Chesa Boudin is starting to sweat

With a voter recall four months away, things aren't going too well for San Francisco's far-left District Attorney Chesa Boudin, whose office appears to now be a dumpster fire of controversies. Thursday the news got out through court transcripts that a shouting match broke out in a courthouse, between Chesa's staff and the lawyers of a witness, Magen Hayashi, who testified that Chesa's D.A. office told her to withhold critical evidence that could exculpated an officer in a police brutality case. The D.A.'s investigation of the matter neglected to mention that the cop in question was answering a domestic violence call

Prosecutors who commit fraud should be liable not for hand slaps but for the same punishment that the defendant faces - all the way up to prison and possibly even the death penalty. The only environ they would be able to practice law would be from behind bars for the rest of their days.

Chesa Boudin's first real job is the one he's in now. He floated through life before that on leftists' admiration of his adoptive parents (Bernadine Dohrn and Bill Ayers of Weather Underground fame), pontificating and posturing with no consequences. Now that he has a job in the real world, he's drowning in the consequences of his ineptitude.

What do you expect from someone who was raised by two accused domestic terrorists, William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn while his biological parents were in prison for bombing buildings and murdering cops.

I grew up in Baltimore City, another city by the bay. There are a lot of similarities with both of them. The last Republican on the Baltimore City Council was back in 1943 I believe. We did have a Republican mayor in the 60's after Pelosi's father and brother started the destruction of the city. Anything a Pelosi (nee Delasandro) touches turns to s#$t. To solve any problem with a crime ridden city, you need the cooperation of the Mayor, Chief of Police, and the State's Attorney. In Baltimore, we have a corrupt Mayor and State's Attorney. Sound familiar SF? All 3 players in the crime game must be on the same page. If not, this is what you get.

Don't blame Chesa the little commie punk, he is just doing what he was elected to do. Blame the suicidal voters of San Francisco. They deserve all the crime and decay that is happening to them right now, good and hard. They will recall Soros's butt boy Chesa and then turn around and just elect another radical commie death democrat in his place. Just like NYC did with the new mayor, Adams, that the voters elected to replace DiBlasio. Blame the voters and they deserve all the self inflicted misery that is occuring..

Actually #13 even the progressives have had enough of what is going on in San Francisco and are blaming many of the problems on Chesa Boudin. I don't live in San Francisco but we own property in the city and live in the suburbs. Things have been going south for SF for several years but it has never been worse since the 'soft on criminals and let's blame the cops for everything' attitude gained steam. I don't understand why this recall election is not happening until June. There is an election to recall members of the Board of Supervisors this month, Boudin should have been on that ballot. One of the big problems in SF is extremely low voter turnout. For some reason conservatives in Calif think there vote will never count, so they don't bother to vote. If all the conservatives voted maybe we would see some changes. One thing that worries me about the Boudin recall, he is getting big bucks from wealthy people throughout the country.

Being told to withhold exculpatory evidence should be considered a big deal, even in SF. It calls into question how many others have had evidence buried, or just not turned over?

I have never figured out how anyone comes up with blaming an entire state or city for voting in a progressive when it only takes the largest number of votes to elect them. Not even a 51% majority. Just the largest number of votes.

After Joe Biden, Tony Blinken and other Biden administration officials blithely assured that the number of Americans left behind in Afghanistan after the chaotic U.S. pullout was miniscule, just a minor rounding error, Congress has come up with a more accurate figure. According to the Daily Caller: As many as 9,000 American citizens were left in Afghanistan when the U.S. military withdrew from the country Aug. 31, according to a report released Thursday by the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. In public statements, Biden administration officials, including Secretary of State Antony Blinken, claimed that only 100-150 Americans remained in Afghanistan and had contacted the U.S. government with a desire to leave.

It's not huge news that the Biden administration was a colossal failure on Afghanistan, or that Joe Biden still thinks there's nothing to apologize for. What's news now is the colossal incompetence that went on inside that administration as Afghanistan was collapsing, according to a leaked memo that Axios got hold of: Leaked notes from a White House Situation Room meeting the day before Kabul fell shed new light on just how unprepared the Biden administration was to evacuate Afghan nationals who'd helped the United States in its 20-year war against the Taliban. Why it matters: Hours before the Taliban seized control of Afghanistan's capital on Aug. 15, 2021,

Biden's turned the immigration enforcement agencies into a concierge, valet and taxi service for illegals. Kamala, meanwhile,

Jan. 26 -- Smoking marijuana impacts adults' ability to drive safely, yet most who use the drug believe otherwise, a study published Wednesday by JAMA Psychiatry found. Adults in the study performed "significantly" less well on tests designed to assess their driving abilities, including reaction times 30 minutes and 90 minutes after smoking marijuana, the data showed. They also had "borderline" declines in driving performance 3 1/2 hours after using the drug. By 4 1/2 hours after use, driving performance returned to normal levels, the researchers said.

Jeffries is fifth-most powerful Democrat in the House, and considered the heir apparent to jurassic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. He's a power. His self-revision in that video, that he was talking about 'Cesar' Chavez is total nonsense. Cesar Chavez was a famous labor organizer who had little to do with voting rights. The strain damages the immune system and weakens a person's ability to fight everyday infections and disease faster than previous versions of the virus. It means those who catch this strain could develop AIDS more quickly. The VB variant also has a viral load between 3.5 and 5.5 times higher than the current strain, meaning infected people are more likely to transmit the virus
