Unaccountable: Joe Biden’s First Year
Marked by Fleeing News Conferences, Interviews

Original Article

President Joe Biden will mark the end of his first 12 months in office with the singular record of holding fewer news conferences than any of his five immediate predecessors at the equivalent point in their tenure. The lack of public scrutiny is reflected in abysmal personal approval ratings that have sunk to levels never before seen by other recent Oval Office inhabitants, as Breitbart News reported. According to figures compiled by the Associated Press (AP), Biden has done just 22 media interviews, fewer than any of his six most recent White House predecessors at the same mark in their respective presidencies.

Why do the media keep commenting on this like they are puzzled? It’s obvious they have to limit his exposure to the public and for obvious reasons. Just say so.

And the news conference he supposedly has had barely qualify. Answering 5 or 6 questions then running for the exit is not presidential. I recall how Reagan held prime-time 90-minute events and had to endure (the late) Helen Thomas hurling invectives the whole time.

Over and over Biden turns his back and slowly walks away — without answering questions — except from pre-selected media persons. Deplorables all over the world wish to question him in depth — about Afghanistan and the border and the 2020 election and etc., etc., etc. He owes the nation.

I have decided that the currently sitting ''U. S. Resident'' is doing us a huge favor by NOT staying for the vapid questions from the press at these Show and Tell pony shows. There is no point in comparing this empty suit to any of the other full or empty suits who have held the office. What you see is what you get; a doddering old fool past his prime and inept at any task you can name. They will just attempt to keep his batteries fresh for the next horrible months of .... you name it.

Quid Pro Joe reminds me of a character in a 50s tv show The Many Loves of Dobie Gillis. Maynard G. Krebs. At the mention of the word "work" Maynard would freak out. The Delaware Dummy reacts the same way to the word "question." Tuesday Jan 11 The Creep and The Veep are going to Georgia to capaign for the right to steal elections. If I cross paths with them I'm not going to yell at them. Just turn my back and run as fast as I can in the opposite direction.

And, #10, the actor who played Maynard G. Krebs also played the part of Gilligan. As for Dementia Jo at those purported news conferences, his exit always reminds me of the Liberty Mutual Emu, called Limu Emu, I believe. And I think of Adulterous Jill when I see the Limu Emu's wife, another Emu, wearing a blonde wig. The limu emu always slinks away from scenes, just as Dementia Jo does.

A befuddled old senile mindless coot holds a press conference. Why should he? The idiot buffoon has nothing important to say then Psaki can embellish it later to tell us what the scrambled words were all about. This is a pattern. FJB

A few years ago, the editor-in-chief of The Hollywood Reporter pitched a story to the newsroom. He had just come back from lunch with a well-known agent, who had suggested the paper take a look at the unintended consequences of Hollywood’s efforts to diversify. Those white men who had spent decades writing scripts—which had been turned into blockbuster movies and hit television shows—were no longer getting hired. The newsroom blew up. The reporters, especially the younger ones, mocked the idea that white men were on the outs. The editor-in-chief, normally self-assured, immediately backtracked. He looked rattled.

Georgia quarterback Stetson Bennett fired two touchdown passes in the fourth quarter to help lift the Bulldogs to their first national championship since 1980, beating Alabama 33-18. After a questionable fumble call that led to an Alabama score earlier in the period, Bennett would regroup and toss a 40-yard touchdown pass to wide receiver Adonai Mitchell to put the Bulldogs back up. Bennett would strike again later in the fourth with a 15-yard touchdown to Brock Bowers. With 3:33 left, Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback Bryce Young would get the ball back to try to force overtime. Young would throw a Pick Six to Kelee Ringo, which would seal the deal.

The New York State Republican Party, naturalized American citizens, and a Democrat city councilman have filed a lawsuit against New York City Mayor Eric Adams (D) over a new policy that gives voting rights to nearly a million foreign nationals. As Breitbart News has chronicled, Democrats on the 51-member New York City Council approved a plan last month that allows more than 800,000 foreign nationals with green cards, visas, and work permits the opportunity to vote in citywide elections so long as they have resided in the city for at least 30 consecutive days. The White House considers Georgia as “ground zero” for voter suppression laws. Somewhere along the way, Georgia Democrats didn’t receive the memo. They question why Biden and Kamala are traveling to their state tomorrow to echo the themes of Biden’s highly divisive January 6 speech and talk up his endorsement of a filibuster carveout in order to pass voting rights legislation in the Senate. This is a perfect example of the tone-deafness that plagues the Biden administration. Biden and Harris can’t even get on the same page as their own party activists. The push is on for passage in the Senate of the Freedom to Vote Act

How good of them to notice! Most people discounted CDC and FDA credibility after they admitted to “noble lies” such as that on masking, but recently the CDC have stepped up their game on obvious incompetence and politicization. The impression of desperate flailing had already been made on many Americans prior to this, but now media outlets like Axios have sat up and taken notice: While much of the unvaccinated population is unlikely to be persuaded by any messenger, large swaths of the public are still receptive to expert guidance, but federal health agencies, particularly the CDC, may be squandering their credibility with this population.

Old Joe Biden’s handlers are desperate to revive Barack Obama’s Iran nuclear deal, as Biden State Department wonk Ned Price has made clear: “We are prepared, as we have said, to lift sanctions that are inconsistent with the JCPOA,” that is, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, which is the official name of the agreement Donald Trump quite rightly called the worst in history. Meanwhile, as Biden’s handlers do everything they can to be conciliatory toward Iran, the Islamic regime in Tehran is more belligerent than ever. Ned Price and his colleagues would be wise to ponder whether there is a connection between those two stances, but they won’t.

New York — More than 800,000 noncitizens and “Dreamers” in New York City will have access to the ballot box — and could vote in municipal elections as early as next year — after Mayor Eric Adams allowed legislation to automatically become law Sunday. Opponents have vowed to challenge the new law, which the City Council approved a month ago. Unless a judge halts its implementation, New York City is the first major U.S. city to grant widespread municipal voting rights to noncitizens. More than a dozen communities across the U.S. already allow noncitizens to cast ballots in local elections, including 11 towns in Maryland and two in Vermont. CORRECTION*

Chalk this one up to the fact that people have lost their damn minds during the pandemic. Last night a story was reported on local news affiliates about a Houston teacher who put her teenage son in the trunk of her car and drove to a COVID-19 testing location. She did so because he tested positive for COVID-19. Adding another layer to this crazy story is the fact that the 13-year-old boy’s mother is a teacher. She’s on administrative leave now. And she has a warrant out for her arrest. Sarah Beam has been charged with endangering a child. Cy-Fair ISD Police Department said a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

To competently manage any situation, accurate information is a requirement. Americans require precise data about the COVID pandemic to analyze the performance of our leaders and assess personal risk. Unfortunately, it is becoming more apparent that the corporate media and public health officials have subjected us to inaccurate data and word games for the last two years. We all remember the CNN death ticker that ran until Joe Biden’s inauguration, and Americans are still subjected to regular hysteria about hospitalizations and cases. One new statistic from New York is just the tip of the iceberg on how the “experts” have manipulated some Americans into mass hysteria.

Joe Biden and the Democrats need to give up the ghost on Build Back Better already. But the Democrats just don’t seem to be able to quit it. I guess the bottom line is that they don’t have much to promote themselves for re-election with, as we go into the midterms. They don’t have much that they can pitch to their base that they’ve done that’s positive. Not that BBB would be positive, but the leftist base would like it. But if the last word from Sen. Most Americans today have a romanticized (and extraordinarily narrow) historical understanding of the conflict that we call the Civil War. In their imaginations, it goes something like this: With passions inflamed by a moral renaissance in the North regarding the institution of slavery in the South, the two sides decided to go to war over the issue. In the end, the evil South was righteously razed by the armies of the North, and thus, slavery was ended, and the former slaves made American citizens, as Abraham Lincoln intended.

The new treatment is based off protein-based technology that has been used in other vaccines for decades and it does not use MRNA. India has already authorized production of 100 million doses per month of the new vaccine. Meanwhile, Texas scientists say not-for-profit vaccines will help defeat COVID-19 quicker.
