A federal judge has ordered former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to submit to a deposition by lawyers for the conservative group Judicial Watch over her fateful decision to use of a private email server. Judge Royce Lamberth issued the order in response to litigation by the group that has dragged on for more than five years and seeks the public release of information from Clinton's tenure at the State Department. 'Any further discovery should focus on whether she used a private server to evade FOIA and, as a corollary to that, what she understood about State's records management obligations,' the judge wrote about the federal open records law.

Judicial Watch is truly amazing.

The State Department and The Justice Department had about a dozen lawyers in court fighting to stop this. The judge gave Judicial Watch 75 days to bring additional evidence to court.

I don't believe Hillary ever read her own e-mails, and likely never answered most of them either. I doubt she knows how to set up a file system, etc... Thus, someone without her clearance level ended up with clearance on items they should not have had any access to. She only knows what people have told her to say, or what something is about (a synopsis or executive summary), relied on Huma and Cheryl Mills to run things for her. Again, most likely without the proper clearance.

I think William Barr would like to restore trust in the Justice Department and putting Hillary Clinton in prison where she belongs would be a start. If she doesn't go to jail (and we all know she won't) no one will ever trust the justice department again.

But family members have long benefited from the Democratic front-runners’ political careers. Donald Trump has set a new bar for presidential self-dealing. But two of the Democratic front-runners have their own, lower-level history of mixing family and politics. Since the 1970s, Senator Bernie Sanders, who has spent his entire career railing against the political establishment, and Joe Biden, who likes to point out that he was for years the poorest member of the Senate, have repeatedly directed campaign dollars to close relatives.
