San Francisco recalls 3 school board members:
'a clear message'

San Francisco residents overwhelmingly approved of a vote Tuesday to recall three of the city’s school board members, election officials said. Critics, including San Francisco Mayor London Breed, argued the members — school board President Gabriela López, Vice President Faauuga Moliga and Commissioner Alison Collins — pushed progressive politics rather than act in the best interest of children during the pandemic, and voters agreed, according to the San Francisco Department of Elections. "The voters of this city have delivered a clear message that the school board must focus on the essentials of delivering a well-run school system above all else," Breed said in a statement after the vote.

Comments:

When you're too woke for San Francisco, you know you have a problem.

The only problem is that the progressive Mayor of San Francisco gets to select the replacement school board members who will take the places of the three school board members who were voted out! That will probably work about as efficiently as moving the deck chairs around on the Titanic!

How the Corrupt Power Of Fauci And Federal

Blame Congress for letting the federal health agencies harm the lives of millions of Americans in this pandemic. Sure, people despair about the incredible amount of influence over Congress by corporate, narrow, and biased interests. But the bigger problem has been the uncontrolled power of Fauci and federal health agencies. Congress had lost its power to offer needed alternatives to actions by Executive agencies, namely CDC, NIH and FDA. There is an important opportunity: refund the Congressional Office of Technology Assessment, closed since 1995. It may be the only way to curb the powers of federal health agencies

I can usually never do Peterson justice; he’s just a uniquely gifted thinker and orator. As always, he captures what so many people feel innately but often can’t communicate.

There has been a full-on media blackout of the new study outlining the ineffectiveness of lockdowns to prevent COVID deaths. According to a Johns Hopkins University meta-analysis of several studies, lockdowns during the first COVID wave in the spring of 2020 only reduced COVID mortality by .2% in the U.S. and Europe. "While this meta-analysis concludes that lockdowns have had little to no public health effects, they have imposed enormous economic and social costs where they have been adopted," the researchers wrote. "In consequence, lockdown policies are ill-founded and should be rejected as a pandemic policy instrument."

The chaplain, who spoke with Fox News Digital on the condition of anonymity, said he faces possible dismissal from the Navy after nearly two decades of service due to his refusal to get a vaccine. He would miss out on crucial retirement pay and benefits if he's dismissed before hitting the 20-year mark.

President Biden said Monday that his administration is committed to improving the border crisis by trying to "figure out" why migrants are leaving their home countries for the U.S. in the first place. "We’re working a lot with neighboring countries. A lot to do," Biden said during a meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris and the National Governors Association (NGA) at the White House. "I think one of the fundamental things we've got to do in addition to some of the changes we'll make, which we won’t get into it today, is that if we figure out why they're leaving in the first place," the president continued.

PF: The left’s storyline on Trump and Russia never held water, which is why so many of us were frustrated by the whole affair. Biden served on the New Castle County Council in Deleware for two years in the early 1970s. In the U.S. alone, the number of people who have died with COVID-19 exceeded 900,000 this month and the number is increasing all the time. Around the world, the death toll is over 5.8 million according to the World Health Organization (WHO), though some estimates of excess mortality—a measure comparing all deaths recorded with those expected to occur—have put that figure close to 20 million. What this means is that burial facilities have faced unprecedented pressure as they attempt to allocate space and resources to store the bodies
