Mitch McConnell goes against Trump and
says January 6 defendants should NOT have
their sentences shortened after ex-president
dangled pardons

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell countered former President Donald Trump on Tuesday saying those charged with crimes for the January 6 Capitol attack shouldn't have their sentences shortened. 'What we saw here on January the 6th was an effort to prevent the peaceful transfer of power from one administration to the other, which had never happened before in our country,' McConnell said at a press conference with GOP leaders. 'My view is I would not be in favor of shortening any of the sentences for any of the people who pleaded guilty to crimes.'

It won't be up to him. And it was a pretty feeble attempt to prevent the transfer of power if that's what it was.

Said it here a thousand times……..the Republican Party is not for MAGA. The Republican Party is the enemy of MAGA. Fox News conservatives and second generation republicans just can’t accept this fact and keep supporting a Gutless Old and Pathetic party simply because they aren’t the liberal Democrats. An enemy is a an enemy. I’m a MAGA patriot who stands for freedom and the uS Constitution as written. The RNC is my enemy. That’s the way Mitch, Lyndsey, Susan, Liz, Mittens, the one eyed hack and all the rest view me. Why on earth would I Suport people? The bigger question is why do you? Someday a third party will develop. Either from the ashes or from the flames. We could have done it right after we won in 2016 and again when we were cheated in 2020. Remember Fox calling the election early and the RNC sitting on their hands while the Democrats changed the rules and rigged an election?????? I sure do and I’ll never forget. Wake up “republicans”. It’s time to get off the plantation.

"Should not have their sentence shortened?" These people have already been incarcerated for over a year without trial or an opportunity for bail. And Mitch didn't emit a peep when the violent 2017 Trump inauguration rioters were not only not punished but given compensation for the few hours they spent in detention following their arrest. If the Constitution was in effect, all the January 6th demonstrators would be considered innocent until proven guilty. With all the video recordings, there should be plenty of evidence to prove who was committing acts of vandalism or violence. And, just a thought, if acts of vandalism or violence constitute insurrection, why have BLM's and Antifa's months of acts of vandalism or violence been ignored?

They're constitutional right to a speedy trial has been canceled. It's quite likely that some of those people have been in prison significantly longer than they can be sentenced if their cases actually come to trial someday. What then? What does Mitch Mc. know about these "prisoners"? They have not received a trial. They are guilty til proven innocent. They rot in hell. And this monkey McC and Lindsey GrayHam want the "book" thrown at these people. I never thought I would see such lawlessness in our country. Know of a case in my town where a man, no trial, no appropriate hearing has been in jail for about four years. The family does not know what the law is doing to him. Same goes for these "prisoners" in DC. A while back a woman who had been jailed was given a choice. Either denounce Trump or stay in jail. She had to read a prepared statement to a judge saying she had to drop her allegiance to Trump or stay in jail. I think some of those "prisoners" have been given the same choice but remain in prison. I can't understand why the pubbies have been so dang silent. So, in conclusion, Graham and McCrackpot need to get out of the way. Now.

For two years, we have endured what the media has described as efforts to defund, reform or otherwise neuter the police, executed initially by rioters and riff-raff in the streets and later by local prosecutors funded by people (George Soros) who are actively hostile to the United States. But that anti-policing frame of reference is not quite right. Most of those engaged on these issues from the left are not primarily anti-police.They are pro-criminal.“Prosecutors” who are the tip of the spear of this pro-criminal movement include district attorneys in San Francisco (Chesa Boudin, the son of not one but two cop killers), New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia and Boston.

Whoopi Goldberg is “livid” after she was suspended from “The View” over her claim that the Holocaust was “not about race” — and is telling co-workers she is going to quit the show, according to a source. Goldberg, 66, feels “humiliated” at being disciplined by ABC execs after she followed their advice to apologize for the ill-conceived comments, a well-placed insider told The Post. “She feels ABC executives mishandled this. She followed their playbook. She went on ‘The Late Show With Steven Colbert’ and then apologized again on ‘The View’ the next day,” a source said.

What a dope. George Bush spits on Trump voters and donates to Liz Cheney and Lisa Murkowski. He might as well join the Marxist left at this point. The Daily Mail reported: Former President George W. Bush is jumping into 2022’s heated Republican primary races, documents revealed on Monday, opening his pocketbook to two GOP lawmakers caught in his Republican successor Donald Trump’s crosshairs. Campaign finance disclosures show Bush donated to the re-election campaigns of Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney, the daughter of his former Vice President Dick Cheney, and Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski.

Actress Susan Sarandon has drawn criticism for a Tuesday night tweet that appeared to compare the funerals of two fallen New York City police officers to a display of fascism. Sarandon posted an image of a tweet reading, “I’m gonna tell my kids this is what fascism looks like,” captioning an image of the funeral procession of Jason Rivera, a 22-year-old New York City police officer, who was shot dead while responding to a domestic violence call in Harlem. (Snip) Sarandon added, “So, if all these cops weren’t needed for CRIME that day, doesn’t that mean they aren’t needed ANY day?”

Generally speaking, I am not a fan of polls. For one, I’ve never been polled by anyone. For another, the number of people being polled often strikes me as too small a sample from which to draw broad conclusions. Also, those samples more often than not tend to oversample one group, Democrats, let’s say, over another group, which again leads to questions of accuracy. Bottom line, I don’t trust ‘em and tend to ignore them in preference to the only poll that actually counts, the election itself. I’ve often asked myself, what would I do if I were to be contacted to participate in a poll.

Russian forces are poised to invade Ukraine unless the United States and NATO cave to Vladimir Putin's demands. The Biden administration and the Western military alliance have no plans to mount a meaningful response to Russia's unprovoked aggression, but they have gone to great lengths to ensure their symbolic expression of outrage will be as "gender inclusive" as possible. The NATO Gender-Inclusive Language Manual, published in April 2020, offers crucial guidance for Western military officials regarding the use of

President Joe Biden has offered Russian President Vladimir Putin access to NATO bases so that Moscow can verify the US does not have Tomahawk cruise missiles in Romania or Poland in a bid to avoid war in Ukraine. Sources close to Biden told Bloomberg on Tuesday the proposal would only come to fruition upon agreement with American allies, especially Poland and Romania. Russia would also need to share similar information about a number of bases housing ground-launched weapons. Biden's proposal reportedly aims to diminish the Kremlin's fears that the US could use the missiles to target Russia. News of the proposal comes as US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin is set

FBI Director Christopher Wray said Tuesday on NBC’s “Nightly News” that when he learned how widespread Chinese spying in the U.S. was, it blew him away. Reporter Pete Williams said, “Christopher Wray said when he became FBI director, the sheer amount of Chinese spying to steal American technology was a huge surprise.” Wray said, “This one blew me away. And I’m not the kind of guy that uses words like ‘blown away’ easily. We are opening a new China-related counterintelligence investigation about every 12 hours. We probably have over 2,000 of those investigations.” He continued, “There is no country that presents a broader, more severe threat

Special Counsel John Durham is not yet finished with his investigation into the Obamagate scandal, and a new report says his efforts have expanded. According to recent court filings, Durham has gained access to a significant amount of FBI internal affairs files in his effort to uncover the Obama administration’s maneuvers to promote bogus allegations against Donald Trump during the 2016 presidential election. Team Obama’s disingenuous investigation of the anti-Trump allegations, called Crossfire Hurricane, relied on the discredited Christopher Steele dossier, which was paid for by party activists.
