Elon isn’t just buying Twitter. He’s exposing corruption that goes all the way to the top. There aren’t a lot of new insights I come across where I sit dumbfounded, but this was one of them. A huge kudos to Sundance over at Conservative Treehouse for shedding some light on the mostly-unknown world of Big Tech.

Google, Facebook, Twitter all initially supported by government funding. They have a window into your life worldwide. They SPY on you and have a database on all of the users. They know if you are anti government or anti democrat. Obama invited all of them to meet him in his first term. I’m sure that’s when the weaponization occurred. They are bad for all.

FTA: “If my hunch is correct, Elon Musk is poised to expose the well-kept secret that most social media platforms are operating on U.S. government tech infrastructure and indirect subsidy. Let that sink in.” My experience with anything the government produces is that the quality is substandard and so is the work product. This is a real puzzle.

So the Fed is spying on us through the social media platforms. Both Dems and Repubs know this, but are silent, and complicit. They know I have contempt for them all. And it's recorded for posterity and regurgitation by anyone in the Fed. Musk did us a favor and allowed us to look behind the curtains. It's Black Mirror time in America. Will implementation of the Chicom social point system be next?

Two new polls, from left-leaning outlets CNBC and Quinnipiac, show more devastating – albeit unsurprising – news for the Brandon administration. Evaluating Biden on issues ranging from the economic situation, Russian-Ukrainian conflict, and overall sentiment for the president as a whole, polled voters emphatically reject the leftist policies being spewed from America-hating pols.

Just weeks before the 2020 election, the FBI announced that it had thwarted an attempt by rightwing terrorists to kidnap Gretchen Whitmer, the governor of Michigan. At the time, Whitmer was taking intense criticism for her draconian handling of the COVID pandemic. The FBI arrested Daniel Harris, Brandon Caserta, Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Kaleb Franks, and Ty Garbin. The case was a propaganda bonanza for the left in general, and Whitmer in particular – who blamed the inflammatory language of Donald Trump for inspiring the would-be kidnappers.

Financial markets are averse to threats of chaos and death. These conditions tend to interfere with formal promises between parties to service loans, which is the basis of finance. Time, they say, is nature’s way of making sure that everything doesn’t happen at once. If that’s so, then maybe time has stopped because all of a sudden everything seems to be happening at once. Three things, actually: 1) a Russian military operation in Ukraine that a lot of people in America want to turn into World War Three; 2) an epic crack-up of the world financial system; and 3)

"I’ve read most of everything he’s written," President Biden said of Russian President Vladimir Putin last month. "He has much larger ambitions in Ukraine. He wants to, in fact, reestablish the former Soviet Union. That’s what this is about." Many experts believe that Biden is right. In an often cited and perhaps highly revealing comment years ago, Putin said that he believed the fall of the Soviet Union was the greatest geopolitical tragedy of the 20th century. Putin currently has his hands full with a stronger-than-expected resistance to his war on Ukraine – including at home – though his massive military is expected to eventually prevail.

The New York Times published an op-ed Friday that proposes eliminating belief in God — as one of the holiest weekends of the year begins. Titled “In This Time of War, I Propose We Give Up God,” the article claims that God is responsible for “war and violence” and for “oppression and suffering,” and suggests that people stop teaching children about Him. Author Shalom Auslander, who is disillusioned about his upbringing in a religious Jewish community in New York, argues (original emphasis): God, it seems, paints with a wide brush. He paints with a roller. In Egypt, said our rabbi, he even killed first-born cattle.

That magnificent work blew the top off of racial debates in America by its in-depth analysis of racial cognitive ability (IQ) differences and socio-economic mobility of Americans and factors that are associated with success in life.

Except when it is. But that’s another story. Last Thursday, Joe Biden spoke to students and faculty at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro. It was boilerplate political stuff — blaming the supply chain problems on COVID-19, increased fuel prices on the Russians, and inflation wasn’t his fault. At the end of the speech, Biden’s eyes became a little glassy and he turned around slowly and extended his hand. Except there was no one there.
