President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, could be jailed if he consumes any drugs or alcohol, according to the conditions of his release signed by U.S. District Judge Maryellen Noreika.
Biden appeared in federal court in Delaware on Wednesday, where he was expected to enter a guilty plea as part of a deal negotiated between his lawyers and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) arising out of charges of illegally possessing a handgun and failing to pay two years’ worth of federal taxes.However, the plea deal fell apart after Judge Noreika questioned whether the deal covered future charges from the DOJ’s ongoing investigation into the first son.

Ha! Chances of that are as remote as Biden's '81 million votes' being genuine.

Unleash the hounds! Sonny Boy won't be able to go out for a burger without a citizen brigade monitoring him. How will the darlings in the lib media protect him? No sane person thinks for a minute that he can stay clean.

COULD! Don’t get your hopes up. That’s a pretty big word in the political world.

He'll no doubt be able to get a prescription for Xanaxor something from "Dr "Jill Biden and get around all these pesky rules.

The judge was heard to say “I’ll take whose cocaine was the the White House for $1,000 Alex…”
One would think that he should be tested for pot, since his lawyer, who he visited, was doing a bong in plain sight. She could have asked that lawyer, who was with Hunter yesterday, what he was thinking by doing that and sworn him in and asked if Hunter was hitting it too. Simple questions.

He might be smart enough not to bring any more coke into the White House - or at least find a better hiding place. I know, buy a hollow collar for Commander and put it there. Nobody will go near him.

Hunter will never have to take a drug test, so he'll never go to jail. You can't find something if you don't look for it.

Every criminal plea/diversion has these type of provisions so I don't see how this is news. I have four simple questions:
(1) Is Hunter Biden actually the devil ?;
(2) Is this case the crime of the century ?;
(3) Will the prosecutor take the death penalty off the table ?; and
(4) Will this case be the most important issue in the 2026 midterms and the 2028 and 2032 presidential contests.
I think Hunter Biden is a swell guy. I would like to see him run for office someday, possibly for president.

Yeah, sure. And all the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders are coming over to my house where I will by my lonesome chaperone their overnight sleepover.

They should test him right now. Obviously he was bonging with his Sugar Daddy last weekend in LA.

#15, I had to tell Morgan Fairchild she just wasn't my type. But we had such wonderful times in Paris and Prague.

#!7 ... Yeah, that's what Morgan told me when we hooked up after your trip to Paris. Problem with my scenario is that I'd be like the dog that chased cars. The one day when he finally caught one, he realized he had no idea what to do with it (although one of my friends said he, as the dog, would jump in the front seat, stick his head out the window, and enjoy the ride).

Hunter is stressed out, and daddy won't be around much longer. Matter of time.
