Lia Thomas Is Guilty of Institutional
Cheating and Gender Eugenics

You were born a biological male. You have XY chromosomes that irrevocably designate your sex as male. You began to identify as either non-binary or female around two years ago. You are currently a member of the University of Pennsylvania’s women’s swim team where you recently were victorious against Cornell University women’s team. As a transwoman with the physical advantages of still being a biological male, you have broken several of the University of Pennsylvania’s women’s swim records. In your 1,650-meter freestyle win, you beat second-place finisher and teammate Anna Kalandadze by 38 seconds. Because of you, women such as Kalandadze who held records no longer hold them.

Comments:

NCAA says all a man has to do is take hormones for a year and they are magically women.

This is a scorcher of an open letter to smug Thomas, who should be kicked out of all competitive sports.

He's a mentally derange guy. That's a hard, immutible fact. No guy EVER became a woman. Never has happened, never will happen. Competing in sports is CHEATING.

Hill says that Thomas is free to live as a woman, if that is his choice, but he will never be one and he has no right to impose his wishes, desires, will on biological women. He accuses him of bullying the women he competes against. Of cheating them of what should rightfully be theres. Who can disagree with that? Hill takes no prisoners in this open letter. It is well worth a read.

Here is the paragraph that follows the fifth paragraph, in which Hill says Thomas should be free to live his life as a woman. Your freedom to cull such a life stops when you foist that identity as an unassailable truth onto others and force them to adopt it as a normative mandate. You and the cowardly NCAA are guilty of wholesale cheating on a massive scale. Biological men competing with women is a form of massive cheating. There are rules that create different sporting categories for men and women based on objective criteria found in nature and reality. You swam on a men’s team, and you competed with men. You know very well what those differences are. There is nothing in the 5th paragraph that should cause anyone a problem, but the meat of this open letter is in the 6th paragraph…and beyond. And in strong, often scathing, language...

This would never have been an issue if the coaches, athletic directors, college administrators, and the NCAA governing bodies had not all bought in to the absurd notion that people could change sexes.

Define "unfairly"? Lia Thomas competed within the rules, like it or not. The rules can be changed. Since 2019, World Athletics lowered the maximum level of testosterone to five nanomoles per liter to qualify as "female" for certain track events, mainly long distances. Women born female at birth but have naturally high testosterone also need to meet the five nanomoles per liter testosterone requirement. And there are some who fail to meet this criterion. Like it or not, the games are changing. While "ladies" are demanding equality in all things, why should athletics be exempt? They are commonly police and firefighters, now green berets and seals, even the captains of aircraft carriers and fighter pilots. Open competition would sort itself out. Isn't that demanded by equality? Can't have it both ways.

This can be cured in a very easy way. At the next Meet.....when the start gun goes off..... "his"' competitors don't go. Let "him" swim by "himself". Get lots of video. . Do this every time. U.of P. will probably get 1st place points whether they swim with him or not. BTW, wheres the "Women's Rights" leaders?

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) published a study on Jan. 7 which found that every one of the 189 vaccinated people who experienced a severe outcome after contracting COVID-19 had at least one risk factor, like being 65 or older. Scientists affiliated with the National Institutes of Health and the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases studied approximately 1,228,664 persons aged 18 and over who completed primary vaccination from December 2020 to October 2021, receiving either Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, or an “unspecified mRNA vaccine.” Among these, 2,246 contracted COVID-19, including 327 who were hospitalized, while 189 had a severe COVID-19 outcome.

"I do think in places that we are seeing this really steep incline, that we may well see also a precipitous decline, but we're also a much bigger country than South Africa," Walensky said in a briefing with reporters.

That’s me—disappointed in how the mandate cases went before the SCOTUS. I had cautioned for weeks that the legal issues regarding Administrative State were separate from the scientific and medical issues, but I held out hope that the scientific data that has emerged over the course of the two year Covid Regime would still inform the oral arguments. Instead we got, as expected, outright lies from the liberal justices and surprisingly little informed challenges from the conservative justices. Jeffery Tucker capsulizes my feelings—which I’m sure are shared by many others. His idea of “getting the courts out of science” is, of course, hopelessly naive. In the day long events commemorating the January 6th, Speaker Nancy Pelosi made a telling statement to her fellow members and the public at large. A federal judge on Thursday ordered the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to produce, at a rate of 55,000 pages per month, the documents it relied on to license the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine. The rate of 55,000 pages a month would mean the FDA has just over eight months to fully produce all of Pfizer’s pre-licensure safety data. That is much faster than the 500 pages-per-month rate the FDA proposed in December 2021. That rate would have effectively given the agency roughly 75 years to fully produce the data, Aaron Siri, a lawyer working on the case, previously observed.

Hospitalizations of U.S. children under 5 with COVID-19 soared in recent weeks to their highest level since the pandemic began, according to government data released Friday on the only age group not yet eligible for the vaccine. The worrisome trend in children too young to be vaccinated underscores the need for older kids and adults to get their shots to help protect those around them, said Dr. Rochelle Walensky, director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Since mid-December, with the highly contagious omicron variant spreading furiously around the country, the hospitalization rate in these youngest kids has surged to more than 4 in 100,000 children, up from 2.5 per 100,000.

For example, Justice Stephen Breyer claimed hospitals are at capacity because of unvaccinated Americans with COVID. This is false. But perhaps the most ridiculous false claim from a Supreme Court justice came from Justice Sonia Sotomayor, who falsely claimed that 100,000 children are in “serious condition” from COVID. “We have hospitals that are almost at full capacity with people severely ill on ventilators. We have over 100,000 children, which we’ve never had before, in serious condition, and many on ventilators,” Sotomayor claimed.
