Jen Psaki can’t resign fast enough. Not that the mainstream media ever really holds her to account for her arrogance, condescension, sarcasm, or out-of-touch responses to the average American’s pain. Hey, at least she fully channels her boss. A few fumbles would be understandable; White House press secretary is a notoriously tough job with a high level of burnout. But Psaki (snip) seems to never have encountered people living paycheck to paycheck, or worried about how they’ll feed, clothe or educate their kids — amid a global pandemic, no less.If anything, her statements seem aimed at one cohort alone: high-earning, highly educated liberals and progressives just like her,

The U.S. Supreme Court on Thursday allowed Equitrans Midstream Corp. to resume the building of the Mountain Valley Pipeline, granting what some described as a win for Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W. Va.) by lifting a lower-court order that blocked work on the project.
In a brief order (pdf), the high court suggested that it would possibly consider lawsuits issued by environmental groups. "Although the Court does not reach applicant’s suggestion that it treat the application as a petition for a writ of mandamus at this time, that determination is without prejudice to further consideration in light of subsequent developments," it said.

The corrupt U.S. attorney’s office organized, coordinated and colluded with the Hunter Biden team to structure a deal that would provide cover for Hunter Biden for any further crimes. This is corrupt as hell. The judge sniffed this motive and asked the DOJ directly. The DOJ could not make that admission for obvious reasons and denied this intent.

At the core, we see U.S. District Court Judge Maryellen Noreika noting the terms of the current DOJ plea deal appeared structured to provide immunity to Hunter Biden for any future crimes identified in the ongoing investigation on other matters; so; Noreika asked the DOJ directly. In essence, Judge Noreika called out the DOJ and directly asked them if this is their intent.

Later on Thursday morning Senator John Thune joined Stuart Varney and also pushed back against impeachment. Senator Thune and Senator Paul need to see more evidence before they support impeaching Joe Biden. They are upstanding citizens.
