question is, though, whether or not he will.
The evidence is overwhelming, and Durham has already accused the Hillary Clinton campaign, her lawyers, and others hired by the campaign of conspiring to dig up dirt on Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.
Technically, there’s nothing illegal about that. There is one small legal issue, though: as The Epoch Times reports, Durham has outlined evidence that indicates the “joint venture” between the

With inflation the worst it’s been in 40 years, can a significant recession be far behind?
Deutsche Bank certainly thinks a major recession is in the offing. At the beginning of April, the multinational investment and financial services bank originally forecast a mild U.S. inflation. But on Tuesday, its team of economists wrote in a report to clients, which was titled “Why the coming recession will be worse than expected,” “We will get a major recession.” At issue is the rampant (and completely predictable) inflation caused by Big Left’s disastrous COVID-19 response. Shut down businesses and industries? You disrupt the supply chain and create shortages.
